I’ve never hired a moving company before and have only ever heard horror stories! Nonetheless, I wanted a local company. I was very impressed with the quality of packing and the work they did. My dad (aged 77), a former packer/mover, was on-site to “help”. William B was so kind and respectful to him that I was amazed. My dad offered much unsolicited advice and William kept steadily working while reassuring my dad, “I’m just here to help you, sir.” The work crew was diligent but they were also personable which is a big deal when even moves are family events. Ha! It was a very positive experience and worth every penny.

BEWARE! I used this moving service recently for a small two bedroom apartment move and was quoted $189 per hour with a $100 deposit. To my surprise on moving day, the movers (3 men) worked at a much slower pace than I anticipated and ultimately took 4 hours to complete the job. This should have totaled $756. When it was time to pay, one of the movers handed me an iPad with a total balance of $1100 which included the $100 deposit that I had already paid in advance. He then allowed me to review several fees which were not disclosed to me prior to booking. There was a fuel charge, labor charge as well as miscellaneous charges for things such as shrink wrap. None of this was communicated to me prior to booking the service nor was a list of fees provided to me at the time of booking. Ultimately I spoke with someone at the office who reluctantly changed my total to $756 which is based on the rate I was quoted. in which I was quoted at the time of booking. However, it took an argument for him to agree to allow me to pay the price I was quoted. The entire transaction was very misleading and almost seemed like I was being scammed. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone looking for a fair, honest moving service. I would also recommend that this company provide upfront details about fees for their customers.

All My Sons provided me with a very good moving experience. Staff was highly professional and skilled. Hugo Herrera and his team were really attentive to what was needed to do and solved logistics challenges in an intelligent manner.I completely recommend their service for your home moves. They are reliable and they know what they are doing.All my belongings arrived in an excellent condition.

The movers made my move so much easier. Nothing was damaged and they were as quick as they could possibly be going on up and down three flights of stairs. Nick T nick G and Eric were kind funny and understanding.

I spoke with the owners wife, Kenya and she is so incredibly sweet. She was helpful with setting up my moving date and time and made sure to explain all of the costs/expenses that would be expected on my end. I never felt like I didn’t know what I owed. Then on moving day, kyle and his crew of two other guys showed up to move our apartment. We ran into difficultly with my neighbors being incredibly rude to them first thing but they handled it well and adjusted. They literally wrapped all of our big pieces carefully and moved quickly. Even in the heat they literally never slowed down. They were awesome guys and I would definitely hire all my sons again if we ever move!

Prompt Professional Friendly! You could not ask for a better mover than Adrian Aguilar! He kept everyone on target and things running smoothly. I had put some furniture out in the yard at 2AM to be ready. He politely explained some bugs had infested my dresser and they could not take it. When I saw the pests I was glad he told me so I did not take them to my new place. Yuck! I Highly Recommend My Sons Moving and Storage and will use them again! Brandon Menefee and his guys were fantastic. They got our 3 bedroom home loaded and unloaded at our new house in just about two hours. We also had a ton of heavy furniture that needed to be brought upstairs and they handled it all. Very professional and quick. Everything we were hoping for!

They did a great job and would use again. They know what they are doing and got the job done fast. William Blackmon and his coworker were very professional. Great people.

When I scheduled my move I was quoted a price, which seemed very reasonable to us. I had three gentlemen quickly get everything into the truck. A box that had not been properly closed, opened and some plates broke. We did our own packing so this was our own fault. They appreciated that I had everything labeled at the house, and made quick work of unloading the truck. All in all, money well spent.

Company I worked with used this company to move our offices to another area. They took apart the desks but didnt mark the pieces so they didnt t know how to put them back together. They moved the pieces separately instead of together. This they didnt know what pieces went together. Instead they just put pieces together however they wanted. All wrong! They left desks unsteady and left spare pieces. Horrible! Made many excuses! Dont use this moving Company. I did not allow them to leave until they put my desk together correctly which took them 3.5 hours. They tried to talk me into using other pieces which were part of another desk set! Then they told me that a piece was thrown away, thinking I would just say okay. Its not my fault they didnt break down the desks properly and mark them. Thats what they get paid for! The piece was never thrown in the trash and finally got the desk together after making sure they didnt just abandoned putting my desk together and having to watch them for over 3 hours! Again DONT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

Our items were handled with great care and the movers (Garrett Royer and I’m sorry to say I can’t remember his partner’s name) were so friendly and personable. Very reasonable pricing for a very hard job. We will definitely use All My Sons for any future moving and will highly recommend them to family and friends!

This company will charge you for everything they can think of. Make sure to have your own packing materials such as tape, boxes to cover your tv, and plastic wrap. Their mark up on their packing materials are 200% more than what you will pay at a hardware store. The movers are great, but the office staff are like animals, and they also will overcharge you at any and all cost. If you can hire the movers without the company knowing, this will be best. The guys will not charge you the erroneous charges like the company will. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Eventhough it made things harder for him he was determined not to stress me out. They were prompt, professional and handled all my things with care. My moving crew were on time and very polite and professional. They text me when they were about 30 minutes away. I hired them with less than 48 hours notice and they did not charge extra for it. I had searched multiple local companies for rates and policies and every one of them wanted to charge me more because of the short notice. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

In 61 years, I’ve never had such a stress free moving experience. I’ll use All My Sons for any moves in my future, no exception!!

I hired them to move my son and his family. It was right after the freeze in Houston. Their pipes busted and ruined almost everything in the house. The entire house was packed before the movers got there, except for the kitchen. They packed the kitchen.Insulation had fallen on their couch so they were not taking it with them. One of the workers asked if they could have it. So they gave it to him. They moved them to the new house. They unloaded everything, except the couch that they gave to the employee. So they thought. When they started unpacking they noticed none of the kitchen items that the movers packed where there. It was everything from the kitchen.So the nonsense begins. There were many calls to them much paperwork sent back and forth. They offered $225.00 for the entire kitchen that was missing/stolen. The employees stole an entire kitchen of dishes pot and pans and everything else you have in a kitchen. They refused to pay any more than that. I believe the kitchen box were hidden behind the couch that was given to them. Because it looked like the truck was empty except for the couch.These people are total thieves. They never even gave it a second thought nor did they care that there employees ripped us off Of an entire kitchen. They should not be in business

We never made it to the move. David called and took my deposit and confirmed my move, for the office to call the next day, Jacob, and I believe Sam to let me know David did not have the authority to book my move. They do not do afternoon moves, but David had assured me I was the second move for the day. 12-2Jacob and Sam were so rude. So this welcome to the family and All my sons is a joke. Family owned and operated. When I asked for the manager I was told I had a manager, and there was no owner. It was disappointing, and I wish that on no one else. Stay away, stay far away.

My first move as a veteran after serving 32 years in the Army and moving all over the world, today I had the honor and privilege of meeting three outstanding professionals who went above and beyond the expectations of what true professionalism and genuine care means and stands for. Thank you TJ, Kyle and Zack! You guys where phenomenal! Arrival time was on point and the pack out and delivery was flawless.

I have never meet such great guys, Chris, Darvell, and Earnest were outstanding, they removed all the items and were careful staging all items. Outstanding😛😛😛

I’m feeling very taken advantage of by this company. I will say that the two men actually moving were very kind people. I spoke with two separate people about exactly what we would be moving, the square footage, and each piece of furniture we had (largest being a king bed- no appliances, no dining table, no large dressers etc). The locations are 30 minutes apart. When the men showed up they said there was supposed to be another. My husband had already taken the beds apart and we were fully packed and ready. The move took 9 HOURS. The movers were throwing up in front of the new place, my husband helped them move things into the new place, and I fed them because I was worried when they were throwing up. They charged me $1700 for this move. When I called to talk to someone about it, they said that they were told it was a one bed room apartment, as if that what I had told them (again, spoke with two separate people and went over each piece of furniture we had, and the details of each space we were moving to/from), and that he didn’t know they had been sick, and that the move was expected to take that long. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude, accusatory and offered me a $50 “customer complaint discount”. As a real estate agent in Houston, I recommend movers weekly, and I would not recommend these movers to anyone.

From the minute the day started we felt like we were in good hands with our driver Bryon Bosse he was hardworking, easygoing and a great leader. We Had an awesome crew who were congenital hardworking and good people to have in our home. Will definitely use them again!

I highly recommend my three sons! They were on time, moved at a super quick pace, professional and funny! William Blackmon was one of the main guys that went over the paperwork with me and explained the moving process and it really put me at ease. I’m not a big fan of moving, but thanks to him and the other two guys the process was a piece of cake! It started raining during the move and they still delivered superior service with a smile! My family used All My Sons for a local move to the next zip code. Service was a little on the expensive side but we enjoyed the camaraderie of the 3 men team. Ladarreon was very hands on and showed great leadership skills. Jeremy and Kenneth worked together to ensure the heavy items were handled with care although we later found out that my sons twin bed frame was damaged during the move. For the short notice we gave them, they were very responsive and the office admin was quick to provide an acceptable resolution to our fuel charge complaint.

The men that do the moves are excellent, the man that works in the office Jacob was not at all helpful nor was he all that friendly he changed the price that I was given when I first signed up he said it was because I signed up with a call center and they don’t have access to the pricing!!!! well that’s not my fault that is your fault! For using a call center to start with!!! He claims he gave me a $50.00 dollar discount but when I got my bill at the end of the night there was no discount. Also I was told the movers would come between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm they over booked for the day so I didn’t get any movers to my house until after 6:00 pm.When I kept calling the office to see where the movers were and get an ETA Jacob was rude and very disrespectful he talked to me as if I were a CHILD he used a tone with me.My advise is if you use this company don’t set nothing up with Jacob!

Zach & Tj were awesome, they were very polite, well mannered and did everything in a timely manner especially seeing that they were 1 man short at the last minute. They handled all of our belongings with care and never even complained about having to go up and down to the third floor. Whenever I move again I would definitely request those 2 to be my movers. Great job guys

Shak and Zack (sorry if spelling isn’t correct) were my movers and they were incredible. Not only did they get everything done, broken down and out back together properly, but none of my things were damaged in the least bit in the move. We had a lot of fun joking around and having a good time cracking jokes all day throughout the move as well which made the experience even better! I would definitely recommend all my sons and if possible to request people I would request those two guys again. They did a fantastic job.

Dont be fooled by family-friendly imagery and rhetoric. Company exhibits incompetence on all levels. The crew did not wrap several items, did not bring tools to break down furniture, and was careless when moving items. Several pieces were broken and the corporate office reimburses you pennies on the dollar.

My mother-in-law needed furniture moved away from her walls for an interior paint job. Hugo H. and his crew handled the job beautifully, even making sure that her compromised mobility needs were met by staking out a couple of critical paths for her throughout her home. They plan to return later to replace the furniture. This was a unique “moving” situation that All My Sons didn’t hesitate to assist her with. This is also the 2nd time in recent months that we have used the services of AMS - both experiences have been A+!

Had them move part of my home so we could repair damage.5 guys showed up, on time both days.They made quick work of lots of things to pack and get to a storage unit.Hard working team, reliable, and honest.They even brought a bag of coins down from the attic that I didn’t even know was there.Loose change or dollars found was put to the side.Even packed my storage unit with a lane down the middle so I can get my stuff if needed.Highly recommend

After multiple conversations about the amount of rooms and furniture that needs to be moved I was told that 3 guys will show up between 11am-1pm.. at at $169/hr. At 1:15pm I called to check where are they at? I was told that they are wrapping up the morning job and will be heading my way. Finally they arrived at 4pm !!! With 2 guys because they were told its a 1 bedroom apartment. They said the rate will be lowered since there is only 2 workers. 2 guys took a long time because I had a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. They were doing a great job however 2 guys can only work as fast as they can. Then I was told that after 8 hours there will be an overtime charge of $225/hr!!. Because I was very upset they settled with me giving me a flat fee. My move was finished at midnight and I was very upset and exhausted. I moved 20 minutes away. Last time I moved with the same amount of items and 4 guys and similar distance (different company) took me 4 hrs.. this was a very bad and expensive experience!!!

I have never had a smoother, more professional move!Simba, DeMarco, Kevin, and Adrian were professional, courteous, cheerful, and so hard-working. Even when it began raining torrents, they persevered, and not one single thing was damaged or broken.Plus, as the move took place on my birthday, when they finished up they all sat around my dining room table and sang Happy Birthday! Who does that?Moving is stressful enough, but these gentlemen made it so much less so. I recommend them without reservation!

My daughter and I use these guys to move us after we read all the great reviews about them unfortunately the three gentleman that showed up to move us appeared under the influence or high(they were not very responsive when discussing things and I had to repeat what I was saying), they entered my home and I caught one of them speaking with profanity about a woman I guess he didn’t like very much… they scratched my headboard, scratched my dresser, broke my washer and didn’t care where they put clearly labeled boxes in the new home. They took off with the main tv still at the old house and didn’t come back for it. Very unprofessional and very unresponsive.

Dominique, Jesus, and Simba showed up on time and went right to work. Got my entire house moved in less than 4 hours. I helped a little because I wanted to but they would have done everything. I would definitely recommend. The one star I left off had nothing to do with the excellent movers. I left off a star because they were a little bit pricey.

Movers were 9.5 hours late with very little communication. Promised 4 movers but sent me 3 and charged full rate. Was promised a discount after the move but have yet to hear back from the local manager. Great customer service up front but literally zero care for the customer during and after the move. Would not recommend ever using this company for a move. Even a small, local one like mine.

Used these guys a couple years ago, they were fantastic. Tried to give them my return business and called recently to obtain a quote for another move, and was refused any information about pricing. Not an hourly rate a truck fee mileage fee, no info at all. Though they did appreciate my questions. After reading reviews, it looks like like they want to suprise you. When I asked to speak to someone who could share the guarded info, I recieved the Ole I am the manager lol. Im hiring a moving company, pricing of some sort would be helpful in making that decision. Called another, all info provided scheduled the move. Strange?!

I would not recommend this moving company. Every time they come to my storage facility, they leave it a mess and prop my sliding glass doors open. They were here on Thursday and left trash everywhere. Not professional if you ask me. I always recommend moving companies to my customers and they will not be one of those companies now.

If you want a moving company with poorly trained movers who ran out of time to finish our move and then NEVER came back nor called to schedule the finish--All My Sons is your company.If you want a company who schedules you for 4 movers but, on the day of the move, you get 3 because one didnt want to show up because of heavy rain the day of your move, All My Sons is your company.The 3 movers who arrived were courteous and worked hard to complete our move. Our move was an all day move with 400 boxes plus furniture from a 2-story to a 2-story.But Ive never known a moving company to leave your refrigerator in the garage, the bed for the master bedroom on the floor and frame not assembled, a large credenza on furniture dollies in the garage, ignore our requests to carry boxes marked Game Room upstairs to the game room (they chose to fill up the dining room with boxes which is where the credenza in the garage was supposed to go), broke a leg on one table & didnt tell us & finally, my move coordinator, who knew the job was left incomplete, refused to answer 14 calls I placed over the next 18 days. They shouldve been calling me to apologize for the delay & schedule completion!!They answered once and said theyd be out the following Saturday, May 8, but that didnt happen--we got a text at 5:45 saying they wouldnt be able to come after all.I finally reached them a 2nd time on May 14, they thanked us for our patience and thought they could schedule the completion for the next day. Surprise! No one showed up and when I called on Monday, they acted surprised like they thought their crew had finished the move.But you know who did finish our move, very professionally & with care & concern--3 Men Movers!! I wish I had used 3 Men Movers from the beginning. They were friendly, exceptionally helpful in trying to fix the mess left behind by All My Sons. They rolled the refrigerator through the front door in less than 5 min. & had the fridge set up immediately. They couldnt assemble the master bed frame because All My Sons lost the hardware needed so I got to make a trip to another fine company, IKEA, whos staff was exceptionally friendly & sympathetic to our plight of lost hardware and supplied the missing pieces for free so we could assemble the bed! 3 Men Movers rolled the credenza still sitting in the garage into the house in minutes and set it up onto the base we brought in from the garage ourselves.Bottom line--if you want a horrible, unprofessional moving company, hire All My Sons.If you want the best in care, concern & professionalism, hire 3 Men Movers!

Simba, Justin, Marcus and three other young men moved us from July 12 through 14 and they were such a good natured, happy, smiling, hard working crew. Not one of them got impatient or showed attitude. They made our move more fun.I wish I had videotaped Marcus (built like a young Cassius Clay) carry my armoire UPSTAIRS singlehanded! My sons play rugby but they could not have done that! Thanks for ur help guys!

TJ, Gavin, Ty, and Brian were fantastic. Packed our entire mess of an apt, shipped us over, and unloaded. Dealt with a bedframe with stripped screws like pros, thought we were gonna have to scrap it. Couldnt recommend them more.

TJ and Zack were so great and courteous to my mother. They handled everything with great care and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with All My Sons moving. I worked with Rickey Charles and he really had a huge impact on the experience! This was my first time moving and it was more smooth and timely than I expected. The team able to show up to my place on schedule and was very professional. Great packing and unloading!

Kendrick and James were awesome. So very nice and professional! Arrived promptly and got the job done. Am extremely pleased with how everything went. Will 100% recommend them, and most likely use All My Sons if we ever move again.
