I went for the tire rotation and multi-point inspection of my 2021 Toyota Highlander and was greeted by Adrian. He was very professional and courteous. While I waited in the dealership, I was greeted several times by staff passing by where I sat and the atmosphere was always friendly. After my car was finished, Adrian explained all that they did and when to come back in for the oil change. He was again very personable and knowledgeable and escorted me to find where my car was parked. Awesome dealership I am always happy to visit!

Rahkeem was a great salesperson for us at Green Toyota. Worked with us to come up with an agreeable price. He was friendly and didn’t push, well not to hard 😁! Really appreciate and enjoyed the experience for a change.

Pretty good experience except for the finance part. Despite excellent credit the rate was high. Get financing through your own credit union or bank. Ive used HCU for years and apparently they are not using them now or that was the story so arrange it yourself. Ethan the salesman was great at listening to my needs and after the sale issues. I recommend asking for him.You still have to dance when trading and buying but at least Green Toyota will dance. I really dont believe you would get a better deal going out of town. Eat local!

Ron was a fantastic salesperson who treated me and my concerns with care and consideration. It was a welcome relief to be seen as an individual interested in a car rather than a girl attached to a man. Because of this (and their extra effort to locate my car in the desired color) I happily purchased my new car with Green Toyota. And would recommend to anyone car hunting.

Zach was very informative of helping us pick the right vehicle. He had lots of energy and a great sense of humor. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. At the end of the deal, he made time to go over setting our phones with the car and making sure we know how everything works!

Patrick, the finance officer, ruined our experience, I almost walked out without buying because of him. He ruined all the good work the rest of the team did. He was extremely rude. He was short, cut me off, did not want to listen to what I had to say. He spoke over me. I am a lawyer and knew what he was saying was incorrect, but wanted to get a better understanding of a document we had to sign to close the sale. We walked out of his office and asked for a different finance person. I do not know why he acted like that. I am a non white female with a slight accent. Perhaps that is how he treats people like me. I do not know, but I cannot otherwise explain his attitude. I worry others who sound or look like me will be treated the same way. Thankfully, I know how to stop this type of treatment and asked to speak with the general manager. He listened and said he would take appropriate action. I hope he did or he will loose business.I give two stars only because the rest of the team was great. The salesperson Ethan was very nice and polite. He was helpful and treated us well. Same with Angel the finance officer who helped us after Patrick. He did great, answered my questions, and concluded the sale. The general manager was also professional, polite and handled the situation as best as he could. I bought the car because I wasnt going to let a man like Patrick get in the way.Try to work with Ethan and Angel in if you go here. Avoid Patrick.

I went from not knowing anything about hybrid highlander to buying highlander hybrid platinum.Jorge Morales did an excellent job in allowing me to test drive and educate me as to all the features of the highlander. 09 Rav 4 recall they expoxied my toe bars and 10 years ago down the road literally, are not able to be adjusted with new tires and out of specs. Thanks to their Toyota recall I will not be purchasing another one

Green Toyota does not enforce the mask policy of Illinois. A female customer was refusing to wear a mask indoors and taking up most of the space of the entrance to the restroom hallway. I had to get within 2 feet of her several times. Otherwise I chose to remain outdoors in the Heat of upper 80s. This is very uncomfortable for a senior citizen.

The vehicle i purchased was previously owned but they refused to take money off from the straight out of factory price. it even had factory offset on the rear bumper and they still did not budge. My husband and I were looking for a second car for him to get back and forth to work in. We had a specific amount that we wanted to spend and a good idea of what we didnt want. Every person I spoke with at different dealerships, didnt listen as I explained what we were looking for. After telling them a second time, they would just say they dont have anything like that there. Then they would try to talk us into something else. That was the case until I called Green Toyota and Angel answered the phone. He listened to me as I explained what we were looking for. He told me that hed look at what all they had. My son and I had a pleasant experience this week working with Mark Watkins, who is new to the Green family. He was very low pressure, and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend him to anyone! If you are nervous about people making you uncomfortable then you have nothing to fear with Mark!My rating for the finance department is not 5 stars however. I was sold a $3,000 warranty and not once explained to me what was included in that. To my fault, I should of asked. Those offices make me uncomfortable and financing large amounts of money is not my day to day, therefore my goal was to get in and out.To their fault they should of spoken to me about it as an option instead of something that’s just included, with no details mentioned. It wouldn’t stop me from shopping there again, but I would recommend being aware of how that scenario could go down. I do believe they have a due diligence to educate every single person that sits in those seats on what their options are and what is included.

This is my 5th Highlander and I don’t know how, but they continue to get better with each one! Thanks Toyota for making the best!

I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but he was very unwelcoming and not helpful. He was rude to my father when he simply stated we didn’t want to do our loan through then and continued to be rude while fixing the mistake that he made. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. The manager was completely inconvenienced when ask to see what the price of a different car would be. Finally told me to go by my car somewhere else.In response to the owner. I wanted to know the price for the second vehicle that is true isnt that a normal thing when deciding on buying something? The manager kept saying if I want to switch to second car and I kept saying I dont know without knowing a price. I wanted the 1st car but there was an vibration issue with it. I drove a ways to find out this. He made me feel like it was a big bother to find a price out so yes I was irritated but trust me I wasnt yelling. #1 he didnt when asked what I drove I said Prius he laughed at me because I was being picky about what I wanted to test drive. I just want something I will be happy to drive. And I should say every other person I talked to was great. When I got up from talking with him I looked at Kristen and said I when I come back I want another salesman. He got mad and said I was coming at him! So trust me he was as irritated as I was. I have managed and been in sales for 30 years and I feel every customer should feel important not like a bother and definitely not laughed at for what they drive especially being a Toyota dealer.

About a year ago I take my 2016 Toyota Prius for service and got a call it need tune up at the time I was getting 51.4 mpg I agreed to it and charged me for $550, since then my mpg went down 6 mpg to 44.7 mpg average I took it back for inquiry and they told me it is cause of summer gas mileage I waited for winter too, still I am on 44.7 mpg average from what it was before service 51.4 mpg. I don’t recommend this dealer.

I purchased a Toyota Camry last month and after signing the papers to purchase the vehicle, I feel like we were rushed out the door. If we had a different sales person; we might of had a better experience. He acted like he didnt have time to go through the car with us and show us how to use everything. He said he would send us a video on how to do everything and never received anything. I called him and reminded him and still nothing. I dont even know what the Toyota app is and my friend told me she got a free trial of the Toyota app. Im very disappointed with my experience!!

Had 1st oil change appt. for car at 9:40 at Green. An hour and 40 minutes later, I asked if my car was finished or if they could check status. FOR AN OIL CHANGE..... Had 1 car ahead of me and would be another 40 minutes. OMG! Seriously?! I politely just asked for my keys. He pulled car around, got out and handed me my keys WITHOUT A WORD!! Not even an Im sorry. Worst customer experience ever and it was my 1st visit!!! Green, you should be ashamed of yourselves

I just needed to sell my Prius and wasn’t in the market to buy. Since I live over 45 mins away I called into Green Toyota in Springfield, IL and spoke to Angel. I wanted an over the phone estimate before driving there. He asked for some pictures and a video to get an estimate. Within an hour I had the estimate and was on my way to sell my car. Angel and Ethan were great to work with! No pressure to buy another vehicle at all. Within 4 hours from the start of the conversation I had a check in my hand and was back home. Purchasing my 2021 Corolla was a good experience with the exception of getting home to discover the car I purchased did not have a spare tire like the car I saw in the showroom. Phone calls to rectify the situation have not been returned.

Better late than never! I recently hit 2 years since my first Toyota purchase, and would not hesitate to buy another...although this Prius should last a long while! Patrick offered me a lot of information and options so I could make the best choice, and has been helpful after the fact. All of the finance and desk staff were great, and the service crew have been wonderful, especially when I encountered an unexpected issue with my sunroof. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Toyota, to others.
