Truly been to all of them in NWA. This is the cleanest one.. Also you give them your bidder number they bring you what you won. No searching for hours. Besides working in that plant 15 years and feeling like I was going to work to pick up what I had won . Its well worth your time to use this auction.. Very nice and Clean.

There are great buys at this auction. Plan on spending variable amounts of time finding your stuff. It is all stacked together in piles. There is a system to find it. It just takes time. Check the items before you leave. The first this I bought was broken and was not disclosed in the auction description.

Great place and great deals just be sure you look everything over good and read everything and if it costs a lot of money be sure and pre view it in person before bidding on it, oh and this location is not correct they are in rogers now

I use the FTA Team in Springdale, AR. The whole Team has been awesome the 6 months I have been bidding and buying. The manager has also been extremely helpful. I always preview any expensive items, and they always thank me for previewing. I LOVE FTA and have had so many wins!!! $1200 mountain bike for $200, $300 Gaming chair for $99, $500 office shredder for $50, $500 Ashley file cabinet $125, $400 Kayak for $125, $400 Photo printer for $45!!! I have been THRILLED to bid and shop here! I have had 3 buys that were duds, but did not amount to more than $20 total. I did not preview low $ items and they were impulse bids. Key is to shop smart and preview! Good luck. Great place with great deals!5 STARS from me! VERY HAPPY!

It can get to be a bit of a mess, but I contribute that to the other patrons and their lack of respect. Numerous times I have seen people walk on boxes and merchandise to get to their things, or let things fall over and not catch it. The staff are super helpful and friendly though.

Its sometimes chaotic inside with all the boxes, but you can get some great things and the workers are always willing to help.
