We initially had difficulty getting a return a phone call for the appointment following the estimate, but our complaint was followed up on and handled professionally. We recently had the work (window cleaning) completed and the crew was very professional and did great work. They took the time to walk us through challenges that they had from hard water spotting and was very careful to protect furniture, floors, etc.

Fast and responsive service.The floor grout in our home was very dirty.I forgot what the floors used to look like! Again, they were professional and fast.I would definitely recommend.

Due to rain, I attempted to call this business twice the day before service was scheduled. I left Messages both times and did not receive a response. I had wanted to delay the cleaning of the outside windows until a day that was not raining. Instead a service technician showed up at my house as scheduled and cleaned my windows in the rain. He also proceeded to tell my husband that we should not leave the screens in our windows because then they wouldn’t get dirty. He then commented that he could tell by the state of our garage that there was nowhere to store them. Neither of the windows on my basement level were cleaned. Technician was rude and commented on how some areas of my home need repair. He was not hired to comment but rather to clean the windows. Dirt is still visible on every sill immediately post cleaning. I am very disappointed and upset and have not been able to reach anyone to speak to. Very disappointed in the service and the lack of respect. For $500 I expected exemplary service.

UPDATE: After my original post, I was contacted by Jerry at Sonrise who promptly offered his apology and drove a refund check to my house to deliver it in person. The following day a person came out to clean the windows that we missed. We all make mistakes; what matters is how you fix it and that you learn from it. Sonrise went above and beyond to fix this issue.ORIGINAL POST: I originally requested a quote for power washing and window washing. The power washing quote was double the other quotes I received, so we decided to use them for only the windows. We did exterior windows and the higher up windows in my house. The person arrived at my house a few hours early. I work from home, so thankfully I was there but I had a meeting and couldnt answer the door when he rang the bell. Ive never had my windows cleaned before and didnt even think to pull the screens out ahead of time or that the Sonrise employee would need to do that. He literally had to come into every single room of my house. Since he was trying to do this in a rush, his shoes were on and he didnt have any protective slippers over them. After that,, it was around lunch time so he asked if he could leave even though he wasnt done. I said yes because I thought he would just grab some food and be back in 30 mins or so. However, he was gone for 2 hours and didnt answer his phone when I called. I have a 1 year old and she was taking her nap when he tried to come back so I asked him to wait. He did come back later that day to finish. A few days passed and I noticed that 2 of my windows looked like they had cleaning product applied but it was never removed. There were spots and drips everywhere. I sent pictures to the company and they said they would send someone out to clean it off. They scheduled someone to come out but no one showed. I sent 2 follow up emails and I left a voicemail but no one has returned my emails/calls. Not sure what happened, but I will not be going back and will not be recommending them to friends/family.

Chris did an amazing job of cleaning my windows inside and out!!! He was very careful not to get excess water on my walls and window treatments. He was efficient and professional. I’d gladly request him again! KathyStankovic

I have white carpet in several rooms that is well taken care of from in home shampooing I do twice a year. Wife and I do not have pets and we take pride in what we have. Wife and I decided to have an outside service come out and recommended to me was Sonrise Services. The two gentlemen arrived on time and we very professional. Carpets were done in about 1.5 hours and Sonrise brought the carpet back to life for a few more years. Thank you, Joe
