Even though we had some complicated issues with our laptop they did an excellent job. What I love most is that they are honest and wont sell you something extra that isnt needed. Honest, dependable. You cant ask for more. Highly recommend!

Fixed my laptop that had a broken hinge within a few hours, picked it up same day, these guys are solid. standard price $100 and part was free because they carried the model.but if you buy a laptop from them, repairs and parts are FREE for that device for life. great deal.

I took my HP Laptop in on Saturday afternoon after a phone call and feeling really amazed that they are open all day on the weekend. They were being very safe—masks required, max of two in store—all employees wearing masks. I couldn’t get into my admin Account because I had changed password and made a mistake in writing it down. They added anew admin acct which I couldn’t figure out how to do. I was going to take it back on Monday and for a very reasonable price they were going to backup data and reinstall windows. I was able over the weekend to retrieve my account and change password with that admin acct. when I called Monday to tell them why I wouldn’t be bringing in my laptop, they wouldn’t accept any payment for what they did on Saturday. I asked about sending something to tech and he said that would be OK. Who does that? These guys have been our go-to computer place for most of the years they have been in business. 😊😊😊

Take a hammer to anything you drop off for recycling. Otherwise they will just fix it up and sell it to their next victim. If youre elderly or dont know much about computers, WATCH OUT! They will offer to trade a perfectly good 6 month old PC for one that is 8 to 10 years old. This from a guy that took them a 6 month old computer to get rid of a virus and was duped into trading it in for one they had for sale. Found out later that he ended up with an old junk Dell, not even close to what he took in to have fixed.

Amazing people to deal with, took a laptop in that the HDMI output quit. Thinking I was going to have to drop off and wait. Guy took it back, hooked it up to check out, immediately, came back up front, 10 mimites later, with laptop in hand, me expecting the worst, said its fixed, said some computer lingo about a driver that got turned off, he turned it back on and is working good. Asked how much, he said nothing. I am so appreciative of their honesty. They could have kept it, called me to pick up later and charge big bucks, but, did not. I highly recommend these folks. A1 operation.

A windows update crashed my laptop. BLH installed a new hard drive with windows 10 home update and backed up all my files for a very, very good price. I took it in Wednesday and got it back Friday afternoon. They did a quick superb job. So grateful!!

I brought my laptop in to be looked at because it was running slow. They removed the programs that were causing the issue and gave it an upgrade in just two business days! I also bought a desktop computer from them that is running great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I took a computer back that had a power jack problem, and they didnt bother to check to see whether the computer worked before telling me it was ready, and getting payment from me. took it home, plugged the power cord in only to find I had a brick.no sign that it was taking a charge, and they hadnt informed me of any other problems, they had in fact told me over the phone that everything worked fine.Phone repair lasted three days. Over 150.00 wasted

Sadly, its taken over 20 years of dealing with Leo and crew for me to write a review. Sorry guys...unintentional. Regardless of my procrastination, it does not negate the fact that theyve always been a shining example of business being conducted in a highly professional and courteous level. Over the years (having bought my used PC from them originally) theyve taken care of my machine like it was their own. I literally could not be more happy with the service Ive received from them.

I like BLH because I have bought several devices there over the years. The machines are a good value for the money, but remember, you are buying a USED piece of hardware that is probably at least couple of years old. Dont expect the newest, shiniest boxes on the street. However, when repairs have been needed, they have been done quickly and reasonably. Based on how I see people react when Ive dropped by, the most common thing Ive seen is some irate customer who does not understand the limitations of the BLH warranty. The staff could be a little more congenial, but hey, what would you expect from a shop full of computer nerds? However, if you are looking for a bargain computer and know what youre getting, this is the best place in town. Need a spare cable or replacement mouse? This is the place to go.

I have purchased two computers from BLH. They both worked really well. When I had an issue with one of them, I took it back. BLH fixed the issue, at no charge to me, and the computer worked perfectly again. I was in there today for a power adapter. Again, total class. I am a big fan of this company. If you treat them right, they will treat you right, every time.

After stepping on my laptop and cracking the screen severely, I thought Id give Geek Squad a chance. $284.93 to fix it. No way. Then Hyperion, $210.00 to fix it. Nope. BLH was my last resort and when I took it in, they were very polite and told me it would be $130.00. Definitely the cheapest place in town. Those other reviews are from a year ago, I just got my laptop yesterday so I think things mightve changed. Definitely kept my business.Thank you, BLH!!

Not impressed. My Acer would not turn on. Took it to BLH and the tech told me it was my power cable, I then went and hooked up my computer to my moms power cable (the same computer) and it would not turn on, Im now looking for a computer shop that can actually help me.

Took my laptop in to get fixed. Called two days later. Picked it up, got it home - didnt work. Took it back across town to get it fixed Again. Two days later I get a call oh its just slow to boot up but it works. I paid for it to be fixed! I even said if you cant fix it just let me know and Ill junk it and buy a new one. 😡

Looking for a used monitor. Their prices for used monitor without HDMI are $50 for a 17 or $70 for a 19. I can buy a new monitor in that size for the same money, and with an HDMI input. Surely they are not accepting these as donations and then marking them that high.
