After my diesel mechanic retired I searched for a good shop that had a reputable Powerstroke diesel mechanic. I’ve been going to Kevin, Mark & Joe and they are amazing. They have great hourly rates and are always honest with the work they do. I know how to work on cars, but am just a very busy northern Virginian and don’t have the time to do my own work. Not once have they told me something that didn’t need to be done or tried to upsell work that is not needed.I have found my new shop and couldn’t be more pleased!!!

I tried to get service for our companies vans that were donated to us and just got hung up on. If thats not bad customer service I dont know what is. As I called back again to ask for a manager to explain the service I would like to get done the guy hung up on me again! Is this absurd or what Im asking about their services and I get hung up on twice. Thats enough for me to not continue to call back. Maybe the Better Business Bureau can help them consider how to treat inquiring customers.

Joe, Mark and Kevin are great at what they do, honest, very nice and always help me out in a bind. Finding a mechanic you can trust is essential so Im glad I found these guys.
