Great customer service! Jennifer was awesome to work with and made the process super easy.

Jennifer who works at this location, came in on her day off, with he eyes dilated to help us. On top of that, it was 30 minutes to closing time. We were in town from St. louis to drop our son off at the University. We had an issue with access to our storage unit and Jennifer saved the day. She was cheerful, helpful and a blessing to work with. Thank you Jennifer for helping us out!

Friendly receptionist. My only complaint is they need better record management or filing system . I was told Monday when I came down to pay my rent my storage ( after she posted payment) my unit was auctioned off two days prior. And after she gave me the bill for the next month . So it was auctioned by mistake. With my family things along with my Dads ashes. Then she tried to say we went to the wrong unit in signing the lease. And the lady drove us to that unit. We have not heard from the owner and she was a little confused why Im calling 3 days later.. This has been a nightmare. Future reference do a little more research before you auction a s I per unit off.God blessKimberley

We rented from Superior Storage Pleasant 2. Jennifer was very friendly and very helpful. We first tried Superior Storage in Farmington where Tracy helped us. She did not have any units available but called Jennifer for us and told her we were coming. Then Tracy called us back later to make sure we got what we needed. Both of these employees were so nice and helpful.

Got a $20 sweeping fee when the unit was 100% cleaned out also.. I gave them a full 30days notice of when I would be moving out. We got charged for the whole month not the prorated amount. Would not recommend nor use them again.

Grant was very helpful with everything. Was in and out very quickly. He explained the contract and payment in detail. The unit I got was very clean and Im satisfied with what I got.The facility is clean and the 5x10 unit was also very clean and tidy.My friends recently had a unit here and it was nice, so when I needed one this is the place that I decided to go to.

Great place! Quick and easy to get set up. Crystal took care of everything I needed, her customer service is 5 stars!! The units are nice. And it’s much cheaper than any storage units I looked at in Fayetteville. So glad I found this place!

Several days I was denied access to my unit because the driveways were being paved. Why couldn’t they send out an email??? My access code was changed without telling me!!! I couldn’t get thru the gate for several days and luckily other people let me in. Went to check on it and office closed for 2 days. Finally spoke with someone who gave me my new code. Very poor management!!!! Units are run down. Mine leaks .

Absolutely rude owners or operators. Made me share my private code to a college helping me move. They have no concern for your privacy

So far, I have been impressed with this storage company. I loved that I could see what was available and reserve a unit online and select the start day. Of course, I had to go there to finalize it, but was able to do that at my convenience. The attendant was knowledgeable and friendly. The place looked secure and they even provided a lock. Reasonable prices. I recommend this place.

Rats got in my unit and destroyed my furniture I had in there for 6 months. Rat pooped and chewed through my things. Cant be fixed. Moister was also a problem and mold grew on boxed items.
