Unfortunately I can not recommend DJ and Diamond Homes Realty based on a recent transaction. After his sellers accepted our offer, I was attempting to hand deliver our option fee check to DJ at his office. When I called to verify that he would be there so that I could stop by, he was incredibly rude, aggressive, and derogatory. He refused to accept the option money check and insisted that I deliver it to the title company instead (which is actually against real estate guidelines). He also insulted our realtor and spoke to me in such an unprofessional manner that I was left speechless. I would never, ever want to do business with someone who treats a woman (especially one who is just trying to be helpful) in this manner. Aside from that situation, he was generally very difficult to work with throughout the transaction. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with him and when we did he was less than helpful. I encourage anyone, especially women who want to be treated respectfully, to think twice before choosing him as your agent.

I really dont know if you could find any better. We were lead thru the process that created a stress free journey.
