We crafted some of their resumes to match the position perfectly.Out of the perfect matched CVs, we had the recruit to tell the recruiters that the first meeting had to be over a video chat. The recruiters then told our people that they didnt have the means to interview via modern technology.What our client received was all CVs of people whose CVs were designed to be failures but went in to the office.This proved that this group of recruiters would rather give clients poor options than join the 21st Century.Stay tuned, this experiment is still ongoing at other employment agencies.
