The guys that delivered the product were very professional and respectful. My product was mirrored and they were very cautious with the product to make sure it was not damaged.

We were extremely pleased. Brandon and Allen were very courteous and friendly. They took extra care to protect our home while delivering the desk to our room of choice. They represented your company well. Quality workers are hard to find these days, but you’ve managed to find a couple of great workers in Brandon and Allen. Service with a smile (even though this was a very heavy and bulky piece of furniture)! Communication throughout the experience was impeccable - even when there was an unforeseen circumstance that changed the delivery date. I was never left wondering about the delivery. I wish more companies communicated this well. Thank you for providing such a great service.

My delivery team was Scott Jones. They were very careful handling and delivering my tv to my house in Bella Vista and they arrived exactly when they said they would.

The link helped me know within minutes when the arrival would be and allowed me to plan my day with certainty.

I would definitely recommend this company. They were professional, friendly, and arrived when they said they would. They used text messaging to keep me informed of the approximate day and time of arrival, which was extremely convenient and true to their word. And even though my driveway was a little longer than expected and required a little extra muscle in carrying my boxed table and chairs to my house, the delivery guys were still extremely pleasant and my boxes arrived in perfect condition.

This company really needs to change its name. Deliveries from them are never on time. Wayfair says that they have had my shipment since the 21st of last month. Both Wayfair and I have tried to contact them to set up a delivery time, however not only will they not answer the calls they wont respond to several voicemails left. All calls have been made during their business hours. My last delivery from them, instead of sending an email prior to delivery like they were supposed to, they call 30 minutes prior. I missed the call, and when I called them back 10 minutes later they wouldnt answer or return call from voicemail that time either. That deliver ended up missing one of the boxes, which I still have not received months later. Wayfair needs to drop this company!

We had a little bit of lag time that was cleared up right away after a very pleasant phone call with Article. Our furniture was delivered way ahead of the estimated ship time. Everything was in good order. They did what they came to do and now I have a new couch for the first time in my life. Can you tell Im excited about a couch?

I’ve had the pleasure of getting deliveries from this company now for the last three years. It’s always been a great experience. If I recall the drivers/owners name is Lee’ and he is dedicated to customer service!! I’m guessing we’ve probably had 40 different packages delivered by him and they always come in good shape and he always has a smile on his face. I almost feel like I’m getting to know him now :-)

The delivery team called to let me know when they would be arriving and they were on time. All my items were delivered without damage and handled carefully. Lee was very professional and helped me get my large items through the door. Great service!

Never thought I’d be writing a review for a company delivering something I bought online, but this is twice now that I’ve had furniture delivered from On Time Logistics and the experience was so much better with these guys that I had to post about it. They called when they said they would, it arrived on time, they were really nice guys, and now with covid-19, they followed safe distancing and had a mask on - rather than you would think! I’ve had other things delivered where they didn’t show up, didn’t call ahead, and some where I just didn’t get the item ever - really glad when I see On Time Logistics show up as the final delivery carrier now. I had a great experience with this company. They notified by text the night before to make sure that delivering my item at a certain time would be alright. I told them yes and they told me their drivers would notify me by text when they were within 30 minutes of delivery and thats exactly what they did. Much easier to coordinate with than some delivery services. Thank you .

The Delivery team Clark and Lee, delivered the furniture that I bought online. They were very careful while rolling those big pallets from the drive-way to my living room. Before they brought the pallets, I was concerned that they may knock down the landscape light.Also the delivery was on time. I received a heads up call they would be at my house in 10minutes. They lived up to their promise and lived up to the name of their company “on time logistics”.

Great experience. Gary called 30 minutes before and took the time and effort to make sure my sectional was put together 100% correctly. Jaime and Anna from the office were helpful answering my questions and reassuring about my delivery schedule.

Never work for this company. They cheat their drivers. They take money out of your pay after you accept an order and run it. If you have any problems and try to talk to the owner he will cut your throat before ever giving you a chance to tell him anything.

No prior notice for delivery. Left a message on phone right before drop off, which was unintelligible, and I did not get it as I was at work. Object was to be signed for and delivered into house. Left couch out on front porch during rain shower with rain blowing onto covered porch. Was not advised about delivery until I received e-mail asking for me to rate my delivery experience.

Delivered my Wayfair order just fine. -2 Stars for being unresponsive to calls on multiple days and voicemails left causing extra work on my end, but delivery is their business and they did that exactly as they were originally supposed to.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The worst service I have ever received. They do not respond to their customers and are unbelievably unorganized and unprofessional. I have been trying to coordinate a delivery for two weeks. I have left 6-8 voicemails. The only time I speak to someone is if they HAPPEN to answer the phone when I call. I sat at my house for four hours this morning waiting for a delivery that never arrived. Ive called various numbers and got a hold of one person who could not help me. I hope I never have to deal with your service again. I dont understand why anyone would use this company.

Customer service was AWFUL! I reached out to let them know they would not be able to get a semi-truck down the road I live on. The woman I spoke to proceeded to scoff at the mention of meeting them in a different location... she then went on to inform me that they used large moving truck and that was my only delivery option. I told her that would be okay. And asked for a 30 minute notice (I work 20 minutes away), so I could be there, ready and have the door unlocked for the delivery drivers. I got a call today say well be there in 20. I asked for a 30 minute push back. They said no, which I understand. I then asked for a ten minute grace period to which one of the driver LAUGHED and said we will be pulling out of your driveway at 11:15 if you arent here. I ended up having to ask my fiance to skip class to meet these drivers. Who then went on to tell MY fiance in MY home that I was in the wrong and had been mistaken...

On Time Logistics held my furniture delivery for over a week, scheduling it each day but not delivering it each day. I couldnt reach a human or get a response when I called them. The retailer couldnt reach a human or get a response when they called them. It was a frustrating experience but I finally received the furniture and it wasnt damaged.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Ordered pre-assembled items from Wayfair, who contracts with them for delivery. Twice delivery was scheduled on items that had been “lost.” The third time the driver was going to be late. No notification any of the times, waited at my house for 4 hours during business hours both times (the middle time they had other items to deliver but one was the one that had been lost.) They do not pick up the phone to communicate when these things happen. Finally I requested a Saturday delivery, to which they agreed. Once again, nobody showed up. No respect for customers’ time. Sincerely hope Wayfair re-considers their contract and have notified them of the problem. In the meantime, I won’t be buying from Wayfair again, either. May send back my item which STILL has not been delivered.

Delivery scheduled through Wayfair, never received contact from company. Called multiple times, left multiple messages, none were returned. The delivery guy was very friendly though. Company has my shipment for 2.5 business days before scheduling drop off 3 days later through an email from Wayfair.
