Ryan Electric installed a TV above my fireplace. The fee was reasonable and the service was prompt. The staff who came out were very personable and professional. Installation was done promptly and communication was appropriate. Weve remodeled multiple homes over the last 14 years and used many contractors. Over the last 2 years contractors have not been very responsive, regularly stating they are very busy. Weve been concerned that this industry has lost focus on customer response and needs. We did not experience this with Ryan. We will use them again, likely in a few weeks, and recommend them highly.

Recently bought our home, only to find out the backup system did not work. We called Ryans in somewhat of a panic due to large amounts of frozen goods. Instead of pushing an emergency call on us they assured us everything would be fine until business hours the next day or until power was restored. The next day they showed up and fixed our back up Generator. John was very professional and explained the entire back up system to us. Would highly recomend Ryans to everyone.
