This complex has roaches and bed bugs! This complex is predominantly for Latinos. I wish they were more nice to black American neighbors. We both have the same struggles that we’re overcoming in the USA. However, they do not like black people living in Springdale colony. It makes me sad because I love everyone human being regardless of race or color. Be careful living there!

I love living at the colony. The super fantastic leasing agents are great. They really helped me to relocate and start a new better life around my children. My apartment is by far the newest nicecest apartment I ever had.

Dont move here!!!! Worst place ever there have been breakins into apartments maintence shed cars our car rent is way too high. Every couple weeks they have emergency water shut off half the time they dont tell you.

You all need to enforce the speed limit in the parking lots! I know there’s been at least one accident and I almost got ran over tonight (I’m 33) taking out my trash!! They slowed down once they almost hit me but then couldn’t wait to fly through the parking lot again! I also second the drinking in the parking lot and breaking glass everywhere!

Great place to live in, quiet and close to many restaurants. The school district is great, they have resident appreciation parties. I love the Colony of Springdale. Maintenance is quick to answer to my work orders as fast as they can. When i place an emergency it is taken care of right away. Office staff is friendly and caring. Any issues that are address to them they try their best to complete in a timely manner.

I’ve been living here since September & really enjoy it. Everyone in the office is very friendly & hard working along with the maintenance team. The laundry is cheaper than most complexes to wash/dry which is awesome, they have a wonderful pool for in the summer & if you have a dog there is a lot of open green area to walk your animals or just to enjoy being outside! I definitely recommend living here! :) it’s a great place to live!

Ive lived here almost a year and it takes to long for things to get fixed but thats not what upsets me I cant believe its the first week on July and rent is due on the 1st; however, miss the date and get a letter saying were starting Eviction process next week I get paid every week so I have no problem paying late fees but an Eviction.I put in a work order to get the water in the kitchen to work no one has fixed it yet going into 2 weeks

I think given the location and ease of access to local businesses and excellent schools. Colony of Springdale would be an ideal place for your next home. Tours are free, and office staff are helpful.

Ive been a resident here for 4 years now. I absolutely love Shirley the property manager. Maintenance is on top of it as long as you report whats going on. If you have any sort of issue they are always so fast at trying to resolve the issue. Ive never had an issue with management or maintenance. I would recommend them to others if you want to live in a place that cares (you dont find that often in complexes) as long as you communicate with them they will make sure youre taken care of.

I have loved living here for the past 3 years. Management is kind and any issues are taken care of quickly. Great school district and friendly neighbors.

Lived in Colony for 13 years unfortunately I had to go out of town, I am now looking for an apartment and I went to Colony to reapply. I was sad I couldnt find what I was looking for but this complex is safe and I would recommend them to anybody. The staff always has a smile on their faces and they are always willing to help out.

Moved out on good terms, then a year later I get something in the mail that says I owe $800. Very disappointed that I was told one thing and another happened

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They never fix anything both laundry rooms are always dirty and when you move out they open all your mail and not give a dam about it also one of the workers at the office has a son who steals from peoples apartments

I have lived at the Colony for 2 years. I never really have issues in my apartment but when I do maintenance always completes it in a timely manner. If they do not get a chance to do it, they always let me know the status of when it will be completed and why it was backed up. I have read so many reviews about trash and roaches, but I think this falls on us too not just the property. If instead of leaving the trash bags outside of the dumpster we were to throw them inside the raccoons wouldnt have a chance to mess with the trash. About the roaches I have NEVER had an issue, I always try to keep my place as clean as possible to avoid that problem and that plays a HUGE role in keeping them away. Overall I love my community and would not want to go anywhere else.

This place gets the money in rent and pet deposits. But thats it the city needs to run threw there with a bull dozer. It has to be bringing down good quality values in home and businesses. The place is an eye soar and the people that live there dont appreciate what they have, the people that manage it dont give a crap, the whoever that owns this God Awful Place should be sued for a property that has to be the worst place Ive seen in along time. People need to be Evicted and others moved out. The Management should be Fired and this done All In One Day. If I was a home owner, business, in that area Id be meeting with The Mayor, City Council And My State Official, The Police Chief, The Department Of Health And Safety. Cause thats horrible and needs to be put to an end quickly. This place charges alot of money in rent and fees its ridiculous. And Im being really kind in my choice of words. Someone needs to put an immediate stop to This Colony Of Infestation, & Criminals & Rip Offs.ID RATHER LIVE UNDER A BRIDGE.

Roaches Roaches whose got the Roaches. They make you pay for the Roaches. To get rid of them even if it isnt your fault..... You have to pay for Roaches. They showed me a nice clean apt when I went to examine one. Signed the lease then oopsy oh no out pops one of their relatives. Then want their money up front on the first. Then got the nerve to charge me for a BROKEN dishwasher which never worked, and wasnt aligned properly. I reported that and it NEVER GOT FIX. A tiny chip in the floor which they were supposed to fix. It never did get fixed. Oh and did I forget ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to throw out half of my things because it was so badly infected. Mention Health Dept or Immigration they know how to find a pest control person. Oh but wait I have to pay that Bill too!!!!!! I hate this place, the management is terrible and the property is less then average. The management is two-faced and the entire place seems like a failed communism. I do not recommend this place. The worst 3 years of my life.

Never rent from here i moved out in January 2,964 was placed on my credit from them saying i owe that much plus they took my deposit the maintenance man goes into your house when you are not there if your car is broke down they will give you a 24hr notice to get your car fixed or it will be towed hooligans lurk out at night breaking into cars there are rats roaches spiders poisonous bugs racoons they have very bad pest problem when it snows they never clean up the snow in neighborhood very dangerous getting out of the neighborhood even the mail lady holds mail on purpose i have had a couple encounters with her about her holding my mail and packages she has went so far as damaging my packages ive had to report her several times also they have very bad ventilation my light bill stays at 300 and goes up every month they have holes by the windows and doors i will never rent or refer anyone to the colony of springdale this has been the most horrible experience

I was approved to live here and when I arrived to pay my security deposit, I decided to keep my $250 deposit. I drove around the property and saw broken windows on some of the tenants apartments and they were using cardboard for the missing windows. People had sheets up for curtains which makes a place look ghetto. I saw one of the laundry rooms and I would NEVER walk in there let alone wash in there. Then the property wants 300 per pet for a pet deposit and Im thinking to myself Colony of Springdale need to pay ME to have my dogs in here because this place looks like you could get robbed. I dont see how the city of Springdale allows such a plight looking property in their neighborhood. Dont be fooled by the amount of rent, because youre definitely not getting what youre paying for. I went on to sign a lease with The Oaks of Woodbridge which is their sister comany at least Im getting what I pay for here.

I am sorry but this place is the most uncomfortable fake atmosphere. The management are very two faced and there is favortisim. I have paid my rent on time for 6-7 months and the recent month was late and I understood the late charges but found out that my new neighbor who has been here 2 months paid their rent late with out a late charge. I also went weeks without a working fridge, my patio has been falling apart since I first arrived, the light sockets do not work ( I feel like my duke bill was high because of that), there has been lies of wrong doing that is not true ( cops were called on me 2 times & wasnt my fault), they also towed my car from not being moved after 5 days of sitting, the tire went flat and I air pumped it back up and did everything they asked yet it was still towed ( there are other cars I have seen sitting or parked incorrectly for months), oh ya must I not forget my apartment was invaded while I was working and they did little to help (cops werent a big help either, management had the nerve to blame it on us), everytime there was a ridiculous incident they would send out a paper posted on everyones door using our situations as examples. I feel like I am not wanted here and they will do everything in their power to make it hell living there if they do not car for you. I am grown enough to know admit when I am at fault but being harrassed and blamed for such nonsence every other month has shown what kind of living atmosphere the Colony of Springdale has to offer
