Premier Auto is my go to when I need work done on my car. They are friendly, helpful, and quick. I really appreciate that they often have loaner vehicles available for no extra charge. Whenever I have a repair and I shop around for rates theirs is always the best.10/10 would reccomend.

Excellent service and fair prices. Had my AC fixed, and they corrected an intake issue which was causing my engine light to illuminate for $500 less than a big chain garage wanted for just the compressor.. Couldnt be happier with the service. Will be back for sure.

Had my oil changed as I did data transfer on the owner‘s, Eric, laptop. His pricing was very good, I asked him to check my breaks and he was honest about if I needed to have them replaced. I’ll need to change them in about a year, so I did get an estimate and his estimate for labor was lower than everyone else. His knowledge and advice to use OEM parts for the rotors/brakes really left a good impression. I’ll definitely be bringing my M45 and supercharged Miata to have it serviced by Eric! Very glad he came into my shop today, had been looking for a good priced but very experienced mechanic forever.

Best auto repair shop around!!!! Took my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in to have the drive belt repaired and they did an amazing job. The best part was I added on an oil change and all of the work was completed within about 45 minutes! A plus service that was quick! Please do not hesitate to go to them for all of your auto repair needs.

They did an amazing job changing the clutch on my 1987 Bmw 325 along with oil change and tire balance. Car came out perfect very good prices and done in a timely fashion. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend Premier Auto to anyone looking for an honest shop with great prices.

Finding a local mechanic you can trust is hard to find. We were blessed to find Premier Auto. After receiving an outrageous quote from the dealership for some repairs I searched for a second opinion. Rick,I got the truck serviced by another certified mechanic and he quoted me with the same price I paid for the last time you fixed my truck. All the same recommendation that was done originally for my truck that you said was done. Since your shop worked in it I have never driven it any places except from home and furthest was to your shop. I have my receipt when I paid, I have a 3 year and 30 000 miles warranty... none of that has expired. So, this is a written e-mail letting you know that you need to fix my truck with the guarantee that my tranmission will will work or refund my money that I paid you. Great mechanical service.

I had my clutch replaced for my mk7 gti all I can say is the experience was truly remarkable the clutch feels fantastic and extremely responsive. The price was perfect and more importantly the staff was remarkable, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I would recommend everyone who truly cares about their car to have it serviced at this shop. I will most definitely be returning to this shop for absolutely anything I do to my car.

I have dealt with many mechanics over the years but Eric and crew are hands down by far the best that I have every experienced. Honesty, knowledge, and expedience are great things to look for when you want want to find a mechanic. I found that...PLUS the precision and integrity of a GREAT doctor!! Eric is superb and am so grateful that I knew someone that knows him. Hes off the beaten path...and theres a great coffee shop next door (in an industrial park) if you have a quick repair and he says he can get it done in a few hours.If thats not enough, he quoted and stuck to the BEST price I could find!!

The first time I used this shop, Eric and his team worked hard to get my vehicle serviced and saved my camping vacation. First time using premier auto and boy Ill tell you this guys are professional and knowledgeable with auto repair but what really sold me was that they offered me a loaner vehicle to keep me rolling with my busy day from work while they worked on my car and to top it of a 24 month warranty if I used advance auto parts.. definitely recommend them and Ill be back for more great service.

I have used Erics garage twice. Nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. They go above and beyond and safe you money every chance they can. Premier only does the work that is necessary and does not recommend services just to inflate your bill like other shops do. Do not hesitate and give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Ive been to this shop twice and all I can say is BEST SHOP IN SPRINGFIELD!! Hands down! Took my 2012 Dodge Avenger to get my thermostat housing replaced months ago and then today my throttle body was acting weird and these guys fixed it up real good. I have a Corvette with a heavily modified engine that developed a serious problem. Neither my longtime auto shop nor a local tuner shop wanted to touch it -- too hard to diagnose, too complicated, etc. -- so I checked online and found Premier Auto. Im so glad I did, because Eric was willing and able to diagnose the problem (a broken piston, which caused cascading issues with other components) and fix it. The car is now back to full-beast mode, and I cant say enough about the high-quality work Eric performed. Highly recommended for mechanical issues large and small!
