I’ve been to several waxing salons (sugaring, regular wax, etc.), and Misty is by far the best. She’s so friendly, makes you feel comfortable, and her waxing method is painless! Highly recommended!!

I booked a Brazilian with Misty. And let me just say it was the best experience ever!! It felt more like a meeting between friends and was incredibly relaxing. I’m sad I live in San Antonio and and just visiting here because I don’t want to go anywhere else. The last time I got waxed it was sugar. And I’ll be the first to say, anyone that tells you sugaring hurts less is lying to you. Don’t get me wrong, either way it’s not a completely painless process. BUT misty made the process as painless as possible and we were able to chat and girl talk throughout the whole waxing. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as my previous experience at a different place. If you’re reading the comments debating on booking, JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it Misty is magical!

I drive from DALLAS because I trust no one except Marnie with my Brazilian wax! I have tried many salons over the past 10+ years and no one is as good as Marnie. Does it hurt? Well yeah for a second its not the most pleasant experience but Marnie is by far the best at eliminating the discomfort and she is so quick! Its like catching up with an old friend and before you know it is over! Her salon is clean and calming. She makes the experience great. Oddly enough, I look forward to my appointments with her!! I have been coming to Misty for years. She uses this amazing purple wax that hardens and only pulls out the hair. She is the only person I trust with my bikini line or Brazilian waxing needs. I have also gotten facials and when I was pregnant she helped me get that pregnancy glow. She knew what products were safe to use and told me which ones not to use during pregnancy. I have also gotten spray tans and not once have they come out streaky or unnatural looking. The prices are on par with other salons and the location is easy to find. It also is nice and private. Youll love how Misty will make you look and feel--so glad I found her. PS I also dont trust my eyebrows to anyone else ;)

Been to Misty now twice and now set up the monthly program. Being a guy the monthly program is extremely affordable. I been getting the full legs and Brazilian as well as the under arms. Very little pain and the pain there is goes away very fast. She is super nice and makes you feel comfortable. Happy to have my next 2 appointments already set.

I can’t say I’m not pleased. But I got a full leg, Brazilian, underarms, and full face wax. She was very thorough in the Brazilian and underarms, but I guess I wasn’t explained what the full face included. As she only went around the outside, did the eyebrow and upper lip, everything else was ignored. And the full leg, I noticed that a lot of spots were missed. I normally wouldn’t have minded as much if I wasn’t going to get married this weekend and it’s a destination wedding and couldn’t go back to let them know in person. Other than that the only other problem I had was that the treated areas weren’t cleaned before the service and that after the service was done, I was still very sticky. I’ve wax many time before and I have never felt as sticky as I did here.

Before I found Luxe I had many situations in my constant changing of locations with people whose impersonal manner made the experience way more awkward than it needed to be. Misty is professional and super likable and will make you feel at ease.If you include any of these services as a part of your beauty routine, chances are you have a story about uneven or over-waxed brows, a patchy and unnecessarily painful leg or bikini wax, a blotchy, orange spray tan, or a burn from an overly harsh chemical peel, etc... Dont bother testing out a new place every time and wasting time and money trying to find someone to do it right, while suffering from badly performed services in the meantime. Not all spas are created equal!Now that quality is obviously no question… The shop is conveniently located right off I-45 in the Woodlands area, services are affordable and the space itself is clean and beautifully colored in a light teal blue that creates a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. I will never bother going anywhere but Luxe to see Misty! And you shouldn’t either : )
