Staff was useless couldn’t help me to save their lives. Ridiculous. Went down the street to Office Depot where they were much friendlier.

Absolute terrible customer service. We were not given accurate information, and information that would have been helpful was withheld from us. The assist manager wasnt the least bit interested in helping resolve our issue. The whole Fed Ex system seems to need a major overhaul.

Phone number doesnt let you reach anyone in the store in under 2 minutes.

I drop off all my small business packages here and they are always polite.

Glad i ended up here. USP did not print the quality i wanted ! Jesse and Carrie, where very helpful. I was in and out. Jesse is right they print magazine quality ! Very happy and will be back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Theresa, who works there, didn’t even want to help me. Luckily another customer in the store heard my question that Theresa disregarded and was able to help me. Don’t apply to work at a place of you don’t want to do the job or deal with customers. Won’t be back to this location.

I live five minutes from this location so its most convenient for me to go here, but I wont anymore. Theres only one person ever out front helping people, doesnt matter the time of day, Ive came in at night and in the morning and waited a minimum of 10 minutes every time. Going to a different location from now on, Ive learned my lesson.

Absolute worst service ever the management is horrible . One of the personnel said they could help me and print something out for me very quickly and then the manager stepped in and said I would have to wait indefinitely? What kind of manager would not honor what 1 of their service representatives said they would do for a customer?

Major Fail - First I will say that my experience on the phone was great! I called to ensure I could have something printed and ready for pick-up within 90 minutes for my CEO. When she showed up, the store was very busy. She walked up to the print counter and was told she would have to get in the ship line as there was only one line. There were at least 7 people in front of her shipping packages. She waited 30 minutes before finally leaving(WITHOUT PRINTS) for her next appointment. She had much more patience than some of the other print customers that walked out after waiting in line for 10 minutes or more. While we realize it is a heavy shipping season due to the holidays, it would make sense to have staff scheduled appropriately to manage that part of the business.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

One of the best FedEx locations Ive been to. Anne was extremely nice, helpful, and had a great attitude. Definitely recommend this location.

The girl that closed Sunday evening February 16 was very rude. She informed me that the store was closed in a very hostile tone. Then smirked at me as she locked the door. She was rude to my husband a well on an earlier occasion last year. He didnt report her behavior but I will.

If you have nothing to do and you just wanna waste part of your day dealing with poeple without common sense come to this location and meet the slowest staff of this medricre company

Came in to drop off a prepaid labeled envelope. Supposed to open at 7:30. Lady opened up at 7:40 (ok fine) she looked so mad to be there. I came in and asked hey I just have to drop this off where do I put it.Lady: what is it?Me: Its a smart watchHer: Whats it made out of?Me: Gorilla glass and mechanical parts?Her - heavy sigh then rolls her eyes Well that is not proper packagingMe : Well its wrapped in bubble wrap and is in a bubble wrapped package being sent to the manufacturer because its broken and needing repair so I am sure its okHer: Um no, there are 4 foot drops *massive attitude apparent in her voiceMe: Again its rated for that and going in for repair its fineHer: WEll I am going to put in there that you are refusing proper packaging I hope it breaks on the way there and they dont repair itme: Oh ok well fyi I would have refused to talk to you had there been a drop box but I hope you have the day you deserve!I did report this with my how was fedex review when I got my receipt. Fedex is always so rude anyway but that lady was awful

I just had a terrible experience here. Im 9 months pregnant and went there to make some copies. I needed to use the restroom and they refused to let me go. I will never go to this store again and will drive across town to another location. There is a difference between policy and human decency. There is a reason the word discretion exists.

Slow as hell..try other location. They work like federal employee not Fedex employee.

Ridiculous. Brought in a stack of coloring books to have the binding cut off and the girl was going to charge me separate set up fees on each one, plus told me Id have to come back and pick them up!Normally its just one swipe of the cutter.Unreal.Ill stick to my normal kinkos.

Ive been out of town and had some paperwork I needed to fax home for my family. Ive faxed these papers 8 times and called this kinkos asking them to look for the fax and to put a hold on it for my family member. They kept telling me the hadnt received anything but comes to find out that one of their employees had been doing so and keeping them in another place. So no DO NOT FAX anything here. Its so unprofessional the way they handle things.

Worst employees you would ever meet.Inefficient. all employees attending to same customer when they could split up the work.Made me wait for almost 30 mins .Plus kept asking me the ID although I had shown it once to another employee.

Good business resources center. A little pricey than it probably should be however.
