Im on my 2nd vehicle with jd byrider. Ive never had very good experiences with any car lot or dealership but this place is one of a kind. Leo has always went above and behind this the first day I walked thru the door almost 4 yrs ago. N yesterday took a friend in for a vehicle and Robert, who Ive never actually dealt with before n was skeptical at first lol, was amazing. Very friendly n stands on what he says he can do for u. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Horrible customer service. We have been with them 5 years and regret it. Not only are they not willing to help us when my husband was hurt at work, even though we were told it would be taken care of. We get a call every week saying our payment is late BUT we have talked to the manager and was supposed to have the payment set up to match my husbands worker comp pay. They also sold us a lemon. So many issues wrong with our van, I hate driving it to work everyday. I am so upset about this situation
