The workshops presented by the staff at Mass Hire Springfield are the best. Thanks to them I am more knowledgeable and safer in computer and job search stategies.

I tried calling only to get hanged on and i call back no answer. Whoever is the guy answering the phone needs to learn interpersonal skills, education, phone etiquette, and finally learn to properly answer a phone and answer any question to any potential person may have. I really hate incoherent service!!

I came in today only to be told come back at 10 am . I come at ten only to be told to make an appointment to be seen afternoon. Are you kidding me ? Not good service for such such simple question i had. this is not first time being treated poorly by the people who work here.

The unemployment lady is rude and not that helpfull she only take 10people after 12 noon dont even bother they will tell u yo go back again the next day i wonder wat she does
