Dee Dee has been amazing on getting things done on my timeline, instead of what might have been more convenient for her. We use them for all of our insurance needs. They even have a nice inexpensive onetime payment life insurance policy that worked out great for our kids, which gave us peace of mind.

I am a forty year customer of Shelter Insurance who has spent the last 3 to 4 weeks trying to get them to correct their mistake and cancel then refund a home owners policy for a property we sold almost a year ago. In the end, they hung their hat on the fact that there was a discrepency in the address name. Even though Google earth clearly showed that both addresses were accurate for the property in question. The initials of the underwriter who refused to even look at much less accept the information easily confirmable on google was T. C. Really ------?!?!, .... do you think Google is in on this plot to defraud Shelter with me as a co-conspirator? Could anyone that I spoke to have at least attempted to really try and help me? Maybe offer to call the post office to verify that there really are 2 addresses for the same house.
