Fantastic service and support.Update - Just added a Husqvarna auto mower from Ace of Blades. Great install team took only a few hours and saved me a weekend! Now to relax and let the mower do the work.

Our technician, Dallas Adams, is excellent. He takes his time and does the job right. He hand sows close to my flowers and shrubs and takes care not to spray my wood fence with the liquid fertilizer/weed control. He uses a blower to clear the sidewalk, driveway and stepping stones of the white chemical/fertilizer used on the lawn. Very efficient with his time, but very thorough. Also extremely polite.

Called about an issue with armyworms, and within 2 hours they had completely resolved our issue. They came out to assess the yard and then spray shortly after that. So impressed and thankful for their help and excellent service!

Our yard looks great and they have been very responsive if we have any concerns. They stand behind their promise to retreat if there is an issue. We will definitely use them next year too.

I requested a quote for service to spay my lawn for weeds and to fertilize. I got a response the next day from the sales manager who said, “We decline to give you a quote.” No reason or explanation was offered. DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.NOTE: Rather than contact me like Lawn Doctor did and and explain why they couldn’t provide the service I requested, they just decided I was a “red flag,” whatever that means. I now use Lawn Doctor. Don’t use these people.

Weve only used Ace of Blades for 1 year so far, so I cant yet fully speak to the quality of their work. However, their customer service is second to none. Theyre always very nice and helpful. Their system is user friendly also, making it easy to view services, view/pay your bill, and order new services. The yard definitely has improved but I expect it to really bloom after this years applications. Very competitive prices also. I would recommend!

We are very particular about our yard. We decided we were spending as much on fertilizers and weed killer as if we used a lawn service. We were extremely skeptical but decided to give it a year and see what we thought. We have been very pleased. Juan is so nice. He is always considerate of our grand children when they are playing in the yard and avoids areas I have asked him to not treat because the children are often there. Also, I have zero weeds in my 1.3 acre yard and that is impressive since I am next to a 100 acre cow pasture that could easily blow up my yard with all kinds of weeds.

They did great spraying my yard but customer service from the office was horrible.

I cant recommend Ace of Blades enough. They have helped me out three times with my Automower (which I didnt even purchase from them). Once was a software update - they came to my house and installed the update (covered under warranty) while I was at work. Once was a wheel motor that went bad (again, warranty replacement at my house).Then I had a sensor problem that was ultimately caused by too much dirt/grass buildup underneath a couple of parts. This would not be covered under warranty, but instead of coming to my house and charging me to troubleshoot, I got an email from the owner, Josh, with a couple of things I could try on my own to fix the problem. he even included photos of the parts manual to help me get to the right pieces. Using his suggestions, I was able to disassemble, clean, and replace the parts and the Automower is working like new again and it didnt cost me a thing!I havent tried their other services (yet, Im going to), but I have had nothing but good experiences with this local company.

I used Ace of Blades and I do not recommend anyone else making that mistake. After he had been treating my recently sodded yard, I still had thousands of weeds all over my yard. 3 weeks after he last treated the yard for weeds, I called and told him that his treatments were not working. He told me that he would come take a look at my yard, but he never did. I took photos and emailed them to him since he evidently was too busy. He replied by email with this:Kevin,Please do not contact me again and find someone else to help you.As a side note, I thought better about sending the rest of the email that I spent about 30 minutes typing out.Ace of Blades(I called a different company, and they had no problem getting rid of every weed in my yard. I think I deserve my money back from Ace of Blades)

Generally do a good job. Dont do the pest control deal because they will not accommodate early or late hours and have charged me for interior pest control that did not occur. I tried to straighten it out via their online complaint process and by calling, but could only leave a voicemail. I will be switching services.
