GYN Cancers Alliance is a non-profit organization that assists women and their families surviving Gynecological Cancers locally. All of our money and assistance stays local. We were needing to print out a lot of important forms for our Annual Board Member Meeting. Our Konica Minolta Copier/Printer started to beep at us. With the need for all these forms, we called and arranged for a service tech to replace 3 imaging drums. We use the machine quite often. The tech arrived on time and changed out the 3 imaging drums and cleaned the machine thoroughly. He had excellent customer service skills and was very professional.
