Rocky was great and got my compressor going ASAP.

I called the day before. I was met in the parking lot at 3 p.m. by an employee that said to come back in 3 days because they were short staffed. I was planning on spending over 3 thousand on an air compressor. I bought one that Friday somewhere else.

I came here for a solution to a problem on my old speedaire belt driven compressor. I thought a quick trip to the hardware store or finding something online would have fixed it, but no. I couldn’t find what I needed from anywhere else, and they were able to solve it at a good price. This is a niche market and JD is the place to go.

I was trying to find a start capacitor for my husbands air compressor, the interweb lies to you about were you could get them at .a gentleman from stones and harry cooper supplys told me to call j.d dickinsons and to my surprise Don helped me out so much I had to call him back like 3 times he was very patient with me having to get all the numbers he needed to help me find what I was looking for . He is a fantastic gentleman that helped me greatly . Rocky was also part of helping get it .. thank you gentleman so very much for all the help you gave me .

Awful customer service. They will put parts on that are worse than what you had before and charge double for them. And in 2 mths when those parts break they wont warranty anything and charge you for them. I would strongly recommend not taking anything to these people. Its a waste of money and time.
