Owner of Wood Guys was a class act. He responded to a challenge we had and made it right. During the process, communication was very good.Installers did a fantastic job; worked hard and methodical to complete the project. There were many tough angles that were no problem for these installers. I would definitely recommend Wood Guys to others.

I get compliments all the time on my new wood floors. The Wood Guys showroom has a great variety of samples I was able to choose from. They helped me find a wood flooring I loved, and installed it on schedule in my home. Would highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am appalled at my experience with this company. I contacted them over a month ago to get an estimate, but had to chase them around just to get someone to call me. Once I finally got someone to call me, I got the estimate done. The owner, David, came out to the house and did the estimate. He said it would be a day or 2 when I would get the quote via email. I had to reach out to them several times over a 2 week period before I FINALLY got a response. ONE MONTH after my initial contact with them (and me having to contact them COUNTLESS times), I finally got the quote. I expressed my concerns about their lack of communication and unprofessionalism and expressed shock that they wouldnt have offered some sort of a discount to rectify all the trouble I had to go through just to get this quote. Well, not only did they not try to rectify it, the owner emailed me that I don’t think that our business would meet your standards therefore it would be in both of our best interest if we didn’t do business together.This company is super unprofessional and clearly doesnt care about their customers. Move along. Theres better flooring companies out there.

We had our carpet in our living room replaced with hardwood to match the rest of our house which already had hardwood and we are so pleased! They worked long days straight thru until the job was finished so I could get my living room back ASAP. They were super great to work with and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. This is my second job I’ve had them do for us and we will use them again no question.

I had my home built about 7 yrs ago and recently decided to change out the master carpet for hardwood. I wanted it to match the flooring in the rest of the house. Turns out it was discontinued. David allowed me to supply the flooring and they did the install. It is beautiful. Brian did such a great job I decided to do the other three bedrooms. I highly recommend Wood Guys!

Hired these guys to refurbish existing wood floors and replace carpet with matching wood floor. Tough job but they made it happen. Floors turned out awesome! Definately recommend.

My wife wanted wood floors so I went to Wood Guys because of a friend recommendation. I went there planning on buying a wood floor, but they sold me a better product that met my needs. The product was luxury vinyl tile (LVT) which was cheaper, more durable and water proof. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for your help!
