Stopped in on my lunch hour because we just joined spectrum and got a new iPhone for my sister who is electronically impaired were having trouble switching it over with SIM cards and such when I walked in the door I was greeted by a young man who was new, ask him if they would be able to switch her over if we came in later ? (simple question )there was a lady didnt catch her name but she was the store manager snapped at me saying they do it over the phone I asked her what about someone who is having trouble with that process she began to downgrade my sisters abilities and says what she doing with an iPhone ? I wouldnt advise going to this store the manager has doesnt have a clue how to serve people or even respect anyone not a very good first visit for spectrum services. Its kind of like restaurants I guess theyre just taking any warm body.
They sucked me in by promising me a certain deal they called a “customer win back deal”. It was a very good monthly price so I switched. My first bill came in and it was three times the cost of what I was promised. I called. They stated they have not offered the “customer win back deal” for 3 years! I was very angry about being lied to about the price but my child needs the internet for school so I did not cancel spectrums services only because we couldn’t go a week or 2 waiting to get services from another company. Have you heard of how dish and direct tv (or any company that you need a satellite for) has inconsistent service and the picture goes in and out and etc... but that’s not supposed to happen with spectrum because it’s a wired connection. But guess what???! It happens with my spectrum services all the time, even in great weather. I’m so sick of trying to watch movies on my cable that are constantly pixelated and skipping whole scenes!!
Stay away from Spectrum. Its the old bait and switch game. They dont care about long term customers, only to increase market share and dive into their wallets. Their TV commercials are false marketing positions. They are not out to save you money. They give you an introductory offer, only to more than double your package rate, within a year. You think thats enough? No. They then implement what is now, a 7% annual increase to your monthly rate and with zero added value. They have raised my bill to $237 from beginning $150 range. I learned the hard way.. Plenty of options so do your homework and save a ton of your hard earned money. Just look at all their latest reviews! They are a failed business model and they know it.
I went in for the deal that their online website said my address was eligible for and they charged me $30 more for it the next day. Now I get to fight with them to honor the deal that their website still says I am eligible for! They also put my email address in wrong so I couldnt set my account up online without calling customer service:)

I arrived here 3 weeks looking for the Samsung galaxy A12 and they were out of stock, so I came back today in hopes of finding one. There was one left in stock. I was assisted by Jalen who was very professional and polite, I was very happy with the service I bought my new phone. If I ever need to go back, hopefully he will be there.

I was greeted as I walked in the door and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helped me close my account fast. The store was really organized and was nicely kept and clean.
I pay my bills because I like 👍 the internet for my Xbox so I go into the store and pay at the kiosk machine they have so Im getting a new apartment and I owe 186.00 im going to pay it but its always something with spectrum oh you didnt pay march bill which I know I paid up until I moved out of my ex girlfriend place its always something I thought customers come first oh I guess not

Then keep on looking!I am a college student that uses spectrum, currently it is 9:40 on a school night, and Im working on a coding project. Im typing this review from my phone providers data because, shocker, spectrum failed to do the 1 thing I pay them $100 a month to do. I completely lost my code since I was working on it through a remote desktop. If you need your wireless to perform consistently I would strongly recommend you to choose another. They will show no remorse for the anguish they cause you, your family, or loved ones. It is simply not their problem, they already have your money. I urge whomever is reading this to pick another provider.
What a joke!! I took time out of my day to go into the store to lower my bill at the end of May. The packages were very limited and they do not value loyal customers. Only new customers get good rates! The staff had issues working the computer and making any changes. After upgrading my internet, it actually slowed down and they gave me a modem that didn’t work so a tech had to come to my home the next day. Three weeks later I find out the changes had never been made because it was canceled out that evening due to the staff not completing the order. I am done with Spectrum’s games. I will be cutting the cord today at a different location as I don’t trust this one to do the job!!!
This particular spectrum store has the worst customer service the staff does not listen and they are not helpful. I had to go to a different Spectrum store and the other store allowed me to complete the sale and get my phone activated.
It would be great if they treated you like you are human. You ask questions and they just point. Smh
They didnt help me at all. When I got there I was told a completely different story then what I was told on the phone. So nothing was accomplished.
Do not go this location unless you absolutely have to. CSR made me take the cardboard box outside that contained my equipment that was due to be returned and dispose of it as they were not allowed to accept anything in a box..... Are you kidding me? Last time I checked customer service was THE most important part of a business. GLAD I cancelled this service, spectrum is bad, the people that work at this location and their customer service is worse.
Don’t waste your time coming here, they will not help you. No matter the problem, they will direct you to customer service and they will not be nice about it. Rude employees, I honestly don’t know why this store exists
This store in particular is unprofessional, no one informed us that even though the account is in both mine and my husband’s name that we would not both be able to pick up our service equipment. When I went to pick it up I was repeatedly yelled at by the customer service associate, for not signing in the correct way. Even though I have an appointment I had to wait close to an hour just to pick up a router. If there was literally any other option for service we would be going elsewhere. This has made an already stressful move even worse

Worst service ever! Not only did the representative not want to give me a receipt to the cable boxes I returned (itll come in the mail, she said), but then I cannot cancel my service at the local store but have to call customer service. So, after an hour on hold, Im connected to a representative and then they place me on hold and I get disconnected. So I call back. After 30 minutes more on hold finally get someone to supposedly completes the elimination of cable from my account and decrease of mt internet speed. I think Im finally done.....but NO! I get an email saying they are going to charge me $120 for canceling my service and for downgrading my internet. So I call back and tell them just to cancel everything and they say they cannot do it at this time because their system is down. OMG, avoid this company like the plague, the are inept and try to sell you more services and extend you into the next billing cycle so they can charge you again for poor service!

Patrick was great today. Tuesday afternoon and I was in and out to get my new modem in under 20 minutes. Store was very clean. This was my first experience at this location. I think it helped going on a weekday, I could see how the weekends would be rather busy with everyone off from work.

Better than the old Tri-County Mall location. Went in to exchange a modem.People were very pleasant but they pressed a little to hard trying to sell me on products I did not want. A single no thank you should be enough to stop the sales pressure. Everyone did observe social distancing and wore masks. Thank you for your safety practices.
Having problems with our cable box and after 2 phone calls and having to make an appointment several days away; I took the box to the store to switch it out to see if I could rectify the problem myself. I was met at the door and told they didnt have any equipment in the store. I was told to come back tomorrow. I went home and called again. The person tried everything she could, but nothing worked. She said she moved us up on the appointment because we should not have to wait 4 days for someone to fix it. She said we should hear from a tech within an hour, no one called or came. Understand that times are hard right now, but to leave customers hanging and making promises that cant be kept= not good business.

Dont go here expecting any amount of positive customer service! 8 staff standing around but only 2 customers assisted at a time, while 6 more sit to wait, or stand outside in the heat because of limited store capacity. Not one good attitude from anyone. This and my only other visit to a spectrum store makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Time to start looking for other options.
Only one person working drove 28 minutes to the store and I couldn’t even solve what I needed done.

Went in to exchange cable box that stopped working. After 20 minutes of multiple customer service reps attempting to make the exchange, the main rep working with us, said we could get a different kind of box for a cheaper monthly price. Why they didnt lead with that I dont know! We spent close to an hour in the store by the time all was said and done. Felt like only 1 guy knew what he was doing, and he couldnt help everyone at the same time.
The bill always goes up and up and up but when you call everyone acts like they cant fix it.. or pretend you are getting this amazing deal. They dont care about their existing customers.. a few CSRs told me when I can cancel my service because they werent going to lower my bill. I cant wait until this pandemic is over I will DEFINITELY be switching service!

If I could leave zero stars I would. It wasnt my experience in the store that was bad, the gentleman that helped me was great and you could tell was not thrilled about my situation. Spectrum and their sleezy, shameful business practices is who I have this issue with.. It would take a lot to go into what they did to me today and have done in the past but please trust me and take my word for it that they are a deceitful, sleezy company and they could care less about their customers. I have put up with their poor business practices before, but today was the worst. I have been their customer for 30 plus years and trust me if there was somewhere else to take my business I would. How convenient for them that they are almost the only game in town and the government does nothing about their monopoly. That is just wrong and leaves them wide open to lie, cheat, and steal the way they did to me. If you are undecided about which cable, internet, cell phone company to go with please go anywhere but Spectrum. You will be so much better off. They are so untrustworthy.
Will helped my old roommate and I get our account names switched and every question we had he was incredibly knowledgeable. Will is an amazing employee and Spectrum should be very grateful to have someone so passionate about their job. Amazing job Spectrum, and especially Will.

We arrived and thought we had an appointment. We did just for the next day, my fault not theirs. They were very nice and set us up on the line. The gentleman that helped us was also kind and helped us out and efficiently and even told us tht for some reason there was a land line attached to the account for an internet only order. Told us how to not have that activated wen setting up and saved us $10 a month. The only weird thing is that they made my son and I stay 6 apart even though we are from the same house. Odd but whatever.
Went in for a very simple pick up. Brent blamed the online Spectrum customer services sales rep for “setting it up wrong” and refused to give me my pick up.
The service is pricey and the connection is very low we struggle with it all day long. We sometimes reboot it twice a day and yet we barely can watch Netflix.. I wish if I can get different company in my area.
Service was good. The down side is that you cant use a computer there to access you account if you need to . I wanted to pay off a phone but using a different card than what is on file but could not. You can change it online only.

Pretty sure eleven people died in the lobby waiting for service at this location. I came to return a router, waited 25 minutes during which only 2 people were helped, and had to leave in order to retain my sanity. Four people working kiosks - only two managed to get through one customer each in the 25 minutes I was there. A fifth person at a kiosk not helping anyone. And then one person who seemed to do nothing except greet people, organize brochures, and watch people as they bored holes into her with their eyes wondering why Spectrum is paying someone to work this useless greeter position instead of hiring someone to work a kiosk and help customers.

Easy way to pay ur bill with machine.
Went there for an upgrade to replace a phone I already had. The lady helping was loud, twitchy, rude and not very helpful. Picked out the phone, she started the process on the computer then told me I couldnt finance a phone unless it was under $200. I have 3 lines, all financed, all paid timely...thought it was strange, but said ok, paid off my old phone and left. I was sitting at home that evening thinking about it and it was really bugging me...so I got on spectrums website and decided to try it myself. I picked the same phone I had at the store and had no problem whatsoever financing it on their website.

This was the worst experience I ever had. The representative had a tongue ring and I could barely understand her. She did not take her time to hear my concern. I had a charge that was due to equipment that I was returning with her and she did not even have a clue that the charge was due to that. She pointed to the customer service phone number to resolve my issue. Which I did. The phone representative was very kind.. to me the representatives facing the customers face to face need to be trained with soft skills to be able to listen and resolve issues, at time be understanding. I was advised to stop by and speak with manager of the store but I do not have any desires entering that store . Hopefully my review will make a difference.

I stopped in to discuss Spectrum Mobile, they have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to Cellular Devices or how the service works. The employees and management were very rude, because they couldnt answer my questions. Dont take your frustration out on your customers just because you dont know your jobs.

I just hate everything about spectrum but they pretty much have a monopoly going for places fiber optics havent reach. But at least you can sit down and wait now.

You can pay your bill by using a machine like an ATM but u can use cash or plastic. That means u r in and out quick.

Ive had spectrum for a while now and Ive paid 50 a month for only internet. Now I pay 69.99??? Im disappointed in this company for not being able to keep me as a customer because of their constant price increases.
I was in line to return equipment. After 20 minutes of waiting, and the line not moving, I decided I better leave...I didnt have 2 hours to wait. Nobody even greeted me. They are much more concerned about their mobile device sales than the rest of us that use their TV services. Very dissatisfied. But what are my options? None.

Absolutely ridiculously slow line. Was waiting thirty minutes to go from 14th to 11th place in line. Left after that, I had to get to work and didnt have another hour and a half to wait.

Well lets say that they are very slow. They have workers that just sit and dont do theyre job. Feels segregated. They are not prompt in any way and really like to take theyre time. Also it is understaffed. With the price they charge it should have way better customer service with alot faster of gettin in and out. Dont think I will use service again or recommend to any one unless they like to wait for an hour watching certain ones play on theyre phones and just take time in getting costumers thakin care of.

Spectrum should be ashamed of themselves. I run a small business and rely on their service for my internet, credit card machine and telephone service. I was not able to complete a $5,000 transaction today due to spectrums poor service. Technical support could not tell me why the service was out and was unwilling to help schedule a technician to come out to my business. They should drop what they’re doing if they’re able to cause an inconvenience to me. I was told that I have to wait out the problem but had a $5,000 sale on the line. Thanks again spectrum for hurting small businesses. I’m canceling my service with you after this.
