Great AC Contractor. I dont normally take time to post reviews but since I have been leaning on them so much since we moved here a couple months ago, I figured I should start to reciprocate and help others. I was just blown away by Kimbel Service recently. Long story short, I dealt with 5 different contractors. Adam at Kimbel Service went overboard to get me through the weeks of dealing with my home warranty company, provided the best proposal with OEM parts, did great work, and no shenanigans. I highly recommend them.

A home with 3 seniors...they were very punctual, efficient and courteous. They have replaced heat and air both within the last 6 months. Would definitely use them again.

The whole staff at Kimbel were fantastic. Quick responses (which is super important and not the norm for the construction industry), quality, fair on pricing, and always on time. I’d recommend them for big and small jobs. They did the plumbing and electrical work for a bathroom addition. I acted as general contractor and they were kind to (patiently) help me through complicated issues as well.

Kimbel came out to install recessed lights and to connect and outside pump. Did a great job. Just what I needed. Always professional. Communicated well and explained the work to be done. Cleaned up immediately. I’m very happy with the experience.

The technicians were simply great. Tom called ahead of time to alert me they were on their way and they arrived on time. Greatly appreciated. They performed the services professionally, they answered all my questions, and were helpful. AND they took all precautions coming in and out of my house to maintain the safety and health for them and me: booties and masks worn at all times and they even wore the masks outside too. Highly recommended.

I had an incident with my personal water heater last night and luckily a Kimbel employee was able to drive out and completely mitigate further disaster.He was super helpful and got us working water for the night.I also wanted to say his professionalism and control of the situation helped ease our minds in a stressful situation, big thanks!They are even coming back today ready to install with a new unit!

This company has truly gone above and beyond for me with my new business. I have been especially impressed with Mike Davis, our plumber. Mike from Hot Water Heroes was send out to our Rogers Home as a subcontractor by the original Plumbing Company for Warranty Repairs. Arrived on Promised Appointment Time. He removed his shoes (all on his own) before entering our home and kept us informed as to his progress and the need repairs and even ran for additional needed parts. When finished he left No Mess Behind and was Very Polite To sum it all up in one sentence: It was a Outstanding Pleasurable Service Experience!! Mike arrived on time, completely Cordial & Professional. Completely assessed the work I would liked performed (remove old stainless sink & old faucet & install the new one). Mike did a thorough inspection before starting and assured me that everything would go smoothly & gave me a estimate. Mike was respectful and worked steady and never seemed rushed to complete the job & leave. When completely finished he cleaned up after himself & even took the boxes & miscellaneous trash from the job with him! Made sure he explained & demonstrated all the functions of the new faucet. Kimbel Services did a great job on repairing my AC unit. They are very easy to work with and will accommodate to whatever you need. Their prices to fix my unit were the BEST by far and my AC works better than before. Will FOR SURE, use Kimbel again.

I called Kimbel Service the day before Thanksgiving (2020) and mentioned that our water heater had gone out. Being that we got good use out of our old one, I was simply looking for a replacement. Their dispatch got in touch with one of their technicians and they were able to come out SAME DAY! Before a holiday! Within just a couple of hours the job was complete! My wife was very excited to have hot water again; however, I came home from work to hear her plight: the water isnt really getting hot... I look at everything and notice that there was some weird water splashing all behind the new tank - it did not look good. I also notice that the breaker was turned off?? She said that the Kimbel plumber had flipped the breaker after he finshed and said you should have water within 45 minutes, otherwise - give me a shout. Well, that didnt seem to happen... OR DID IT? I flipped the breaker back on and waited for hot water. After about 5 -10 minutes, I decided to check. The breaker was off again. Well, it turns out that our 20AMP breaker was not going to be able to handle the load. So, I pick up a new 30AMP breaker on Black Friday (ugh) and all is right with the world. The next week I decided to contact Kimbel and ask them if when replacing water heaters, they look at circuit breakers because I know that Kimbel works on electrical and plumbing; I was curious. I also mention the water splashing behind the tank, not expecting that anything would be done about this. Boy was I wrong! They scheduled 2 technicians to come out and make sure everything was how it should be: one electrician and one plumber. The plumber showed up first and began cleaning behind the tank to make sure nothing stained. He did a good job! The electrician took a look and said that some things needed to be brought up to code so he just did it!I cannot recommend Kimbel enough - what a fantastic company that truly cares about their clients and their reputation. What are you waiting for? Call them today!

The team that installed our units was great. Kimble recommended we replace three units with two very efficient units. Everything is working as promised and can’t wait to see savings in next summers electric bills.

Danny was very nice and professional. Got the work done fast. I needed a NEMA 14-50 installed in my garage to charge my car and they were able to get it installed quickly.

Danny and the staff at Kimble replaced my pool pump which turned out to be a more complicated job than we expected. They were great about helping me find the product I needed and making multiple trips out to get the job done right. They also were very compliant in regard to Covid-19; always wearing face masks and practicing social distancing. Danny is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! Highly recommend.

Prompt, Professional, and ProficientLast Thursday, Kimbel Service dispatched their new service electrician, Danny, to diagnosis our faulty ceiling fan. He arrived on time wearing appropriate PPE and diagnosed the issue promptly offering options from band aid repair to complete replacement. We appreciated having a choice of level of service and understanding to the costs before repair was started. Our expectations were exceeded in that he even replaced our burnt-out light bulbs. In no time at all, Danny had our ceiling fan working as good as new. Based on professional and proficient service, I will call Kimbel Service for all our service needs.

Kimbel is a great service provider. They worked around my schedule was on time or early every time.As an update, I had Kimbel replace a tank water heater with a tankless. They did a wonderful job. Even the fire inspector was impressed with their work and quality.

I had doorbell wire installed. EXCELLENT SERVICE in every segment of the transaction. Im picky too. Me leaving this review is a very honest and objective opinion. Danny was our installer/electrician and did great. Ty.

Having multiple firms bid on total HVAC replacement and tankless water heaters, the Kimbel Services team was thorough in the cost proposal and most professional. The crews worked tediously to remove the 30 yr old units and install state of the art replacements. They arrived on time each day and worked till the jobs were done. Highly recommend. Look forward to working with them again for the annual service checkups.

From the first phone call, equipment installation, then equipment education, Kimbel was exactly what we needed. My wife and I had very little existing understanding of replacing our HVAC but Adam was patient enough to walk us through all of our concerns. These guys are first class in what they do!

Called in a service request today, I let the lady that scheduled my appointment know that I would not be home but somebody would be there to open the door. Dad stayed home from work waiting for somebody to show up. I received a text telling me “to call and reschedule my appointment because when he knocked at the door nobody opened”

HWH came and installed our hot water heater. I feel like they did a good job. We paid the service technician in full at completion. However, I have requested a paid invoice and warranty on the tank and labor more than once. So far, I cannot get anyone to provide that. That makes me wonder if they really do stand behind their service and products. It would be nice to have it all in writing.Customer service after the sales matters.My quoted price was exceeded by around $100. When I asked about that I was told their website was not updated and quotes dont always stay firm.
