Place is antiquated and outdated. I have had to have repairs done every month I have been here. The paneling on my counter completely flayed out away from the counter and they tackily nailed it back on. Dirty when I moved in. Increased my rent by $80 after only 3 months of living there.

The land Lord is greedy ever year raising the rent my girl friend aparment is falling apart mold in the bathroom in the room doors windows to...the health board need to come up in here...i give 0 🌟 to this place for being Agawam its sad...
