Layer 2 solved two computer issues for me this week; one in their shop and one on a house call to my home. In both cases they were quick, effective, professional and provided outstanding communications. It should also be noted they were very reasonably priced. I feel like I have a new team member available, knowing they are there and available in a timely manner should I need them. What more could I ask for ?

Layer 2 Computer continues to do amazing things for me. Ive used a wi-fi system that they recommended and helped install. Its superb, but after a year or so of use and a power interruption, it acted differently. Layer 2 techs were on top of it and quickly sorted out the issues, arrived on time and fixed the issue(s) quickly. I can take care of most of my IT issues myself, but when the issue goes beyond my skills, they are at the top of the game in fixes.

We have used Layer 2 for years now. Earlier this week they solved an essential lost folder emergency, same day. Yet another reason we highly recommend David and his team.

Last week, for some unknown reason, my computer shut off and would not reboot. David and his team had to reinstall Windows and was able to get my computer back up and running the next day, just in time for another busy day at work. From start to end, this company does an amazing job. They answered my initial email almost immediately, they were able to accommodate my schedule, and they followed through after my appointment. Sam, the technician, did an excellent job getting my aging computer to run more efficiently again. It hasnt worked this well in several years. On top of that, he was both polite and friendly and willing to explain the technical issues in a way I could understand. The staff is awesome, from the phone/ office to the Technician who came out to provide service. Sam was ridiculously patient, highly competent, and incredibly efficient. No down time when waiting on the computer processes; Constantly answering questions and teaching as we went along. He was able to unravel & figure out some complicated situations, and accomplished an incredible number of tasks in the time he was at my home. This computer and technology servicing company is by far the best here in southwest Ohio. They will come to your location or you can drop off your equipment from 9am - 9pm Mon-Sat. And their work is reasonably and fairly priced. I would not go anywhere else.

Although their customer service is professional and very polite, after spending close to $200 on repair and part replacement, Im still stuck with my original problem with only ideas on what might be wrong but nothing definitive.

Sam arrived on time and was respectful of my need to continue working on some things while he cleaned up my computer. Layer 2 Computers, Springboro OH were prompt responding and very reasonable cost to recover images off a 2TB hard drive my Mac would no longer recognize. I supplied a new drive and they did a great job transferring the data.

The process is easy to manage and get the computer to Layer 2. The communication is outstanding. I did have to return the computer back over to them for a second look but they were more than accommodating my needs.

Great, prompt service from Layer 2 Layer! David recovered data from a dying external hard drive for me for a very reasonable fee and within about two days of me dropping off the drive to him. I loved keeping it local and supporting our Springboro businesses, plus I was uncomfortable sending such important data through the mail to some unknown data recovery service. Highly recommended!
