Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. And come out needing to spend over $900 just to fix my car. The supervisor says he has over 30+ years of experience yet my car was still messed up? They didn’t put in the right oil that it needed and on top of that he was rude to my wife. And still had the audacity to have an attitude with me, when I was just trying to get to the bottom of things. Saying “I am tired of dealing with this.” They had good reviews but definitely not going back.

Fast service and the employees are always so helpful. The young girl, Rachel, that works there takes time to talk to me every time I come in and she showed me I was paying too much for an oil change so my cost went down from $80 to $45! Not many shops would do that! They never try to upsell anything you dont need and they do great work. Highly recommend.

First time Ive ever written a review, but these guys went above and beyond just great service. Im always leary of going into any kind of car service facility. Im a single woman with no knowledge of cars. Frankly, Im always afraid of being told I need a service/part that I dont really need. That didnt happen here. I was treated with honesty and kindness. I just couldnt believe the service ... it was exceptional! I would recommend them to anyone! Single ladies ... I totally recommend this as a go to for your car service! I wont go anywhere else! I just took my Jeep for the first time and this WILL be where I get my oil changed from now on!! They changed my oil, checked and aired up, brake fluid added, coolant added, air filter checked....all in about 20 minutes. I had no appointment and there was no wait on a Friday afternoon! We found out before leaving that it is family owned and operated. Im impressed, thats for sure!!

Best place to get a speedy oil change. Honest and kind staff. They answer my off-the-wall car maintenance questions with recommendations of where to go. They’ve even gone the extra mile and helped install a headlight on request. One time they told me I was still good and didn’t need to get a change yet and to come back when I hit the miles and they didn’t charge me. Inside waiting area is nothing fancy and could use some improvement, but the overall service is top notch and will continue to earn my business.

$45 bucks for an oil change. In and out in 20 mins. As I pulled in they moved swiftly to begin the oil change as soon as I got out of the car and requested it. Great service, a real sense of urgency!!! I will go again!!

Verygood service

I’d give negative stars if I could. They botched my oil change resulting in a cam sensor failure. Cost me almost $200 and a day of work to fix. I only asked for a refund but was told no.I believe they did this on purpose because I didn’t buy their air filter.They’re incompetent and rude. Didn’t even check my tires or cabin air filter although it was marked. My oil filter was on so tight I had to break it to get it off while I was repairing the damage they caused.I have pics and videos and am filing a complaint with the BBB.

They get me in and out quickly. The first time I went my kids were asleep in the car and were able to stay that way since the guy works from the hole in floor( no car lift)!! Always polite and helpful.

I needed a quick Oil change, I usually do my own, these guys were great. No line on Sat afternoon, and everyone of them was friendly. I was happy with the price, they did a good job, and was done faster than I would ve been.

Super super fast and a great price. Ive been here a few times and I will go out of my way to get my oil changed here. After tax, i paid $41.65 for oil and oil filter, and windsheild washer fluid. For no charge they also aired my tires, topped up washer fluid, antifreeze, brake fluid, and steering fluid. All in about 5-7 minutes. Crazy fast.

Quick and friendly service! I compared oil prices nearby in Springdale and Lightning Lube was the cheapest for synthetic oil. Theyre very fast and great at what they do. Full service check and oil for the price. Building isnt the best, but they have all of the basics for an oil change business.

I have been very happy with my experiences at Lightning Lube. I have been there many times for oil and filter changes and they are always fast and friendly. I use full synthetic oil in my trucks and their prices are excellent.

The place doesnt look the best but dont be fooled! They are awesome. My car needed a drain and fill on my automatic transmission fluid. It was having some shifting issues because I had never had it done. I took it to Precision Tune and they wanted to charge me $ 94.00. I then called Lightning Lightning lube and they charged me $ 32.00. They completed the job in 10 minutes and my car is running like its brand new again. This is definitley the place to go! They will not try to steal your hard earned money!
