If I could give ZERO stars I would, the amount of problems had with this agency is just plain absurd. In the beginning of having their service, my husband was forced to go without any kind of care for weeks at a time because they were unable to ever fill the shift. Whenever it was filled, the HHA was late, on their phone, and when asked get off the floor to do something, they replied back with “you have other people here that can do that.” They have sent maybe 3 people who let my husband fall out of his chair and just LEFT because they didn’t know how to handle the situation at hand. A few other random problems that have been an ongoing thing was never knowing until the last second that no one was showing up, the schedulers constant rude attitude, never having care. The last four months of being with them, they were only able to fill shifts for four days. My husband was supposed to receive seven days a week to have help to get out of bed and get ready for the day but rarely received it from this company. If your just looking for someone to come clean your home, this might be a good agency to go with but don’t be surprised when the person calls in everyday for weeks at a time. Finally, the last thing I want to mention during this rampage is the last Home Heath Aid that came to our house lasted three days. She was constantly on her phone, would not do anything asked of her, tried rearranging everything in our house to fit her needs, and on the last day was over 20 minutes late. By the time she walked in, I had already got my husband out of bed and in the shower so he told her she was not needed today. She replied back okay and left. Thought that was the end of it until PRN called accusing my husband of cussing the aid out while she was leaving and supposedly told her that Home Health Aids were worthless (which I am also so the accusation makes no sense) This entire company is ate up.

Came here to take my state test the lady that was giving the test was very rude and I really don’t know why? People followed her instructions still got mouthed at such as we were told when we are done with our test to “Bring it to the desk and she will give us what we need for the next portion” so when people did that, without talking or anything she just started snapping at them because she didn’t tell them they could get up until she says when they can. I didn’t think her attitude was necessary. She also looked at you like she disliked you or you annoyed her even though we just met 2 minutes ago.

Worst place to take cna classes

The staff in the office is very rude and disrespectful. When someone walks into the building and you are sitting at the front seat, greet them with a smile and make sure that you are dressed Professional. Very disappointed

I had a C.N.A. From here for about 8 months. Until the care nurse decided I was healthy enough to not need their services. My doctor doesnt agree with her. I had 3 amazing C.N.A.s and I will have a hard time adjusting to having no help.

Just found out their staff supplying my 67 year old friend 4 bottles of half oint of vodka when they know he is in bad condition but Im going to talk to a lawyer next week. Im going to start an investigation

I still work for them.
