Don’t bother. Please, just find a car dealer that respects their customers and their time. I called one morning inquiring about a specific car. I then scheduled a test drive for the following morning with the manager. I told him I was serious about buying, and he promised he’d hold the car for me. I asked my dad to wake up early and drive me a few hours to get me to Shelby at open, when they wouldn’t be too busy. When I arrived, cash in hand, they told me they had forgotten about me and had sold the car. 2 and a half hour drive back home. 6 hours and a tank of gas wasted on this company, but it’s okay because the manager told me he was sorry. I still have to take the bus to work, but it’s alright because the manager said sorry. This company has repeatedly given me their word, and it’s been about as useful to me as the car I never got to buy. Why would you trust this company with your money when they’ve shown that you can’t trust them with your time. Don’t even bother.Shelby, if you decide you want to honor your word this time, you have my number, unless you forgot that too.

Great place to look for good quality cars for low prices. Takes a bit of a wait to get the car after purchasing but that’s only because they want to inspect and guarantee that you’ll be taking your car home with no worries or broken issues. Moe keeps his promises and works fast and is very great with keeping communication.

These guys are very deligant and will give you a better product than when you buy it. They will not send it to you with out a full inspection and correction of any problems found. They stayed on top of it and keep me informed. Took a week to get my car but I felt good taking it home and driving it. Good people good cars. Moe was great.

This is the best non pushy car dealership we have ever come across! We went there to look at a vehicle. No one rushed out to bug us or hound us like other dealerships. When someone did come out he asked which vehicle we wanted to look at and brought us the key to take a look at it. Wasn’t hanging over our shoulder asking questions like other places. When we were happy with it, he came out and asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. After the test drive they worked with us on a price that best works for us and our budget and helped get us into the vehicle we wanted for the price that worked for us! I have purchased 2 cars from them. I have never had an issue. Actually, I crashed one of the cars I purchased in the past and they fixed it for me for a very good price. And I was able to rent out another car while the crashed car was in the shop getting fixed. They work out with you, Pedro is a very honest person, and he will tell you whether a car is good for you or not, very straight forward. The owner, Charlie, always works out with you and finds a solution. If there’s something you don’t like about the car tell them respectfully and they will work with you. Very friendly environment.

First thing I experienced while walking into Shelby Motor Cars was a man sitting at his desk, with AirPods in, and no greeting. I went in to look at 2 different Honda’s that I saw online. I asked the man working about the first one and he said “sold” under his breath. I then asked about the other one and to have it lifted in order to check underneath. He said he did not have any available lifts. Okay, that’s fine. I asked if he could use a portable one (which was in the back of the car) and he said no. I asked to test drive it and he called his boss (I’m assuming) and then preceded to tell me he had no plates to put on it. This was probably the worst car dealership I’ve been to and I do not advise anyone to do business here. He talked to me like I was an inconvenience and it was a complete waste of time. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

I bought my vehicle about a month ago and it was a pleasant experience. I called for availability, told them I was headed down and when I got there I was greeted by the guys and led to my vehicle. It was exactly what was pictured and they gave me a straight deal. They have a doc fee which I found out from going to other dealers is pretty standard. I did the paperwork that same day and I had to go register the car the next day. When I arrived with my plates the next day, my vehicle was ready to go. I dont think Ill be replacing my new car anytime soon but if I do I would check this place first.

I highly highly recommend bringing someone that knows how to thoroughly check a car. Ignore the seller, he talks nonsense and will constantly say whatever, more like a fly buzzing around. Get it check because I came with friend who is a car wiz and two cars in. Terrible. The cars will look good but have things that will cost you a lot of money in the future within a week or month.

Went in based on a car I had seen online. That one was already sold but they were very good about helping me find another one similar to what I had originally viewed. They stayed within my price range and other specifications I had requested and walked me through (and took care of) the entire process of getting it registered and inspected. They were so friendly and accommodating! Definitely turned what I thought was going to be a stressful one into a great experience!

Answered all my questions but let me be and wasnt breathing down my neck hanging over my shoulder like most dealers. I test drove 4 of his cars here. One in particular I thought was going to blow up, the others just werent right enough but the deals werent too bad either, just not my cup of tea. The owner was very nice to us though and we talked prior to me visiting. He has a range of vehicles but buyers beware they are old and werent taken care of by previous owners.

They sell cars without fully checking them. Bought a Land Rover last year full of problems. They scammed the system to get it inspected and a year later it needs $4k worth of repairs to fix it. All that is wrong was wrong when we bought it. Scam artists

Purchased car in Dec 2019.The experience of purchasing the car was normal, however it is not a family environment as it smelled like cigarettes when I first walked in and the salesman, Moe, smoked inside several times.Anyways I went to look at a car I saw online, test drove it, and then applied for financing. Unfortunately I was in a rush to buy due to an accident with my other car and I was working crazy hours. I test drove it and addressed 2 issues, the backup camera didnt work and the key had trouble turning. He said it was an easy fix so I took his word. When I went back a few days after to do paperwork he tells me the backup camera is $250 and they wouldnt fix it. The key had worked fine after I bought the car until 2 weeks after it started giving me issues. I would have to tap the key and jiggle it to get it to turn so I had my mechanic replace the ignition. Turns out the car also needed new front struts and a ball joint and the tires had uneven wear and were making a lot of noise while driving.Im not going to say its a bad dealer because you never know what you will get from a used car but im pretty sure they chose not to fix the car up better before posting it for sale. Oh and last they had a sign up that sais $200 doc fees but it was actually $300 so wasnt happy about that.
