This company manages a 55+ community. The snow ended more than 24 hours ago, yet the people who live in the community still have not had their walkways, sidewalks, and driveways cleared by the contractor responsible for snow removal.
Horrible company and horrible people working there. Specifically Laureen Young. During the pandemic they are charging late fees and threatening to send to debt collection. Stay away at all cost!
Called Tuesday about the landscaping company. After my call the landscaping company came out and manicured the lawns perfectly. Hope they have the same result every week.
I used to live in the community managed by Robert H Wise company. Unfortunately I had to sell my condo and move out because of them. This company does not care about people and properties they manage. They have way too many properties and not not enough resources to manage them. They constantly sent bogus penalties for broken none existing rules. Never respond to any phone calls or emails. Button line is - Robert H Wise management IS NOT!!!! a right choice for managing your home owners association !!!!!! 👎
If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is incredibly disorganized, administers fees without any written warning, and does not call back or reply to emails. Weve really tried to be polite and easy to work with as weve been tenants in one of the condo associations that they manage, but truthfully were so disappointed and discouraged by the lack of communication with us. We tried to step in and introduce ourselves at a board meeting and no one would speak with us in person either. They are the sole reason we are moving from the condo we rent. Awful customer service.
Would give this business less than one star if I could but theres not way to post without doing that. We have been getting water in our basement as a result of our neighbors downspout being disconnect. Ive been trying to get Bob Wise to have someone come out and take care of the problem for over a month an half without ever being able to get him to return a phone call or email. This is the most incompetent management group Ive ever dealt with. Not the first time of repeated calls and emails without response or reaction. I own a unit in one of their developments and, as soon as my tenants lease is up, will be putting it up for sale so as not to deal with the constant incompetence and aggravation.
I have never in my life dealt with a more terrible company. The complete lack of respect for home owners is sickening. My manager is disrespectful and incompetent. Management does not hold up their end of the agreements. For example: Tenant A did not have the mandated insurance, and the management team did not follow up or ensure this tenant was covered. Tenant A had a leak that caused serious damage to Tenant Bs home. Guess who has to pay for the damage. Tenant B, for Tenant A and Managements errors.
I am now receiving bogus repair bills about a tub diverter from the building. I had my plumber go in and check and told me nothing can be done to fix it there is nothing wrong with the tub diverter. I had to spend $200.00 to get him to inspect unit 1014 and now the association wont pay me back for bogus claims

The worst company that I ever dealt with. Manager is rude, treats owners like trash. We need to work around her schedule. I had a insurance claim, and she didnt know how to handle it. Because of her my home cannot be ready for Christmas. Next meeting voting to get rid of this mgmt. Company.
The management office at Radnor house is belligerent and unhelpful. When you make complaints about management. They get vindictive and send out bogus repair bills to hike up your association. Obviously nothing changes...same staff for years...bs
The management company is condescending and rude when you make a simple request or make a suggestion thinking their way is better than someone who has lived in the building for 20 years+ then is negligent when their decisions affect people
