Called this company, and set an appt for Wednesday from 8am-12pm for a wine cooler repair. They seemed great, and I got an appt fast, but on Wednesday its now 1:49pm and I call to say hey where are you guys? I have my own personal tech here whos been waiting from 8am to work with their tech and oversee them in the basement. The woman answers the call and is like ohhhh I meant to call you, and let you know they are running late, but I was so busy? So busy to make a 30 sec phone call? so busy to leave a text? so busy to leave a voicemail? So then she proceeds to tell me that she has no idea when they will arrive today.. how about they come tomorrow? Seriously, come tomorrow now? Sorry, but you get one chance to be professional, and instead showed me how unorganized, and unprofessional you are! Moving on to another appliance repair store.
Warning! Do not use this place. It is a mom and pop place but the problem is not that. the guy name Hamid came to repair our Gas fireplace and after he dismantle the pilot assembly due to the pressing it while taking out, he bent the metal tube and couldnt do anything anymore and said that he would order the pilot assembly and come back . days turned to weeks and they schedule to come back 3 times and no show and no calls. After they found out that i was upset, they never answered my phone calls and text and emails. Very unprofessional . i ordered the part from ebay and came in 3 days. This is the minimum i could due to warn people.
I had commercial oven issue. It was the weekend and I needed it fixed very quickly. This company was a Godsend. They came within 2 hours in the morning. The technician knew the exact issue, and told me it was common to have the issue for that brand and year. The part was replaced the same day. Thank you.
I had a gas fireplace that needed to be serviced and repaired, made an appointment for several weeks in advance due to my scheduling constraints, and they were on time within the promised time slot, quickly serviced and repaired the fireplace to my standards. (Ive had sub par service on this fireplace over the 20 years or so that I have owned the house, so I was impressed not only with the service but felt they upfront and fair with the pricing) I had initially inquired about having a new over the stove microwave installed at the same time, but was told the skill sets were different than a fireplace technician, so there were no promises on that, but since the fireplace was my main priority, I was fine with that.Once the men arrived I asked if they could install it, and they said they would try to accommodate, which in this day and age, is so refreshing to hear. I didnt catch the other technicians name, but the guy that seemed to be making the decisions was named Hamid, He was very pleasant, professional, friendly and fair on the pricing of the install of my new microwave. I would highly recommend this company, as great service starts at the top, and Hamid was just great.
They have lied to us for weeks now. Very unprofessional. Promise to call back in an hour, and never do. When my company calls them back, they lie and say they no longer have a technician due to one leaving the company. Funny thing is, that technician is leaving us voicemails claiming to come in and see our beer cooler?Stay away from this shame of a company. Spend your money on actual professionals
Phenomenal service from the men over at air express, always call and ask for jay if I have issues with my appliances the guys a genius. Got my Maytag dryer running in no time, even looked at a refrigerator in my garage I haven’t come around to fixing and he had that running in an hour! A+
Fireplace stopped working, needed it repaired asap. After searching around and getting referred to by a friend, I came across Air Express Appliance. The whole process was very professional and quick, very stress-free on my part. Great costumer service, will continue working with them. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done properly!
Love them! Great customer service! Air Express Appliance really made me feel like a friend and definitely earned my trust. They came to my house to deal with a leak in my dishwasher and found the problem with ease. It was a quick fix with some great advice to avoid such problems again. Not to mention the price was much cheaper than Micheal&Son and the quality of the work blew me away; I got better and more respectful service for a steal of a price! I know I will be using them again whenever I need appliance assistance and I really motivate you all to do so too!
Great service. Had a tech out to get my oven fixed just before thanksgiving and was able to host guests from out of state which I was afraid I wouldnt be able to! Very prompt in such an emergency. Highly recommend for sure.
Took my money and ran. Came out August 1, 4 hours late. Took measurements to repair a hole in furnace duct. Poked on the back of fridge that was making noise (still making the noise). Charged $150 service call- which I have a coupon to reimburse on any completed repair- BUT THEY DISAPPEARED. Never called, never came to repair anything. I have called a dozen times and they seem to have no idea who I am or what I need fixed. They put me on the phone with one technician who insisted I need a new furnace- went on about how his gauges showed I had leaks etc, but he never brought any tools inside the house. Ive called so many times and they say Ill call you back in one hour/on X day and time and NOTHING. Ive even spoken to the supervisor, whom on Saturday said hed call by 10am on Monday. Its Tuesday afternoon and I still have not heard from him. I feel they have stolen $150 from me. They say the are waiting on a part, but I doubt it takes 43 days to order a duct transition piece. At the very least, they should communicate. I had used this company in the past for appliance repairs and was satisfied. Never again. They are crooks.
Charged way too much ($295) for a simple repair (15 minutes) for a very inexpensive part ($19.95).I will not do business with them again. I have sent a letter to BBB.

We call air express appliance to fix our Exxon walkin freezer. There were very confident to fix it and i was happy about it. One month later freezer broke and i have call them again. After calling number of time they came and fix it. Broke again. Now the guy said regulator broke and made a another bill for $399. Broke again. i think he can nt figure out the problem. i will not recommend any one . Its a commercial cooler, its still broken. Please dont get service from this place
I purchased a remote for my gas fire place that cost me $345.00 and within a year it was defective and TG it was still under warranty. This year 2019, I had the same problem and guess what? I called them the first week of November and now they want to charge me $95.00 to come out and service the remote, this will be my 3rd remote. Its like they sold me another defective remote and I am very dissatisfied with this company. I will never refer or use them again. Its a shame how companies can just take advantage over you with spending that much money for a gas remote that only last me for several months vs years. I even had the battery replaced and it still doesnt work.....You know that old saying about KARMA
