This company was tasked to mitigate an issue with a house i was buying. They came in and did the work to clean the air handler units, but they never thought to actually figure out why the water damage and mold was taking place in the first place. Months later after moving in, water leaking everywhere, causing thousands of dollars in damage. I called them out to figure out what went wrong. They said a float switch failed and likely has been bad for some time. OKAY!!!!!!!!! So why didnt you guys take care of this before i moved in. Now i have an estimated 10k in repairs due to a leak because of a switch the didnt bother diagnosing. Best part is, when they told me about the bad switch, they acted like it was normal and something they see often enough. Then they started ignoring my messages about trying to get someone out here to replace the switch. They ignored me and then sent me an invoice for their visit to diagnose what they missed the first time. Now the insurance company can deal with them, as they are going after them for partial liability. rightfully so.
I called for a basic maintenance because I saw their sign at valley river center. They scheduled an appointment but didnt show. I called and they said they had rescheduled it but nobody had ever contacted me. They rescheduled for a couple days later. Ken showed up and was great. I told him it wasnt cooling as well as I thought it should be. He cleaned it and told me what I needed to fix the problem. Told me I should get another quote too. Im assuming because he felt it was a fair price. I didnt get another quote, just called to have it fixed the next week. I liked that they sent the same guy and he got it done. Ken was great. He made up for the mishap on scheduling the first time.
We have been so happy with our ductless system! We just had our maintenance done by Ken and we cant say enough how pleased we are. The expertise, advice and professionalism are excellent. Temperature Pros are truly the pros in our opinion! Thank you!!

One always hates when something is broken! My husband and I must say Kevin at Temperature Pros made our day! He was polite, professional and fixed our Heat Pump! It was an intermittent problem which is hard to diagnose but he nailed it! Not only was Kevin awesome but the people at the office were too! Very responsive, knowledgeable and super nice! They installed my furnace at a rental property I own It didn’t pass inspection causing me to block several days at different times so that they could make things right. I run an Airbnb so that meant while I was paying them I was also losing a ton of money for all the days I couldn’t rent the house out.They were very argumentative and hard to get back to the house to finish.The sales person was great when he came out to sell me the furnace and air conditioner but other than that it was a difficult process.In my experience they were super unprofessional, the workmanship was poor and the quality was low. A Coleman heat pump furnace is not the highest of quality. The amount of poor taping and upside down installation made the new furnace look like a 10 year old furnace that someone did it themselves and had no idea how to do it.I am glad to no longer be working with them.I gave them many chances. I just wanted quality work a good furnace and to be treated with respect. Did not get that with Temp Pros.

This is the second time I needed an ac person. Last time I had temperature pros come out. They were so professional and kind that I wanted to call them this time. This time was no exception, they were again so professional and kind. Wade was great and Sophie in the office was so ready to help! Great experience!
Early December we had Temperature Pros out to investigate water leaking from our furnace. The tech showed up on time, and within 5 minutes and no dis-assembling of the furnace, the tech diagnosed the problem as a leaky heat exchanger. Although replacement of the exchanger would be covered under warranty, tech stated that the part will take about 3 weeks to arrive and cost over $800 in parts (not covered by warranty). How he knew what parts to replace without removing the cover of the furnace to investigate is beyond me. Recommended that we shut off furnace until he can get a replacement in. After 4 weeks of no response, we called Temp Pros and found that the part was now in stock. We shared our experience with the office manager, who was disappointed to hear about this experience, but offered no means to make it right.I read the other reviews and it sounds like mostly positive experiences (with a few WTF experiences intermixed), so I am quite surprised that Temp Pros didnt own this or make it right. Based on this experience, I would recommend using another HVAC contractor if you are looking for technical ability and responsiveness.Side note - we did get a second opinion from another contractor the following day, who diagnosed it as a leaky condensate line. 30 minutes and $5 in parts, problem fixed.
Recently had my heat pump and air handler replaced and these guys worked hard to get it installed right before the holiday. Overall very happy with the experience.
I urge you to consider using a different company. I am a reasonable and understanding person, but Temperature Pros has pushed me beyond my limits:-The installation process was frustrating as there was poor communication from multiple members of their team. They then put a hole in an interior wall of our home that wasn’t supposed to be there.-Six months after the heat pump was installed it stopped working in the middle of winter. We have an infant and were without heat for more than a week. Temperature Pros then ended up ordering the wrong part to fix it.-I knew we were supposed to have the unit checked at a year so I called to schedule a maintenance. During that visit I bought a maintenance plan for two visits as I was told I needed a yearly maintenance to maintain the warranty. I was also told they recommend a maintenance every 6 months. However, that was a year ago and I have never been contacted by Temperature Pros to schedule one of these maintenances that I pre-paid for. I called to schedule a maintenance myself and they have no-showed two appointments within the last month. I would look elsewhere if you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable company.
Great service. Came out the same day I called, and it wasnt even that urgent of an issue. My condenser had been making weird noises for a while and finally broke down. Were getting into fall here in Eugene so fixing the A/C isnt urgent, but the Temperature Pros came out right away and diagnosed the issue. Friendly staff and good work. My A/C is all set for next summer thanks to them.
I really enjoyed the service that temperature pros provided me in the past week. After the service tech, Stacy, was able to diagnose my A/C, he quoted me a reasonable price and we were able to easily proceed with my repairs during this sweltering summer season. Will definitely call them again if I have any heating or cooling needs in the future!
I would like to thank Temperature Pros for your help. Another service company wrote on their maintenance report that I had corroded, frayed, and burnt wiring in my heating and cooling system. When I called Temperature Pros the office staff scheduled a technician to come and check my system as soon as possible. I was relieved when Tim Downs checked my entire system and showed me that all the wiring was in fact in good condition. Im very relieved to have a service company like Temperature Pros that I can trust to be prompt and honest keeping my heating and cooling system safe and working properly. My family could not have been happier with the services that we received from all of the people involved with our furnace replacement. This is a rare find in this day and age to find a company that that really cares about their customers. From Micah the estimator who went above and beyond in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jake. He was very thorough and very efficient. He spent time explaining things to me and was friendly and not condescending, as some service people can be. He went so far above and beyond my expectations. He made sure I understood how to do some maintenance things I could do myself. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I will use them any time I need heating or a/c help now because of Jakes excellent service.

Called this company for a second opinion. The first company gave a quote that reeked of price gouging, and tried talking us into replacing the entire system, despite the system only being 8 years old. The tech Marcus showed up right on time, was polite and personable, and gave an honest assessment of the problem. They quoted HALF of what the other company quoted, and LESS THAN HALF of what another company estimated. They also had the part in stock and were able to get the repair done same day. Couldnt have been more impressed. AC works perfect now, and this is who Ill be calling if there are any other issues, and also who Ill call when the system ACTUALLY needs to be replaced!
They are the worst company. Worst customer service.
This company was dispatched by Landmark Home Warranty for service on my gas furnace. The tech was friendly enough, but while he was doing the work I offered to shut off the breaker to my furnace which the tech insisted was unnecessary. He arced the 120 volt house wiring to the low voltage connections on the board. My furnace then started smoking (according to their tech) after the repair they performed. I couldnt even get a return phone call after trying to get the damage resolved. I have called more than 4 times with no luck. They wouldnt even give me a call back to quote installation of a new unit ($3500+ they turned down)Thankfully I elected to have Marshalls install the brand new unit at my house, and they spotted the shoddy work that was done when they came to give me the quote on the new unit.Word to the wise, beware who is working on your house. These guys dont do the best work, and their follow through is TERRIBLE. Save your money, and go with a company that backs their work. It will be cheaper in the long run.
Such a great company! I was dying with this heat weve been having in Eugene, so I called and they scheduled me as soon as they could. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable and understanding and the techs who came were very professional and took the time to explain what was going on, instead of just coming in and fixing it quickly so they could leave. Such a refreshing sight! The customer service I received from Temperature Pros exceeded my expectations. You would be hard pressed to find a company that will treat you better! I will definitely be returning if I need any more work done in the future!
We had recently bought a house and our ductless heat pump gave an error code after a big winter storm came through. We called Temperature Pros because their signage was on the system. When I first called I simply wanted to know what their hourly rates were, etc. and the lady on the phone had to put me on hold two times to answer my simple questions. They were able to quickly send someone out but the first person they sent out clearly had no idea what he was doing. He kept making comments about how fancy of a system it was and how complicated they are. Two hours later he told me he was going to have to talk to the boss and see if they can send someone else out who specializes in the Lennox models... He left but I never heard back. I had to call them back to see if they were going to send someone else back out. The lady on the phone acted confused as she did not hear anything from the technician that came to the house. They sent another guy who after another two hours seemed to figure out the problem (the control board went out). But in the quote they wanted to replace several other parts that they felt probably made the control board go out in the first place. I got the impression they just wanted to fluff up the time needed to repair since the parts were on warranty. Our agent referred us to his guy and he guessed problem before even coming out to take a look. Overall, I was not very impressed with my interactions with this company and will not be using them.
After having bad luck with a company, we called these guys. Not only did someone come the next day but the tech did a thorough check of the AC. Sherri in the office was also super nice!
I called and spoke with Jordan about getting an appointment (sooner than later as the next few days are going to be in the high 90s).....he was able to get me a tech to come out the very next afternoon. He also offered me a special price for a new customer. His customer service was amazing! I hope the tech is as awesome as Jordan was!Ken was the tech who came out to our house to fix our AC issue. First off, he was running ahead of schedule and called to make sure it was okay to come early, which I was completely impressed by (yeah, c’mon over)!! Then when he got here, he was very very personable and sooo very knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose AND fix the problem all in the same day. The rates were very reasonable too. I cannot say enough good things about this company but we are customers for life! Thank you Temperature Pros!!

I cant begin to say how wonderful Temperature Pros is. Starting with Jody fitting me in on the schedule on a Friday afternoon after my furnace stopped heating my house. Robert (who has done our maintenance before and has always been professional and courteous) came out on his own time and spent 2 hours diagnosing my furnace and found it was completely irreparable after 17 years. Micah, the salesman, was prompt in calling me the next day and expedited my order to get an HVAC system installed before Christmas time. Micah was patient, super friendly, and a delight to work with. On the day of installation, Mike and Josh were absolutely amazing and spent 10 HOURS installing and making sure the HVAC system worked properly and efficiently. After nearly two weeks of no heat, my family and I will have a wonderful (and warm) Christmas because of the wonderful and incredible service of Temperature Pros.
I watched this company install a furnace for my mom. When they claimed they were finished, the furnace was a mess. It looked sloppy and on top of that it failed 2 inspections. Obviously they needed to come out and fix it, but they threw fits about it each time and acted completely unprofessionally. I can not recommend this company.
Absolutely awful service. If I could leave a 0 star I could. This company has HORRIBLE follow through. They have been working on fixing my AC unit for almost 3 weeks now. With techs forgetting to order or wrong parts ordered. Pushed out appointments. And 0 actual work done. AND 0 cares to the really hot inconvenience its causing.

My A/C broke a few nights back and I called Temperature Pros to fix it. I set up an appointment and Stacy Castleman (the tech they sent to my house) called beforehand to remind me of the appointment. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the A/C. I requested a written invoice and he gave it to me on the spot, to sign and keep. Overall great experience and I would call them back again in a heartbeat.

This is my go to airconditioning company! I was helped by a receptionist named Hijiriko, and she was very polite and courtesy. Not only are they extremely friendly, they are fast and reliable. Ive never experienced better service than at this company.
My A/C went out right as my home went pending. The Temprature Pros worked their butts off to get it all back up and running before close. They had to deal directly with my home warranty company. Julie was amazing and kept on top of the home warranty company. Im certain wig she didnt, the A/C would still be broken. All the techs I met were really good people and did the best they could everytime they had to come out. In the end they took a horror story of no A/C during a home sale and made it a happy ending! Thank you!
Worst company ever to deal with and I never write reviews. They were supposed to come do repairs that our home warranty was going to pay for and now because they are not going to make any money off the repairs they are not coming to do it! Stay away from this company.
