Unfreakingbelievable!!! Luke McKinley you better hope we never meet in person. Paid over $20k to get rid of two timeshares. In return all we received were letters from Best Defense Lawyers who were assigned by Luke to do the timeshare removal stating they were never paid and that not to do business with him. Then to top that off Luke had the nerve to ask for even more money! I really hope karma treats you Luke as you deserve. You were dealing with my parents hard earned money! My dad served in the US Navy for 20 years and does not deserve this kind of service.

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with UDI Consulting. I was contacted to attend an informative update briefing in November 2017, regarding legislative changes for timeshare owners. Little did I know I was attending a SALES presentation much like the timeshare presentation. The presentation started late because they were not set up and ready to present. Anthony laid out a presentation basically telling me how I will pay xx amount of dollars in the long run for maintenance fees and how this debt will eventually roll over to my children when I die. He stated that I should have been notified a few years ago regarding the legislative changes and his company, UDI consulting was hired to analyze if owners were actually notified. The sales presentation by the UDI consultants was very enticing especially since I was basically misinformed about my timeshare purchase with Wyndham. The UDI Consultant advised once I got the card to give them a call with the credit card number. I didnt even realize I had applied for a credit card. I later find out it was actually 2 credit cards. At this time I was extremely worn out and just ready to head home after a long day of work. I completed the necessary documents the consultant needed. I thought everything was ok. She advised that the process is time sensitive therefore I would need to respond to any and all correspondence expeditiously. I let her know that I would. The consultants said I would be receiving a call within 3 days from the CEO and Owner of UDI Consulting confirming everything. 3 days passed then almost 3 weeks passed I did not receive a phone call from anyone with UDI Consulting. I did give it a little while because Thanksgiving holiday was during this time. Finally, after sending multiple distress messages to any and every one that I could find an email address or phone number, I received a phone call from the CEO and Owner, Luke McKinley. He was very unprofessional from the start of the conversation. He was ordering food in a drive thru as he continued to get pertinent information from me. He went on to tell me how his computer database had crashed and that had never happened and they lost a lot of client information. He went on to continue to ask for my credit card information that I received. I told him I didnt feel comfortable with giving him this information and it doesnt sound as if he is in an office setting with my file. I ask him to contact me once he was near my file and could talk without interruptions. He was only concerned with getting my credit card information. Almost to point of yelling to gain the information. I reluctantly gave him the information. I contacted my credit card company to ask for a call when charges were to go through to ensure my information was safe. The credit card company failed too. There is more to the story here but I will spare all of the details (due to character space) and skip to where I am now in the process. I recently received 2 letters from Helping Timeshare Owners stating all of the cases for UDI Consulting are being put on HOLD due to non-payment or partial payment from UDI Consulting. Basically in a nutshell, Luke the CEO, brought all these clients to Helping Timeshare Owners but he didnt pay them what he was suppose to pay them to take the cases, therefore until he pays the money owed all of the cases he brought to them are put on hold. Which means no help for them. I have thousands of dollars tied up in this debacle. Im just ready for it to all be over with. I am in more debt than I was with the other timeshare just by trying to get out of the timeshare. MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM UDI CONSULTING. I wish I had done my research before I dealt with them. To save time this review has been cut short significantly. There is a lot more that happened. To include Mr. Luke being EXTREMELY RUDE!! Be careful. Do yourself a favor, do your research and find a reputable company with a proven track record.

My wife & I attended their Travel Expo 2017 on November 13, 2017. We were promised 2 round-trip airline tickets plus 2 nights at a Marriot Hiltons Hyatt Hotels. Since we responded to the request within 48 hours we were to also receive complimentary dinner for 2 at Red Lobster. We have received nothing as promised! We have left 2 messages with the company but no return calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Cant even give them one star. They took over $12,000 from us and have done nothing. They lied about having legal counsel. they lied that you can not get out of your time share without counsel. It took a year and two month for Luke to call us about what he felt his company had done for us.ITS A BIGGER SCAM THAN THE TIME SHARE COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Not very happy. Was told we were hiring a lawyer that specializes in Time Shares to help us get out of our contract. There is no lawyer. we had to answer a list of questions about why we wanted to end our time share contract, told to write an explanation and then told to send that to the lender. Now 8 months later we are doing a forced foreclosure, ruining our credit, not getting anything back from what we put into the timeshare and all for $12.464.00 we paid to UDI.
