Had my charger stripped and retinted they did a wonderful job. My defroster still works 100%. Also today I took my wifes car in the get the windows done and had an issue with the rear defroster lines flaking being which the car is a 2012 Challenger. They tried multiple times to tint it and it didnt look professional so they advised that I get the window replaced and they will retint the new window no charge even though they had already tried 2 times with 2 different sheets of tint. These place is great to work with. The prices are great and the quality of the work is there.

My husband has taken his vehicle in 2 times to this facility. 1st time the lift took 3 days and was told it would only take 1 day with no communication that it would take longer from anyone. 2nd time special ordered steps. An appointment was made and he was told it would be ready by 3pm same day. We should up at 3. Truck sitting no work done and no word on when it would even be touched. Still no call from them with regards to when it will EVER be ready to take back in. Horrible service. Do not go here especially with so many other places to take your vehicle.

DO NOT under any circumstances trust your vehicle to Arkansas Customs. I could have been killed due to their negligence. I made the mistake of letting them install rear coil spacers on my Lexus SUV. They turned the SUV over to me and had failed to re-connect the rear axle to the frame of the SUV. Because of this the vehicle lost control when pulling out from their shop and I was nearly hit by a truck which was moving at least 50mph. This damaged my rear suspension. The cost to repair my rear suspension is nearly $4,000 and after initially acknowledging that the incident caused this have backtracked and have refused to cover even a single dollar of the diagnosis and repair.After the incident, they did send a mechanic out to my house to reconnect the track bar and the mechanic apologized and swore they would make this right and fix the damage to my suspension. This is where things went from bad to worse. The owners ignored my calls about the incorrectly operating suspension for days and then eventually said to go get it checked out by a 3rd party. The 3rd party was able to see that no additional damage was done to the vehicle (thank God) but were unable to provide diagnostic on the Lexus suspension because their computers could not communicate with the Lexus suspension. (I have this in writing that the 3rd party could not provide diagnostic on the primary area of concern - the rear suspension) They advised only Lexus could give an accurate diagnosis to the rear suspension. So next, I got documentation in writing from Lexus that they believe the rear suspension was damaged by Arkansas Customs and have requested that the vehicle be sent to them to determine the extent of the damage and exact costs of repair. They provided a ballpark repair cost of $4,000. Arkansas customs has refused to take responsibility for this, or cover the costs of towing to Lexus or the repair costs. and even told me to I was lying about my the suspension not operating correctly. I’ve even offered to let them replace the expensive Lexus suspension with an affordable aftermarket suspension which they have refused claiming they are not responsible for this. I then offered to split the cost of this and they refused. They have also refused to sign a document stating that the suspension is operating correctly (because they know it is NOT). They even went as far as telling me if I called their shop again that they would block my number. My SUV has been sitting in my garage for nearly a month while I’ve tried to resolve this.I’ve never seen a company so cowardly hide from repairing property that they damaged. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY.

First visited Arkansas Customs a year ago to have windows tinted on my daily driver car. They did a great job and at a great price.Returned to Arkansas Customs this year to have windows tinted and bed liner installed on a pickup I bought for my nephew. The windows looked great. The bed liner didnt seem exactly right; there were a couple of bubbles under the liner.I took it back to them to ask if this was normal. They informed me that it was not. I dropped the truck off the next day and they took care of it. The owner even sent pictures letting me know what had went wrong with the initial spray and showing me the work that was going into the repair. The final product looked perfect.I appreciate the integrity of this business and the work they put into making sure I was happy with my purchase. I recommend them to friends every chance I get.

Easy to work with, and pricing is in line with everyone else. We ordered leather seat covers and installation, they did a good job but took a day longer to complete than promised. However, it was ready on the revised schedule and they did a great job!

Went into Arkansas customs last week and bought a set of wheels and tires for my truck. It was a great experience. They had everything I needed in stock. I didnt have to wait at all. They had the wheel I wanted and many other sets. Multiple sets of tires on the show room floor. They were very knowledgable about all their products. They made me feel like they didnt care whether I spent $500 or $5000, they just wanted me to be happy with what I was purchasing.

One of the only places in NWA that I trust to do any aftermarket work on my vehicles. Always a quick response when I call, and they stand behind their work. I also appreciate the fair pricing that Ive always gotten from them. I will continue to use them for all my tinting/ aftermarket needs!

**UPDATE: to respond to owners comments: The owner forgot to use the word else. Nothing ELSE was found wrong by the 2nd opinion. The damage to the suspension was obvious and the owners own mechanic agreed. The 2nd opinion was to find out if ANY OTHER components were damaged. The owner and myself have IN WRITING from the 2nd opinion shop that they were unable to provide diagnosis on the Lexus suspension and recommended taking it to Lexus. I then provided, in WRITING, to the owner of AR Customs a document from Lexus stating that they believed AR Customs damaged my suspension and estimated the repair at $4,000. But they still refused to cover a single penny forcing me to pay to replace the failed suspension myself.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Just to provide an update to my review below. Arkansas Customs still refused to cover a single penny of the $4,000 cost to repair my Lexus suspension after they broke it. I ended up having to take my SUV to Starwood Customs in Lowell to have an aftermarket suspension put in so that I could safely drive my SUV. It still cost me about $1,400 total out of pocket. Do yourself a huge favor and use Starwood Customs for any suspension work you need done. Starwood Customs was very professional and did a wonderful job.

Don’t get your vehicles accessories done here. They’re worst I got light installed in my brand new f150 and they didn’t seal it right and it got moisture and water all in it. We called so many times the manager or the owner is never there and I had to end up buying $1200 entire light assembly from ford. We are taking the owner to court because he won’t reimburse us back for the light. Don’t go here people they’re are worst ever. Hollie will never get back with you.

Arkansas customs is an amazing place to get your truck or car worked on. Ryan- the owner is super nice and wants the best deal for you! And thats what hes taught his salesmen. Took my vehicle in for a tint job and to change some headlight wiring, they did a great job and i received my vehicle back sooner than expected. Im very pleased with the results and they were cheaper than some of the other places I asked, which also seemed less knowledgeable on the items I was wanting to get done.

Terrible customer service, rude employees.Dont even deserve 1 star, but Google makes you give at least 1.Went here today with my girlfriend to get my Smart Start interlock device calibrated. Was told it would be a few minutes, pulled my car around to the bay area, and was told to turn my car off. Turned it off, after 30 minutes of sitting in the blistering heat. Went inside to ask how much longer they think it will be. The tech working on the Smart Start computer had a very rude attitude towards me like I was bothering him. And said I dont know, maybe another 30 minutes I said What, it never takes this long, the place I go in Little Rock. he gave me a bad look and turned back to the computer ignoring me. I said Okay, I am just going to have to find somewhere else. he said Okay, good, see ya. In a very negative tone.Least he could have done was after 15 minutes of us sitting in the blistering heat, Hey man, computer is acting up it may be awhile. Instead he let me and my girlfriend sit there in my car, soaking in our own sweat. Until I took insinuative to get some explanation. This is usually a 5 minute in and out deal.Terrible customer service, I would not go here, unless you want to be treated like a slave.I believe he forgot I am the paying customer, he is there getting PAID to help me and provide me with customer service.Will never be back for anything and will be sure to stare all my car friends away from this place.

Good place help wheels and lift kits and lights

Great, experienced work done on my 17 Jeep Wrangler. Pricing, availability are exceptional.

They are nice guys, but just about everything got screwed up. They installed two different lifts on my truck (my choice to upgrade, bc I didnt like the ride of the first lift), and both times my truck came back with really bad alignments (almost like it wasnt even aligned?). They charged me $100 for a $60 alignment, but I had to personal take my truck back to the alignment shop to get both alignments redone... both times, really... WTH? On the second lift, they didnt install the frame mounted UCA bumpstops and they didnt even tell me! When I got home and noticed, I had to drive back up there and ask them for ALL the parts that they chose to leave off. Additionally, the rear leaf springs were installed on the wrong side (which created 2 inches of body lean)... I even pointed out the lean to the tech, and he just said it will settle. So I just swapped to leaf springs myself at home... I dont want them touching my truck again. I hope the rest of their workmanship holds up over time, but if my lift needs any work... I wont be back.

We had a horrible experience! My husband took our Jeep in to get a leveling kit installed. They assured him they did them all the time. We dropped our Jeep off along with a brand new, in the box, leveling kit. About 2 hours later they called and told us their technician couldnt do the job. Apparently he had been working on it for the whole 2 hours, doing who knows what, but not ever reading the instructions in the box! Thought he could install the leveling kit without taking out the cv axle!! They didnt charge us for this disservice, but now we have a loud clucking in the same side he worked on!

Great tint work done, highly suggest

Took my 2018 Silverado in for a 2.5” leveling kit. They put on a 2.25” so there was a considerable amount of rake still in the truck. I took it back up there and was told that’s the best they can do to deal with it or I can buy a $700 3.5” lift but other than that “that’s all we can do for you”. “It’s your call”. THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT WHAT I WANTED ON THE TRUCK TO BEGIN WITH! No refund or rebate offered. Terrible customer service from the shop installer. Acted like it wasn’t his problem when he’s the one who screwed it up. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Had tailgate latch back up camera installed Thought it was a simple install Appointment was at 9.dropped truck off Called about 2 still not done Finally got my truck back and when I got home saw the picture on my screen. Yep its a camera. Dynamic lines point at a 45 degree into the ground Asked rep what could be the done to fix issue umm would no lines be ok? seriously?? Quoted 1 price for tenting windows I paid 40 dollars higher than quote When I gave my truck the once over found screws loose in tailgate access panel Tried opening tail gate and it wont open Took panel off to discover the connecting rods were never re assembled Theyre not blowing up my phone with a resolution... I highly recommend staying a far peace away...

I have been a loyal customer to Arkansas customs for years getting over 10 cars fully tinted. The company does great tint work altough kind of sloppy when it comes to cleanup with them leaving residue running down the door and stained materials on the insides of the doors but it comes out with the right chemicals and elbow grease. This year they have jacked up their prices through the roof and tried to charge double the price on which they said. Then added on a illegal film upcharge which is pure profit for them because they dont get fined for it. You would think with how many cars I give them to do there would be loyal customer deals but then they try to rip me off! Last car Im getting anything done on.

Go some place else, I found them on the internet and figured what the heck, maybe I will take my car there for some work. Big mistake, their customer service treats you like dirt, their services are way too costly compared to local competitors who are just as qualified. At the time I thought that maybe the cost was a guarantee for great reliable work. However, this was just not the case at all. If you dont have a truck, dont expect the best of service. Not only was the work done incorrectly in my case, but they also didnt even install the correct parts after I specifically mentioned it twice. Let alone accuse me of doing something wrong when I received my vehicle back. I cant recommend them to anyone..

I actually went here by mistake. I talked to Louis on the phone the day before and set the appointment thinking that I was going to the place that had originally installed my equipment, but when I got there, it was discovered that I was at the wrong place. I was under a time crunch and really didnt want to go searching for the other shop. Louis asked me to hang out and his crew went to work. The problem was taken care of in 30 min, and I didnt have to go back to the other guys. Thanks for taking care of me and being so helpful, Louis!
