I’m pretty forgiving on a hair cut. And sports clips has done great for years. But michaela (not sure if it’s right spelling) will leave you walking out the door worried. In other words she may jack you up.

Mickey stayed late on a Sunday to work my 6 year old in. She went above expectations to show him there was nothing to be afraid of. Also, she has a unique style and look about her that let me know immediately that my son was in good hands. Thanks again Mickey!

We will be taking our business elsewhere. We drive an hour to take our son to this location and have for the last 2 years. We have never had a bad experience until last night. When he was done we noticed the quality wasnt as good as it usually is. Once he got outside and we looked closer at it my husband took him back in to get it fixed. Once inside 3 women proceeded to tell my husband how he was wrong and how it would look bad if they cut it the way he asked... remind you we have been going for a couple years now and always got the same cut! When my son was done he came out and it looked better. I even showed her a pic of the last time he got it cut and how it looked good cut the way we asked. After he washed his hair last night we noticed a big chunk cut out of his hair over the right temple and my husband had to go back over it and cut all the long hairs that were missed after 2 tries by the professional.

The mobile check in is super handy. It shows the estimated wait time as well. The staff is friendly. TVs are always on a sports channel. I have never had an issue with my hair being cut incorrectly. If you have the time the steam towel while getting your hair washed is amazing.

These people can really cut hair and provide a very relaxing experience when you add on the MVP add on. They will massage your head and face with a hot towel and work your shoulders and upper back with a massage machine...

I cannot express how thankful I am for being recommended to this location. I have a special needs son, so hair cuts are not easy for us. But we had picture day coming up and needed to make the trip into a salon, we visited our usual children’s hair salon and it was too overwhelming. We actually tried to got twice in one day but my kiddo couldn’t handle it. So I reached out to some moms and asked for a different salon and this location was highly recommended. I downloaded the app, saw there was no wait and gave them a call. Heavyn answered and assured me they would accommodate my son. We went straight there, my son had a hard time being in a new place and was kind of all over the place. Thankfully it wasn’t busy. Heavyn reassured this mama many times and talked to my son trying to reassure him as well. This was huge for me. He got up a lot and was ready to go but Heavyn was patient and gave him the perfect cut. We will definitely be coming back to see her, in hopes with routine of getting a cut and being sure to only come in during non-busy hours, I think we can get my son to be comfortable in this kind of setting. Heavyn if you’re reading this, thank you so much!

Best place to get a haircut.

Today was the end for me going to sports clips. Signing in online and still waiting 30-40 minutes. Maybe it would go faster if she (Duranda) would stop talking so much and watching the basketball game when she knew she had another customer waiting. Total waste of my time and Im done with sports clips!

Overpriced. I normally get my hair cut by someone else, but she was unavailable. The lady here, just cut off part of my bangs that didnt suit her. It was very awkward to grow that back. They have a sports atmosphere, which seems to bring in a lot of guys who need a man card boost. Not to be mean, but hopefully helpful; If you are feeling insecure in your manhood, showing up here wont help, and a gym is probably cheaper. Also, the wait was ridiculous. I should have gone somewhere else.

3 bad hair cuts in a row from this place. Im not sure the word fade means the same thing to them as it has for me. I frequented the location in Tulsa for 4 years and never an issue with my hair style. This last one had me embarrassed to go back to work. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

Usually busy, even when they have the no wait time sign lit up, there is Usually a wait time. Some of the ladies are nice, but all are kind of pushy.

I get my beard trimmed there once a week. Never had anything less than wonderful, smiling service. I am very picky about my beard trim and they know just what I want. Wouldnt dare go anywhere else.
