This UPS (retail store, not full service) location is inside Staples on the left hand side of the store. Drop off for me was easy and fast (they do not have a QR code reader like full service stores do so use printed return labels), the employee was extremely kind, and the line moved quickly which was nice. The Staples itself is also very nice, new, and clean. Overall this is a great UPS location that has a pickup time of 4:30pm.

Please change your name to UPS RETAIL STORE if youre not going to provide the full service. I wasted my time to get here because they do not have QR reader, suggested me to re-do return process so I can print out the label there, and to use their computer which you have to PAY for it. Ugh.
