FOR YOUR LOVE ONES. WHO ARE CLIENT PLEASE DO YOURE OWN RESEARCH ON THEIR MEDICATIONS TALK TO YOUR LOVED ONES.was a former Client With solutions mental health and Recovery Services of Warren Clinton and County my personal opinionIs About that agency is the doctor are purposely keeping Their clients sicking or making their clients sick for job Security. This is information I learned from Solutions so it is my opinion.... I am not. A doctor ...it takes 6 too 8 weeks for a medication to build up in your system between weeks six and eight weeks is where the patient start to see the positive benefits of the medication.... so please if you have loved one family members who go e there please talk to you then ask them if their medications are working for them ask them how long they been on the medication pay attention how often do doctors change the medication. The reason I say this I had a new doctor every 18 days. Or I saw a doctor every two weeks every appointment I had a change of medication changes my opinion I truly believe that Solutions are not interested in helping their patience the patients are a cash Cow and job security long as your loved on or in the system with them they have a job. Their main mission is to help individuals and their families to become productive members of society the overall goal is to get them off the system. If they would have accomplished that goal theyre all out a job. Now Im real reality thats never going to happen. Service desk but if they do start accomplishing forgot gold there will be less and less clients patients hence there will be you were positions that dont need feels like doctor social workers therapist in case managers

Hardly anyone at front desk. It was really bad before COVID19. And now its even worse, I just had to call 6 times and each time tried a different extension number and still no one answered until the seventh time. This is what happens if you miss a call. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.And if you miss appointments and even go through a bout of despair where you dont want to go through therapy, no effort is made on their part to reach out or give encouragement. Which i was in limbo with no therapy for nearly two months

This place is not about helping. I needed to be seen for psychiatric problems following the loss of my son. I called and asked if my husband could pick up and drop off my intake packet as I work and can not afford to take off work without a two week request. Celina at the front said yes he could. He dropped off the packet and asked if I could schedule the intake appointment because I work. Celina told him she would make an arrangement with her supervisor. She used a poor choice in words as I found out today she meant she would need to ask the supervisor for permission. According to Celina, her supervisor said no because I hadn’t actually dropped the packet off, which btw Celina had said was not a problem just the day before. Celina made the statement that had I dropped off the packet so they could “meet” me it would have been different and the supervisor might have agreed to schedule my intake appointment. Which leads me to understand that if I met whatever their standards are to schedule appointments, I would’ve been able to do so. What are these standards? I have no idea but the suggestion is outrageous seeing as I’ve already been a patient at solutions in 2017. I’m not sure what qualifications I needed to fill for the supervisor to agree on scheduling an appointment but I hope to god it wasn’t on looks or demeanor because frankly everybody who goes to solutions needs some sort of help. I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and the gaslighting on Celina’s part when she tried to convince me that she hadn’t told me what she did. I will reach out to the supervisor and I don’t expect any less than more gaslighting behavior given that she has the ability to pick and choose who gets to schedule appointments based on whatever standards are met when they “meet” them. The last thing a place SUPPOSED to help people needs is people who gaslight the very patients there for help.

The only person good there is Rebecca the therapist Nikki the caseworker didnt help me when I started crying because i had no home she had the nerve to ask me what Im Crying about If she would have done her job I would have got help with the things i needed help with like My Landlord who was scarying me to death with his harassment, she never helped me out with really anything In fact she hurt my feelings more than onceAnd Heather the Housing Caseworker said she would not abandon me like Nikki Abandoned me Abandoned me !The phone lines are always messed up there when you try to callI called the Supervisor and she never called me back.I guess as long as they got your insurance money They Dont Care how You Are Treated And they will continue to do it because No One there cares from the Supervisor downSAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GO TO SOLUTIONS IN SPRINGBORO !

My wife called for treatment for severe PTSD. She was told by a person named Summer that they only help drug addicts. My wife began to cry and Summer HUNG UP on my wife! I would not let Solutions water my lawn! This place should be SHUT DOWN.

If Solutions is a MentalHealth counseling provider then why do they advertise themselves as an Addiction Treatment center?! People suffering with mental illness should NOT have to be lumped together with drug addicts! SHAME on Solutions!!....Voicemailbox is always full; you cant leave a message & you get hung up on.
