Fast service. Parking area for inbound loads only. Contrary to some reviews I have seen you dont need to be an expert to handle this lot. Must call receiving to check in. They will call you back with a door. Check in to check out approximately 1.5 hours totally including my moving and docking. Nice people. I had a 0100 appointment. No overnight parking. Bullpen is NOT large enough for you to return and if you do you create big problems as I witnessed last night. Find a different spot and dont be that guy.

Nice and well organized facility. Parking available. Check in by phone.Got there 2 hrs early. In door 1 hr before appointment, out - 2 hrs past it. Not too bad, but most of the time in dock was spent waiting for lumper/paperwork which is annoying

My appt time was 5:30 am and right now it’s 11:11 am still waiting a dock, I’m not coming back ever again

Typically they are friendly, and there is some overnight parking if you get there and need a break before unload, it is a bit tight, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for rookie drivers, but with a spotter or an old hand, they should be fine. There’s a fairly high lumper fee. Porta johns inside and outside of the fence, and vending machines in the office

Arrived early and got me in before my appointment time. Quick to unload and out in just 30 minutes. Its a good thing from this Gordon foods warehouse because others will not take you before your appointment and take time to unload you.

Worst place to deliver a load. Got here 11:50 pm still here 12 pm next day. No sign they will unload me next 4 to five hours. The Clark don’t even know if they will unload me today. This is not how business should be done and deal with carriers.

They have a staging area…where you wait to get your door, pretty fast at unloading.

Parking is extremely scarce, one of the receptionists is incredibly rude. I called to check in and didn’t read my pickup number fast enough and was hung up on. I’ve never had a quick experience here (always at least 4 hours). Communication is bad. You will sit with a green dock light for hours. If you call to see if everything is alright you will receive grumpy sass as if you actually know what’s going on and you are pestering the folks in the office.

Thier Lumper took a little long to get paper work to the receiving office when they got done with unloading me.

Got here at 5:50am for a 5:30am appt, was given a door right away and they started unloading right away. It’s 9:30am and they are still unloading. Turns out they count and build pallets as they unload. They have count 968 out of the 1324. Guess I’ll be here another 2hrs

Stay away from this DC. They are really slow and the old lady at the receiving office is really rude.

I dont mind this place at all. Came here expecting the worst because of the reviews but after seeing the drivers back into the docks here I understand now. So seriously.... There is almost enough room in front of the docks to set up a straight line. Almost a frickin football fields worth of room to maneuver. I have been here for an hour and seen 2 drivers aiming for a door and almost back on top of the dropped trailer in the door next to it and about 3 others end up jackknifed one way or another. Im sure some reviews are true stories but most of the negative comments are because of the drivers that come here I assure you. Now on with the deets.First! By all means dont miss the entrance to the staging area! It can be hard to see and the gfs guys have their own entrance so you are tempted to follow them. Dont! There is virtually no place to turn around and its no trucks to boot!Once in the staging area you call the huge number on the fence to check in. They will take your number and call you when they have a door. This is also the overnight area. It is limited though. Enough room for 15-20 trucks.When you get the call you pull in and park right in front of the receiving door, go into receiving with paperwork, and a guy comes out to check and break your seal. DONT GO TO YOUR DOOR UNTIL AFTER THIS.Then you go to your door and use the football fields worth of space to back up. (Seriously, even a new driver wouldnt have a problem...these people must just have downs or something).The whole process for me took less than 2 hours. Had a 1400 apt. Got there at 1330 and called the number. Lady called me at 1400 on the dot with the door. Backed in by 1415. Unloaded by 1500. Waited for paperwork and was out by 1530. Very easy and not stressful at all. Great job guys, thanks a lot!

Not bad. Appointment was for 1600, arrived 5am didnt get a door till noon out by 13:45

Arrived 3 hrs early for appt. Assigned dock 45 minutes prior to appt. Not released until 4 hrs past appt time. Only 3 pallets to unload. Shipper appt (for trip to return home) was 5 hrs out from Gordon Food Service appt. Delay at GFS caused missing the shipper appt until next day.

Decent size staging area and unloading was no problem. Its FCFS number on the fence call and check in.

So slow rude, and very unprofessional, they make truckers feel like they’re begging them, as if we’re not trying to make A decent honest living it’s a shame to see this in this country, it’s been over 4 hours, they been done an hour ago and still just waiting for dam paperwork

Place is a joke,checked in an hour before appointment just to sit for 6 hours and be forgotten,to return next day half hour before new appointment and sit for 4 and a half hours while getting unloaded even all the while no lumper fee was due so 4 and a half hours wasted hope they work on their dock workers to get better at releasing drivers on a timely matter

From gateway blvd. Drive past gordon sign, turn left into parking lot, call number. Gate on benjamin is exit only.Get ready to wait. 20min to unload hours to get paperwork.

Bad service never go back again

Well i was an half hour late for my delivery appointment at 0900 so it would of bern 0930 when i got here and here it is going on 1450 and still not in a dock door just for being a half hour late and the reason i was late was i had to stop for fuel in my truck and trailer. GOOD WORK THERE GORDON... YALL KEEP IT UP ...

Pretty decent place your typical grocery warehouse. Lots of parking, nice people, I was taken 30 mins early, unloaded within 2 hrs..

2 hr for 165 cases, not bad but could be better. 5 star for staging area.

You can check ✔ in early and they are very helpful and quick about an hour or so but lumber fee is crazy just under 5,000 lbs literally empty trailer $392.

Arriving 10pm for app 2am. 1:50am they give me a door and 3:40am I had the bills. No surprises.. overnight parking.

Idk what everyone else is on but this place is your typical delivery. You get there early if youre lucky theyll take you ASAP, if not then hey its cool. Appointment time was 0930 got assigned a door at 0900 took them a few but hey Im not complaining. They have a area where you can wait uninterrupted. The ladies at the desk (eclipse and the shipper) were both nice.

Bring plenty of food and water. Been here for 23 hours so far. They are excelling at being slow.

Quick unloading

Quick in quick out... not sure if they allow overnight parking but they do have a large staging area. Very professional... had me unloaded quickly so I could get to my next pickup on time. Close to the interstate not too much traffic if the fair is not in session.Gotta call to check in then they call you back with a door

These people dont care if you sit for 24 hours when you show up a day early because they scheduled a one day run in driving time two full days after it picks up.

The people are rude, and all seem to be miserable. Not once did I see any of them smile, and they even greeted each other in a mundane manner. It must not be a very good place to work. They gave me a door 10 minutes before my window time great right, than it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to unload 20 skids. The only reason I gave them two stars is because its less than a mile from I 70 so its easy in and out.

One of the best grocer to deliver to. They have onsite parking. There is a phone # on the fence that you call to check in. They then call you once they have a door and once in a door they unload very quickly.

Good place to deliver. Had 07:30 appt, staging area to park and check in (number to call to check in is posted on fence), at dock door by 07:50, unloaded by 08:30. Lumper is expensive (353 for 6 pallets). All in all personnel are nice and professional. Wont hesitate to deliver here again.

Older ladies behind the window is telling me lies they are too old for that,my truck been unloaded and they refuse to give me my paperwork so I can go

Got in 2 hours before appointment and was out within a hour after being in the door. Be careful when coming in, the gate will close on your truck, thought it would have the motion detector like most Gates and this one didnt. Thankfully no damage done.

Not the best place Ive ever been. But not the worse place Ive ever been. They do have parking outside the gate for before and after appointments...I got here 6 hrs early and only had to wait 1 hour to get a door. It took 2 hours to get unloaded, but I was still 3 or 4 hours to the good. And the lumber fees were about standard for a grocery warehouse.

PROS: Receiving counter staff is prompt, polite, courteous, and even humorous.Time it takes for unloading is usually more, than not, within reason.Restroom r fairly sanitary.Vending machines r usually satisfactory stocked.CONS: Forklift operators seem to think it is Nascar with a golf cart.Feels, and sounds more like Caterpillar D-8 bulldozer speeding in, and out of the trailer.Already have, a less than 12 yr old trailer with a collapsed floor, beat up walls, smashed and broken bulkhead, and torn chute in the yard, that can not be used, except for freezing ice cream,that is a result of no regard for carriers equipment.We all know, if u complain at these grocery chains, there is always retribution.Also unloading fees r excessive on Sundays. Called the regional mgr, and was told News to me. Ill look into it as soon as i hang up the phone, and get back with u. Never did.

I came here at 3:30pm for 5pm appointment they called me for a door around 6pm went to the door and they told me I will take 4 to 5hrs to get unloaded and that’s right now it’s 9pm still red light means unloading in progress 🙆🏼‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I do not know why I see negative comments,My appointment was at 10 AM got here 9:45 AM give me Door right a way .. one hour and half there finished me, lumber was high but I don’t care broker pays it so why complain about it . Overnight parking with honey pocket restroom by your truck ..staff at the disk are very very nice.

Good place to drop and hook. Love the idea that I dont have to get out of my truck to check in and out.They sign your paperwork at the guardshack, they tell you where to drop and they also give you the mty trailer number that you pulling out. If this is not sweet then I dont know about you. Sweet!!!

Arvd 0730, in door by 0800, out by 0920, no bathrooms, but front desk ladies were really polite

Slow to unload! Work on unloading a little then quit for a while. Wont take you early if you show up early. My opinion hired help here is lazy and they get away with it. Will try to Never come back here again.

I had to be worked in. In and Out within 2hrs from the moment of arrival. Very nice staff also! BTW they do have overnight parking.

They know their job so as long as you do your they will do their job and it will go easy on both partys

Worst place to work I called out twice and was told that it was ok cause I had family issues and that I was covered obviously wasn’t then I came in and got sick Vomiting a total of four times and was sent home by a supervisor. I told them supervisor that I didn’t wanna leave cause I didn’t wanna lose my job but he said it’s ok it wouldn’t count against me so I went home just to come in the next day to be fired. That is unprofessional and just wrong it’s been nothing but confusion and bull since I started it you thinking bout working here DONT FIND ANOTHER JOB

Awesome place...best Gordon I ever delivered to....took me 7 hours early....30 mins for half a trailer for them to unload and no lumper....paper work in my hand and out the gate... total time 35 mins....its all true...go there and check in and hope to get lucky

Don’t come heregot a load that was supposed to deliver asap, and was promised to be unloaded right awayit took 3.5hrs to unload couple of palletstheir official unloading time is up to 5hrsi mean it’s gfs, i usually try to avoid all of their locations

Will never deliver here again. Was lied to about my appointment time and have waited over an hour for paperwork when I only delivered half a trailer. Plus the items came straight for another GFS distribution center. What a joke of a place.

Got in early and they worked me in. After a four hour wait I finally got a door and they got me unloaded pretty quickly. Lumper fee wasnt too bad.
