Did everything I ask of them To help save me money as well as protecting all my property

I have nothing nice to say at this point so I guess I shouldnt say anything at all...but I will say this my daughter was hit from behind and they were the least caring company I have ever dealt with. I have handled all of my claim on my own and through other associates with the claims department. Would not recommend to anyone especially a friend. Lol to your response because you were the other parties insurance as well and you did not offer to help me with anything. That is not a true statement and I stand by that. Your company has been less than helpful. Actually they have been rude and down right unprofessional.

Mike goes above and beyond to get to know you and make the process of buying insurance so easy. I left Allstate a year ago because i received better rates from another company. Mike called me after that year to provide me with even better rates. I was so glad because after being gone for a year i realized how much i missed Allstate.

Scammers! You are not in good hands with these people. Stay away!

Thanks for putting together a home and auto policy for us that is a good value. We switched from Nationwide after more than 40 years with them, getting similar coverage for much better value. Thanks to Bucklew Associates and to Amy Phelps for her great service.

6 months ago, Mike Yeagley called me at the worst time possible for him. I had just walked in and saw my brother’s body laying there on the floor(he passed away). Mike happened to call me and I was hysterical crying and not myself. He was supposed to be selling me insurance. He said he would call back at another time. About 5 minutes later (or sooner) he called me back and asked if he could do something for me. He asked if i needed anything or needed him to call someone. I was not a customer of his (at that point). Most people would have just tried selling me insurance and not worry about what I was going through. I called him random guy for days until I got a call back from him. He went above and beyond his job and what he was supposed to do. I am now a customer for life because he cared for my problem at hand even tho he didn’t know me. He was my guardian angel in my time of need. He didn’t know that. Thank you for your kindness.

Mike Yeagley is a great individual. He has treated my wife and I as family. He understands the times that we are in and works with us. He made she we had the right plan for our situation. Hes constantly making sure that if we have any questions in regards to our policy that hes available. Hes an awesome guy!

My whole adult life, I’ve resented paying for and dealing with insurance. When we switched over to Allstate with Daniel Bucklew in Nov 2015, we enjoyed much better customer service. Even still, we still remained skeptical about what it would be like if we ever had to make a claim. Fall of 2018 we hit a deer with our new SUV on the highway in a different state while traveling home from vacation. We were able to start the claim with our phone everything was smooth sailing with the repair. Our premium didn’t even change. On another vacation this summer of 2019, our boat hit something underwater and stopped running only ten minutes into our fun. Losing your boat during the limited Ohio boating season is a major bummer! We feared that the major repair and processing of the claim would take a while and would ruin our next vacation that was boat dependent but had already been paid for. Much to our delight, Allstate was expedient with the processing and payment, and even the service manager at our boat shop said it was the best experience he has had on his end dealing with the insurance. Thanks to everyone’s speedy service we are able to enjoy our boating season this summer. Daniel Bucklew and Allstate have given me faith in the insurance process!-Skeptical in Cincinnati
