Ben and his partner (I cant remember his name!) did an outstanding job! They were professional and got all of our carpet cleaned thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company.

Cleaned the carpet in three rooms and the stairs. They successfully and expertly cleaned after grandchildren had been living here for more than 6months. The coffee stains are gone from the stairs, as are spot and stains I feared were permanent. Brady and Hunter were very professional and thorough. I appreciated how much time Brady took talking to me and looking at everything that was important to me - before doing the work. I plan to ask for them again to come back in 6 months.

Excellent care. Scheduling was simple. Theresa from the office called to confirm the appt and also called to tell me when Brady and Jacob were on their way. This was SO worth it, I will be a loyal customer. If you are thinking about having your carpet cleaned and looking at options, this is with out a doubt the best choice. Brady and Johnnie were super quick, efficient,thorough, and a great team. I didnt think my carpet was very dirty, but the difference after being cleaned was astounding.

I was quoted a price to clean 1000sq ft and the actual cleaning area was 367 sq ft. They were made aware of one room that was in bad shape from a sick cat. They quoted $108 which I figured was low and they’d try some upcharges which within reason I’d be okay with. The tech said they wanted $450 plus tax and would not honor original quote. Very unprofessional and I would not use or recommend this company,

We recently had Stanley Steemer clean our carpets. It was supposed to be a rather small job, just 2 rooms, but it unexpectedly turned in to quite an ordeal. The two technicians, Brady and Lane, were just about done with our bedroom carpet when my husband had a bizarre household accident outside which resulted in 7 quarts of motor oil spilling on to our concrete driveway. What a mess! What a BIG mess!!My husband and I were both in panic mode, not sure how to clean it up or how to prevent it from oozing in to our French drain. It was a longshot, but we asked Brady and Lane if there was anything they could do to help us. It was 100 degrees outside that day. They could have easily said nope, sorry and went on their way. But instead, they turned in to our super heroes and saved the day! They made a call to their supervisor and then told us what needed to be done. They sprayed something on the oil spill and then vacuumed it up with a big industrial type of hose. They managed to get about 95% of the oil removed from our driveway in a short amount of time. Hallelujah!! Oh, and they did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets too. Needless to say, we highly recommend the great folks at Stanley Steemer in Springdale, Arkansas.

I have never used a carpet cleaning service before and since meeting Luis and Brady, I wish I had done this sooner. Both Luis and Brady were very professional, knew how to get the job done, and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were able to come earlier than expected and finished quickly while still doing a thorough and complete job. They did a great job of cleaning but were almost 2 hours late.

The gentlemen were very thorough and professional while cleaning the carpets. I had a lot of high traffic areas and they werent able to get all the stains out but it looks a heck of a lot better and not to mention smells so much cleaner. Im very happy with the work Stanley Steemer does that they are the only company I trust when I need carpets cleaned. Ill be having them come out in a few weeks to do grout cleaning on my tile floors.

Called in and wanted my couch cleaned! When they got to my home they would not tell me if they had been vaccinated for covid! I asked him to put on mask! After telling me that my couch could be clean over the telephone the man that came to my house said he couldnt clean it was a total waste of time. I think they were just mad cuz I asked him about the covid shots.

We had a team from Stanley Steamer come out to clean our sectional couch and add a protectant. Scheduling was easy, they called to confirm their arrival and were on time. Nick and Brady were courteous, professional, and did a great job.

Took 8×10 synthetic rug in to get cleaned. Paid for a basic clean $54 (would have been $35 more if they came to pick up). They had it for a week. When I came to get the rug it was hanging as if it was drying, it was hot and not well lit in the warehouse so I didnt inspect it, just helped the Gentleman role the rug up to carry it out to my car. When I brought it in house and unrolled it, it still had a bunch of pet hair and other fuzz still on it, didnt look clean at all. We just assumed a cleaning would involve some sort of vacuuming. We bought a new, vacuum and was able to vacuum all the hair and fuzz on it, but it also pulled up a lot of dust/dirt wed hoped would have been cleaned when we took it in. Needless to say, we were not pleased with the service and will probably find services with someone else for our next cleaning.

Austin & Brady came to our home and were sooner than anticipated which worked out very well. They were very professional and polite and got right to work. We had some questions about services they provide because they were taking our oriental rug to be cleaned. I asked if they could clean a cloth loveseat and chair and they said yes. They actually did it right away. They both look beautiful again. We will be getting our rug back in about 10 days at which time they will be cleaning our leather couch and 2 chairs. Will post again once complete. Highly recommend.

Austin and Brady were efficient, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure our carpets were clean. They took extra time to make sure stubborn spots were clean.

Cleaned and sanitized at my house feels so much cleaner. A few Spots they werent able to completely remove from carpet.

I paid over $300 to get my carpet cleaned in our new house before we moved in. Moved our beds into the bedrooms without shoes on, to not track in dirt. I vacuumed the carpet to get the fluff back and make it look nice. My shark vacuum canister was half full of dust and thick sandy dirt. There is no way they cleaned my carpets! Do not recommend using this service or company! The owner had the nerve to ask me “why I vacuumed”? Wow.

Today was the 2nd time I have used Stanley Steemer. The 1st time they did a very good job. Today was not the case. The carpet doesnt even look like it has been cleaned. They were to clean 4 rooms and they were in and out in 45 minutes. The woman (Gladys) that was with the man didnt even wear a mask. We will NOT be using Stanley Steemer again.

We hired this service to clean our couch that our dogs had destroyed from muck in the winter season. Chris and Jared did a great and efficient job. Will be using again!

The personnel did a great job, they did everything asked of them, were quick and were personable. Couldnt have asked for any better.

We had carpets cleaned, deodorized, and protected as well as wood floor cleaned. The quote that was figured online was not at all what they quoted once they got here. Some of that was them wanting to add wax to our wood when we only asked for cleaning. But then we were charged $200 for moving furniture in living and dining room, which consisted of my husband helping move small things out and providing towels for couch and chairs to just be scooted around. My husband moved everything back himself. He did say the men were very nice but the service ended up being more than we expected as well as a bit of a hassle. It was our first experience though so maybe just now what I expected based on information from website. What was moved out was 3 bar stools, 4 kitchen chairs, a dog crate, an end table, a rug, and a lamp.

NOT EFFECTIVE FOR PET SMELLS. Also, do not schedule unless you have an entire free day. I was really hopeful that professional steam cleaning would allow me to keep a loveseat that my rescue puppy had peed on, however the smell was still profound and other people who sat on it commented on it as well. I tried to reschedule another cleaning, but after the crew was late twice to the scheduled appointment window (an appointment is booked for a time period within a 3 hour window), I was unable to reschedule to have it cleaned again. It was an expensive service and I would not recommend to anyone for this type of cleaning. Save your money.

My window was from 11 - 1 and Al arrived a little after eleven. Cable companies, please take notes. Al was courteous and very personable. Whole process took less than thirty minutes and he was done. Cleaned areas smelled amazing, looked great and had their stains removed. I highly recommend them. Ask for Al, he was awesome.
