I have worked with PSI for a variety of testing services off and on for more than five years. They can provide a wide range of material testing for construction projects such as concrete or asphalt quality checks. Every time Ive given them adequate notice they have been where they are needed and on time, and even when Ive provided inadequate notice I would say they still found a way to come through for us at least 9 times in 10. Overall, very positive.

I paid over $200 to take my exam to be greeted by a very unprofessional and rude proctor today. She proceeded to talk the ENTIRE time outside of the room we were all taking our exam. Even with my ear plugs and headphones on, I could still hear her, that is how loud she was. So I respectfully opened the door and asked her to lower her voice because I was being very distracted by this and could not concentrate on one of the BIGGEST TESTS OF MY LIFE to become a new provider in healthcare. She got upset and said, okay, go sit back down in your seat now. Are you serious? For one, as a proctor YOU need to be making sure EVERYONE is quiet so the test takers can FOCUS. Also need to learn how to respect people. I will make sure to tell all of my fellow colleagues to avoid the testing center located on 3223, 62711 Meadowbrook Rd Suite B. Absolute horrible experience!
