The henna doesnt last long (maybe 2-3 days). If you need/want it for something happening the next day, I recommend going the day before. The tech chose my design so you can not recommend a design that you like. It was a cool experience for $40.00, but I could have purchased the henna for less money and created my own design, as I am an artist and thats exactly what I did! I did not have my brows done, although lots of people were there for threading. I use an electrical hand held device I saw on a commercial that does the job.

I’ve been a client here since she opened. They are very talented people. My brows are beautiful when they are done. I was there yesterday. I went in, wrote my name, and what I was getting done. I ask the lady if I could use their restroom. She pointed at a sign that said “due to COVID-19 the restrooms were closed to the public”. I thought about that, and told her to forget it. I have to use another business’ restroom and then come back to you and pay you for your services. No, no, no! These people get in your face to thread your brows. Yes, we both have on mask, but they are still in your face. What does the restroom have to due with COVID-19. When I get my hair done, they let me use their restroom. When I shop at other stores, they let me use their restroom. But this place can’t. I won’t be going back to them. Most of their clients are Black Americans just like me. I do not spend money with anyone who doesn’t treat me well. It made me think of Jim Crow. Now I go to Killer Brows. They let me use their restroom. Cost a little more, but my dignity is in tacked.

This is hands down the best place to get your eyebrows threaded. Niya is great with what she does! She’s so sweet, quick and professional. I love talking to her about my travels when I get the chance. The other women are very nice as well. I only go to niya to get my eyebrows done but everyone always greet me with a friendly smile when I come in. This place is also very clean! which is very important especially with COVID going on. They keep up with making their customers feel safe!

I started going to Niya 4 years ago for individual lashes. Let me tell you!! I don’t have to worry about my lashes for 2-3 weeks at least. She is a perfectionist and will definitely have you leaving looking beautiful. I got my eyebrows cosmetic tattooed 10 years Ago and Niya convinced me to grow them back out to make them look fuller. Which I’m so glad I did!! Niya always has my lashes and brows looking fabulous. You will not be disappointed!!

I love when Niya does my brows. They look fantastic. I also get the tint so I dont have to use an eyebrow pencil everyday and that last about 4 weeks.

The best eyebrows threading in the state of Ohio. Very clean, very professional, very nice inside please she does a lot other than thread. They do massages, waxing, henna tattoos and lashes and more. Love it here!!!

Niya is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for going on 7 years. She is literally the only person I let thread my eyebrows due to the fact that they’re really thin. Not to mention the sporadic wild hairs! She somehow gives them a natural arch and even makes them look more full! Let’s not forget about the fact that her services are priced reasonably and she cares enough to converse getting to know her customers. Being an Esthetician is her passion so she takes pride in her business and it shows from the decor of the establishment to the ending result of any service you are receiving. I had the WORST experience here!! I had been going here for a year and a half and it was always fine. Yesterday I go to get my eyebrows done. She took an ENTIRE CHUNK of my eyebrow out!!! How does that accidentally happen with threading?! She also accidentally got my eyelash in the thread and pulled that out. I will neverrrrrrrrrr go back.

Ive been to this place like six time and every time something happens they have to re fix my eyebrow all the time and the last time I went I had a bad experience she took too much eyebrow from the top she left one longer than the other one and supposedly she fix it but she left it the same way one longer than the other one and chunk out of one so disappointed!!😒
