Where do I begin??? Such friendly and helpful staff, a great variety of fabrics. These guys will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and helped. I am new to quilting and between the classes, the selfless helping staff and the atmosphere there is no better place to be. Thank you for all of your support and help. Great shop for Quilters. They have in store classes to learn how to quilt. Tons and tons of fabric and squares. Staff was very helpful with questions.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Shannon the GM. I was there to see the Handiquilter 16 mid arm....I did not have an appointment, and did not expect anyone to take any amount of time with me, because I just walked in unexpectedly. I have been in the quilting industry for over 30 years, as an author designer and lecturer and have shopped in quilt stores all over the world. I have to say, this store really gets it when it comes to excellent customer service! I felt valued as a customer. I asked a lot of questions, and Shannon really knows her stuff! She got Brad to answer my questions about parts that I may need in the future to fit the machine. Brad walked me through the machine, and after I left the store I felt as if I had gotten some great advice and knew more about the machine and why it was a good choice for my needs. Brad was so kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt like I was the only person in the store. I was only planning on spending 15 minutes there, and wound up spending over an hour. I want to thank Shannon and Brad for all of the time they spent with me today. You both know your products well, you set up the machine for me to try, you answered all of my questions, and showed me additional products I will need in the future. You were not pushy or over the top trying to sell. I wish you were not an hour away, but I will make a trip to your store again, because being a valued customer, (even though I only bought a few pieces of fabric today) meant everything to me. I will not forget your kindness and when I need parts fabric, or my machine needs service, you will be my number one choice! Thank you both for a wonderful afternoon!

This is one of the GREAT quilt store around the Houston area! I love how big the store is. Everything is in their own little sections. Very easy to find fabrics as they have everything organized by styles/seasons with all of the coordinating precuts around them as well. Makes it really easy to find all the fabrics you need without moving very far. Their clearance section is VERY impressive as well. They have TONS of machines and cabinets and a machine specialist that can answer any questions you have. They have a large classroom for quilt classes. I personally havent been to a class because of work, but my mother-in-law has been to their classes and says they are amazing and geared to all levels, so the teachers do not make you feel inferior for being a beginner. Definitely recommend everyone to go to their shop. They have a shop in Humble as well that is just as impressive.Cupcake Quilts has amazing employees as well! Every time that me and my wife go in, the workers are all super sweet and willing to help you with anything you need.Shannon is a hoot and SUPER knowledgeable about everything in the store and just a very easy person to talk with. She remembers just about everyone that comes in and will acknowledge you and come over to talk to you if she isnt helping someone at the time.Julie is super sweet. She has GREAT ideas and is more than happy to share them with you.

Huge store, lots of space, extremely friendly staff, really good fabric selection plus notions. It takes me a little longer to get here but absolutely worth the trip.I used to make mostly country quilts and this store wouldnt be the best source of fabric for that. But Ive moved away from that style and this store has everything else I need so its my primary store now.I also appreciate the staff is friendly to me even though Im

I LOVE Cupcake Quilts! Everyone who works there is SUPER nice and helpful . The selection of fabric is great and Ive even found Star Wars . They offer classes but I havent been able to attend any yet. (Im sure theyre great too) ❤️

Cupcake Quilts has the best selection of fabric and the friendliest staff I have encountered at a crafting/fabric store. There have been times when I go in not knowing how much material I need for a project and the staff is quick to do some rough measurements and math and provide me with the perfect amount of material! I love their fat quarter bundles for small projects and they have a variety of prints and colors to choose from.

Got lost on our way to Branson and found this very special little shop! Lots of fabric that is folded and stacked on tables but easy to access different colors in anything that you would want. The ladies are extra extra friendly and fun to talk to as well as spending a lot of time looking around and purchasing fabric

My mother is the quilter but we have been to this shop a lot. It is very well stocked and the people there are very helpful and knowledgable. Favorite quilt shop!

Have never been in here. Went in for something totally different but learned some great information for my old quilts I have. They ladies in here were very nice and had great information for me.

This place has so much small town feel. The workers were helpful and genuine. The worst part was the parking. I loved the variety of fabrics.

I asked one of the ladies if she would be willing to make this quilt for my office. The entire ladies group made awesome and super suggestions. The back is of a Texas fabric theme.

Every time I come in, there is something new and exciting to look at. I LOVE the display quilts - they give me lots of ideas! The staff are fantastically amazing and very informative. They even have classes coming soon!! Cant wait!! :) If you have not been here - go here! Its awesome!

This store is one of my favorites! Great variety of fabrics catches my attention, but the wealth of knowledge each staff member willingly shares keeps me coming back.

From the first I found the staff and owner ALL as sweet as their name! I bought three bundles at their after Christmas sale and recently began a quilt with them. Wanted a couple more dark blues for it and went in on Sunday. Was excited to find that the line was NOT discontinued and got 4 half yard cuts. So today, Monday, I decided to make a bunch of hsts by the 8 at a time method. This was going to require some 6 squares. Got my fabrics out with my fingers crossed that they would be cut straight AND truly 18. Was so touched to find that my half yard pieces actually measured 20. And even the sale piece was enough over that I was able to cut 3 -6 squares from all of them! Thank you!

The first time I visited Cupcake Quilts, I fell in love with it. They carry a great selection of fabric, one being Amy Butler! If ever in Old Time Springs, you should definitely stop in.
