These people are completely incompetent. They failed to register the correct shipping label on a package, insinuated I was lying about even dropping it off, was unable to locate any accurate information about the package, then created a shipping label that didnt exist and shipped the package to the wrong place. They were of zero help in resolving the matter, only kept pointing the finger at me. They need to better train the employees that work up front and consider hiring employees that speak better English. I will never use this location again, no matter how far I have to drive.

I was expecting a package of jewelry from Miami. The UPS driver showed up in the morning and couldn’t find my package on his truck. I suspect they stole it. I have my interaction with driver on camera to prove package was never delivered

Im so done with this place. My boyfriend and I have never had a good experience. Theyve lost several packages before, I needed a dress for my friends wedding and they claimed they delivered it and never did. I had to call the dress company to get a refund. UPS automated phone wont allow you to speak with any real customer representative. I have to find a new dress last minute. AVIOD THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Great customer service. Had a lot of people waiting inside. They have a mandatory mask policy and signs posted but a lot of people chose to ignore that. They dont enforce the rules, so be sure to bring your hand sanitizer and mask to be safe!

Its very nice quick place. The person at counter was very nice and helpful. Id rate this place a 5 star but the only thing was they dont print out labels so that was highly disappointing. I had to drive all the way to fayetteville to mail a separate order. But all in all they did at least help me with two orders and where very friendly and helpful so I do thank thank and give them a 3 stars for least being able to half help me.

Problem #1 driver didnt stop at my mothers for delivery as far as we know shes 83 it takes a min to get to the door. #2 the help line sucked! When I finally got a human they told me the wrong business hours and I made a trip from Goshen to Springdale to a locked building....

TERRIBLE contact service. You guys need to figure out a better way to get a hold of someone. The operator is absolutely horrid and extremely frustrating, makes it either impossible to go to a representative or takes you through all these nonsense loops for 5minutes. A simple customer solution could get resolved but NO. This just causes escalations. Now actually talking to someone the customer service is perfectly fine.

Got my regular mail today ( no problem) but no UPS package that was to be delivered today. Site said it was on the truck out for delivery at 10:45 am today. Shipped on the 11th Six days ago. Now its after the 9pm window currently still no package. Now they have no one to answer the phone.

UPDATE 3/6/21: A new package did not arrive today. See my picture. Severe weather is cited as the reason. Its sunny and 65.it has been two weeks since we had snow. This UPS never delivers on time. I will have to wait many days to get my new package. UPS you need to do something.After asking for a shipment overnight delivery on feb 12, the shipment got caught in weather. It finally made it to Springdale for delivery Saturday February 20. No delivery was made. Tracker was updated to deliver by Monday February 22 10:30Am. Now, it is not even on a truck for delivery???? This is a part for my heater that I have been without for over a week now. Can UPS get it together and bring my package? This is the worst company. Cant even get an agent on the phone to help.

Still waiting on a package for Thursday before Valentine’s Day. A Valentine’s Day gift, perishable not to mention. It has been in Springdale for several days but delivery keeps being pushed back. I am disgusted beyond words. Get your act together! If I had a choice there would be no stars negative feedback all the way.

I was like I will pay you money to take this average size 4 lb box to california and they said no come back tomorrow or you can go home, make an account, buy a label, print your label, bring your package back and we will take it. First time my order was delayed and never said why. Customer service didn’t even know. Second delayed was because of weather that was just rain in Springdale Arkansas February 27th. Check weather and try to prove me wrong. Lost a customer and revenue from it.

I contacted UPS to hold a package as I would not be home to accept it and was not comfortable having it sitting outside for days. Delivery date was early compared to what the site stated when order was placed. Chris said that he was able to stop delivery and I had til 1/6 to pick up from UPS facility in Springdale. It was delivered anyways. I contacted UPS back and spoke to David. He said that he will get UPS to pick the item up from door and hold it for me. He said that I should be receiving a call from UPS in Springdale to let me know if they were able to retrieve package or not. Kerri called from Springdale facility and got rude because I thought she said Jerry or Terry for her name. So, I snapped back at her because her rudeness was unnecessary. She said that they were sending a driver to pick package up. I kept up with tracking to see what would happen. Instead of holding the package the timeframe they were supposed to, it was held for one day and then returned back to sender. I contacted UPS and spoke to Andy. She said that receiver (which is me) refused package and that is why it was returned back to sender. I feel as though Kerri returned to sender to be malicious. I asked to speak to supervisor Julian. He said he was going to try to intercept the package. It made it back to sender. I filed a BBB complaint to get the coupon value back at least from UPS because if I was to replace item, I would have to pay higher as the coupon is now expired.

I dont know how this company stays in business. They dropped my package out of the door they forgot to close on their truck. Some random stranger picks it up and brings it to me. I call customer service to let them know of their mistake, and they hang up on me without even asking my name. I have watched them throw, toss, and kick any box they feel like. Attendants at their location are quite rude too. Case in point. UPS going the extra mile. Notice the packages left in the rain, just 3 feet from a screened in porch?

I have never had a problem with yall before.I got a notice my package had been delivered while I was gone.After looking all over the outside of my house, I went and checked the mail box and there it was.Has a former delivery driver I know this is a big no no.I guess we have a new driver, as the one that used to deliver to us would not do that.I contacted Amazon and let them know. I know they are strictly against such a matter.

Had a horrible experience with the customer service lady working there on 4/13/20. Ive never had such bad customer service. My fiance tried doing of a package but the rep needed my info; my fiance tried telling her about my disability but rep continued to be rude. When I went in she still had a horrible attitude. Workers like her that cannot offer good customer service need to find a different position. If anyone needs to do any business with UPS take an extra drive to the UPS store in Fayetteville. Its sad that such poor customer service was given at a CORPORATE location. SMH.....

You left our computer at the wrong house so it sat outside for hours in the cold!! We had to go on a scavenger hunt in our neighborhood to find it. Very poor service when the driver cant read the package and get it to the right address!!!!!!! It had better work when I set it up tomorrow or you are going to owe us a new one!!!!!

Nobody answers the phone. After receiving a voicemail about my package not being delivered due to incorrect address (which is a lie, just received a package from them at the same address earlier last week ) They left a voicemail for me to call back. I have been calling nonstop since noon today it is now 3:30pm and nobody is answering the phone.

It’s kind of odd where they’re located but if you try hard enough you can find the door it’s very tiny and if you’re first in line it’s great they’re pretty efficient you will need your drivers license or they will not mail your package

Terrible customer service and no help. They will give you different reasons for why they can or cant do something depending on who is working. Debbie was able to help me on a previous visit, which was no mystery, to send a package back to the manufacturer that had sent me a return label. Apparently this time I was told you cant send a package from this location unless you are paying for shipping and dont already have a shipping label because I dont know how to do it. I carried in an 85lb package was turned away and didnt even get so much as a sorry we dont do that here as I was dragging my package back to the car. They just sat there staring and started back up their conversation without a care in the world. Very rude and very inconsiderate.

They never fail to send a package almost worth returning its so bashed up. Lost half a bag of powdered fertilizer. Picked up the box on my doorstep to have it pour out all over me. That and expensive computer components show up smashed 10 out of 10 times

Called multiple times as well as checked online to make sure my package was at this facility. When I drove 30 minutes one way they told me the driver would not be back for another hour. Moral of the story is, drivers shouldnt check off a package as being at one location if it isnt.

I like how convenient it is to just walk in and pick up my packages since I work and am not home during delivery attempts. However, one time I went in there was noone in the lobby for over 5 minutes. I had to call the 800 number and tell the rep that I wanted to pick up my package. Weird.

Walked in to send out a package. Lady was awfully rude and said no we do not do that here. So I asked what is ups for then. She couldnt give me a response. So she said you have to go to different location to send out your product. Why cant you do it here at this location? Doesnt make sense for good business practice I will never be using ups to send out anything again.

I visited the customer center in Springdale. I was ignored and not even greeted by the two staff members for at least 45 seconds. I was then informed that this location will not print a shipping label for you even if you have a QR code. I find that absolutely beyond ridiculous. I am not sure the words customer should even be part of the name when you cant adequately take care of a customer.

The number should be that of the local facility and not the corporate tracking facility number. To start with the package is late than what was initially promised and now i dont have visibility into when the package will be delivered... all it says is by the end of the day. Well by end of the day does not help because i need this package for the get together im organizing. In this age of technology, the updates should be much much better than this!!

Worst delivery business ever. My pregnant wife ordered a dresser for our baby months ago and they havent delivered. The first time they sent it back saying they couldnt find our address but didnt even try to call us. Then they kept promising delivery dates and keep failing to deliver it but they always have an excuse like they cant get to our house even though weve given them directions multiple times. Then they have said they delivered but nothing was delivered. Driver said he left it in our garage. I dont get how UPS even believes that unless they condone their workers breaking into houses? The package was not delivered and is now under investigation as they dont seem to know where it went. So moral of the story is dont use UPS because as I stated before the dresser was supposed to be delivered a long time ago for our expected baby. Guess which ones getting here first. Thats right, the baby.

This branch has been my UPS branch for about 8 months now. The UPS driver refuses to leave my packages at my door, even if I leave notes. This would be fine, if he would leave them at a drop off point. Instead, he returns it to the sender. He has made it impossible to receive things via UPS.

Horrible. Do not use UPS if you aren’t home they keep your package, they told me the package was supposed to be delivered to a locker yesterday by 1 and it still wasn’t there. Then I had to find out where my package was and the lady on the phone couldn’t connect me to someone at the location where my package was and said someone from there would call me in an hour. So why can’t I call and talk to someone then? DO NOT USE UPS FEDEX is way better. You’ll waste money on shipping.

Not surprised to see a 1 star rating for this UPS. Seriously the WORST COMPANY EVER! Cant tell the difference between 15 and 16 though both address are posted clearly on mailboxes AND Houses. Call corporate to ask why delivered package didnt get delivered, told will get call back about claim in an hour. 4 days later......8am call. I call back twice after 11am ish and person who called isnt there no one has full idea of whats going on. I ask for calls after 10am as I usually dont get off work/to sleep after 2am! Ask same thing when I call back next day after anothrr 8am call. Same issue no one has clue. Next day 7 AM Call!!!! She actually said He just wrote down that you dont get home untill 2am ok so somehow that equated to call earlier as 5 hourd MUST be plenty of sleep!!! Rude and ignorant. Save time and hassle, use FED EX!
