These guys are great. They did 2 repairs (sanding and restoring) on my 14 year old wood floor. It turned out great matching color and shine. I would highly recommend this company and I know I will always use them in the future.

I contracted Kevin to sand and refinish 400 square feet of existing quartersawn oak floor as well install and finish 200 square feet of new oak floor.The job was completed in 3 days with minimum interruption to our busy daily routine.I have been in the home building business for over 25 years.I was expecting a major hassle with extensive clean up, but the job was completed on time looking better than the original finish.The experience definitely reinforced our decision to install a natural wood floor that could repeatedly be refinished to compliment any new styles that we chose, to keep our home fresh as time passed. Kevin and his crew made the experience enjoyable and rewarding.Would definitely recommend this company.

The work was expertly done, of a very high quality and at a reasonable price. Everything they said they would do, they did, and did not disappear halfway through the job, as so many contractors tend to do. I would say these are some of the best finished floors I have seen, and am glad they are in my home.

Kevin Kaley was so quick and responsive to every request! He took the time to address every question and resolved any issues with the installation immediately.

Kevin Kaley was contracted to repair, replace, and refinish 2,000 sq.ft of wood flooring.From the beginning it was clear the subcontracted helper left in charge was incapable of doing the work. By his own admission, Kevin stated that this particular individual could not rack (layout) a floor, and agreed that the work needed to be corrected.When Kevin told the helper he needed to rework the previous days repairs, the helper quit. On the same day, Kevin Kaley asked for an additional deposit on the contract. Kevin then went directly to bank and cashed the check. The following day, Kevin walked off the job without notice. Kevins response after multiple unanswered calls and text messages was that his subcontractor quit, so he had to quit too.The project, and client move-in date was delayed by 2 weeks while a new flooring contractor was found. During the flooring installation by the new contractor it was discovered that 30% of the flooring selected by Kevin Kaley was unusable. So, now there is additional labor and material costs, plus more time delay while searching for more reclaimed wood flooringOn September 21, 2015, a letter was sent to Kevin Kaley, requesting he reimburse the homeowner the expenses incurred to complete his contract. A total of $2,033.41. As of this review, Kevin Kaley has made no reimbursement, or an agreement to do so.This bad experience is your early warning when doing business with Klein Hardwood Floors, or Klein Wood Floors.Neither Klein Hardwood Floors, or Klein Wood Floors is located at 3400 White Oak Dr.
