We called Certified Water and Mold in a panic and they were so calming and very quick to get us in and help come up with a plan to fix our problem. Charles was a great help and really took the time to talk to me and make me feel at ease. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly and I understood exactly what was going on. We found what we thought was mold in our basement. Charles came out and did a thorough inspection. Confirmed that it was mold. He explained every detail of what the job would entail. They came in and were on time and on budget. Charles was awesome. I recommend certified every chance I get!
