I had to ship 4 very fragile stained glass windows to a client in Atlanta. The staff was extremely helpful and really know their business. The client was very concerned about shipping but let me know the windows arrived safely and on time. I was impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and service at this location. TOP NOTCH!

She will literally make your day better. Find a paper to fax, shred a piece of mail, whatever you do... You need to experience her once in your lifetime. It was after post office hours, I thought I could ask a basic question and receive basic help not be demeaned. She could have suggested marking the letter return to sender and place it in their Postage Mail Slot along the PO boxes instead of interrupting with We Are UPSI miss the sweet lady who is usually in there. The Springboro UPS store location is awesome! Everyone there is super helpful and the owner, Deb, is phenomenal. I am there weekly for my small business and often for personal needs. They are efficient, make everyone feel important, and do an excellent job. I go there for all my printing and shipping needs, especially if it keeps me away from the post office, lol! Ive been using this location for my business printing for several years now and they do an amazing job every time. Great service. Ive gone to other branches every once in awhile for proximity and they just dont compare. The owner is often the one that helps me and whether its her or one of her team they knock it out of the park. Id give them six stars if it was an option.

I took a package here for delivery. I didnt know it was a separately owned company. I had an issue with UPS and they sent me back to the store. The owner (Deb) was amazing and went to work to resolve the issue. Even though the package was delayed and I was told something different on the phone by UPS, Deb was amazing and truly cared. I shipped some valuables fully insured ($3k plus) and two day. The owner helped me check out and she is a super star. My valuables arrived in one day to add icing to a very nice cake. Highly recommend this store over other UPS stores. It’s a night and day difference!

Cant say enough good things about the owner, Deborah Cain. I overnighted a check for a home purchase to Cleveland and UPS lost the package resulting in me having to send another check up again but this time over a weekend costing me $77 for one envelope given the rush request. I called the store and Deb answered, boy did she own the moment. Took my details and spent hours on the phone with UPS corporate to track my package down. Furthermore, she wrote me a check personally for the $77. This folks, is how business should be done. UPS corporate dropped the ball, but ill go to this location just to support Deb & Team.

This is a great UPS Store! In the past I have always had good experiences at UPS stores but Deb at this store went above and beyond. I was selling a car and needed a good place to meet and get the title notarized. Deb stayed open past closing time so that I could get my title notarized and sell my car. The store was spotless and the customer service incredible. Highly recommend.
