Weird mix of work culture. Some people are really bad at their jobs and some are extremely great at their jobs. One of the workers made adjustments to my reefer program without my permission. He locked the start stop mode somehow. No unauthorized personnel can make adjustments to a reefer. But they have overnight parking.

Spoke to many truckers waiting between 4 and 8 hours and didnt got loaded, so l canceled my load from and go for another one, people works here very unprofessional and rude dont have respect for truckers and their time

It is second time to be here just the worst ever place for loading just the lazy loading guys have no courtesy for the drivers oh my god so sad 😞worst worst worst worst ever ever place omg 1 millions time 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

Set in dock for 11.5 hrs, staff was very unfriendly rude and unhelpful. Only answer anyone had was I dont know. 11.5 hrs to load a truck. 11.5 hrs!!!!! Very lazy and slow very unacceptable. Will not accept loads out of cargill again

This place is a joke.Been waiting to unload for 4 hours..they keep unloading dropped trailers while holding up a team.Why order product if you dont need it?! Inconsiderate

Not sure the relevance of appointment times. Was early, now its a 6 hrs after my appointment time and Im still not In a door. Im sick of shippers acting like we have nothing else to do or nowhere else to be.And they take their sweet time. Loaded heavy had to reload. Not very quick about things which resulted in a service failure on the receiving end. Now that I have missed my appointment time because of your lack of speed or integrity now drivers have to sit all day at the receiver waiting to get worked in. This destroys a guys paycheck. WE ARE NOT HOURLY EMPLOYEES. Speed it up. HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION. Get drivers in and out, you cost us money. Learn about the 14 hr rule and elogs and what taking your sweet time does to a driver and the paycheck we try to take home. You have smart phones, free education.

Quick service and friendly staff. A young black man helped me to unload with in 20 minutes I appreciate that bro.

They are making money on us, didn’t get you loaded until you bring them a trailer washout receipt, even if you trailer is clean .

Its like every other Cargill place Ive been to. The staff is over worked so they take it out on you, the driver that has to go into their God forsaken plant. The place is clean though and it doesnt stink. Thats the only reason why it got 3 stars. Signs to show you where to go are smashed up so you cant tell where you need to go.If you have a GPS system and running a refer unit you need to go to Jefferson Street. NOT RANDELL.

Dont load by your appt time. They load fresh meat. They dont start cutting meat till you check in. Expect 12-14 hes for live loads.

Arrived at 1:30 pm didnt get loaded till 8pm out of hours, why do i bother trying to go to places like this, i lose loads and money, im just going to have to stop accepting loads to these types of places, i google pretty much all of my stops, so far most have been very accurate i tell my dispatcher to do the same but they dont, then they get a little bit upset, then i just say i told you so...

Arrived at around 5pm and did not leave till 4am. I had to be at my first stop at 0430 2-3 hours away. I told them to unload their freight from my trailer however the first stop agreed to take it in. I will NEVER load from this cargil facility again without charging a hefty freight bill.

Friendly & professional staff. Loaded frozen here & was in & out in less than an hour. Thanks guys.

Well i drive trucks and deliver to cargill. The staff is very friendly and willing to assit me with trailer issues. They call me ahead of time so i can pick up my product in a timely manner. Thanks to those in control towers and the docks. Special thanks to Gina at dock 15 along with Ray,and Jose. Not to mention that my father in law, Ron Yowell worked there and retired from there and he has nothing but good to say about working there and the company.

Nobody knows pallet count, cant go on the dock, 10 plus hrs to load 3 drops and late for my first and still in the dock

Usually drop and hook live unloading doesnt take too long
