Not understanding at all worst agency ever hope every person look at this before going to them I recommend any other agency they straight up will try to fire you from a job you do so well at and like.

Very understanding and great staff!! They have been more than helpful helping my spouse not only get a great job but helping him through a very traumatic time in life. I want to thank all the staff at united personal for allowing him to keep his job through these difficult times and understanding the grieving process and not giving up on him!!!!Thank you from his spouse and all his family!!!!

Incredibly helpful. It took about 2-3 weeks from the time I finished my application at united Personnel to my 1st day of work on a job. I could really tell mostly everyone there genuinely care about helping people find work so everyone there and this agency is greatly appreciated.

So unprofessional, they need more people at the front desk. the person was so busy she never finished helping me or listening to me. just handed me a pay card not activated or anything. Now I have to wait to get paid. Thanks united... never again using them.

Do not set up direct deposit with this company. Their payroll department was hacked and all my bank info stolen. Have not been payed in weeks now im negative in my bank account. Still waiting on my checks to pay my rent.

The woman who helped me was perfectly nice, the interview itself for the position I applied for was a good experience, but after I left, I was asked to send a list of references to my interviewer, which I did and I was told I would be contacted once a decision had been made about the position. Also, they said that they would be asking their colleague about a position that might better match my skill set, cool, I thought. Shortly after my interview, the next week they re-posted the job on all of the job boards, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. I honestly thought it was pretty unprofessional of them. I havent been contacted once, left in the dark, and all I feel like is that they used this position to lure me into their office to get into their candidate pool. I wont be applying to any position through United Personnel any time soon.

Even though theyre going through a rough patch, its still a great place and company to find a job... I hope they resolve this payroll system hack as soon as possible.

The lady that I had was rude. She also told me I needed references mind you I had 3.. she claimed one of the numbers for my references didnt work . But it did.. ( it was a teachers number) They fail to realize teachers work as well. Really disappointed with them.. it was a waste of time

They claim temp to hire and then you always get laid off... Go somewhere else for manufacturing jobs!

I worked for united personnel back in 2015 got laid off and was asked to work again and I couldnt Make it back to work I didnt have any form of communications to contact them nor a ride there and they used that as a punishment towards me ever since and wasnt able to find me any type of work I guess people arent allowed to make any mistakes.
