I took my son here because hes been really stressed lately. Not only is it fun but it is truly therapeutic. The ladies there will take care of you and make sure you have a good time. Well definitely be back!

What an *incredible* experience this was! If you havent yet, you simply MUST read about Jennifer, the owner. Her story is absolutely inspiring and she is all the more impressive in person! What a wonderful, wonderful woman. No doubt she will continue to positively impact everyone who crosses her path. The facility is very clean, organized, and ready for therapeutic destruction! We will most definitely be returning again and again.

My friend and I came in not really sure what to expect but excited. The women who run Smash Therapy are incredible. They were very welcoming and warm, letting us know rules and emphasizing that it was a safe space to feel anything and everything. They provide a variety of easily breakable and tough nuts to crack. They have portable speakers and give you the option to play your own music and they graciously provided an amazing female empowerment soundtrack that really enhanced the therapy. Once we were done they offered to take pics of our masterpiece of rage, bottles of water, and safe areas to sit. They follow CDC recommendations and adhere to solid safety measures. This is a clean safe space to feel whatever you need to feel, safely. I will be returning, thank you for this experience ladies!

My husband and I went today and had a blast! The ladies that welcomed us were great and super helpful. We felt comfortable immediately after walking in the door. We will definitely be back!

Just went up there Saturday April 27, 2021 and it was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Had so much fun breaking things, didnt even notice how much time went by. Paid for We Definitely Need Counseling The 20 minutes went by so fast!!! My inner child was so happy to be able to break things without consequence, or having to clean up after myself. Without question, worth doing it a 2nd time!!!!

Jennifer was amazing and sweet. She made everything feel okay as soon as I walked in the building. I felt like I could be myself. The establishment was amazing and it helps a lot. Thanks again!!!

My husband and I went for our anniversary weekend and had a SMash. I really enjoyed it. I love Jiffy. She is very nice and has great customer service. Definitely will make this one of my go to places to relieve some stress.

We had a complete blast going here for birthday shenanigans. You dont have to be angry at anything to go into a room and want to break things; it can also just be because you want to have a whole lot of fun. There are group rates, or you can have a whole room to yourself. There are lots of price/time flexible options. We chose 20 minutes for our group of four, and it flew by! We never ran out of stuff to break, and while we all could have kept going, twenty minutes will definitely make you break a sweat if youre doing it right. Safety gear is required and provided, and they give you all manner of weapons and tools to choose from. I do recommend long pants that at least cover the tops of your shoes. The folks who work there, including the owner herself, were all very friendly and welcoming. They really want you to have an enjoyable time, relieve stress, and be safe. They even gave us bottles of water on the way out...swinging a sledgehammer into a printer is thirsty work.

Went here to vent out and have some fun yesterday. I really liked it. The owners were super nice, very good customer service. I would reccomend wearing the full visor instead of the goggles, as they did fog up a little for me. Also, make sure to stretch before, I didnt and can definitely feel it now! Totally reccomended and I will be back again sometime!

Im so glad we found this place! I was a little apprehensive, but it turned out to be fun and the owner was super nice.The room was ready when we arrived... No wait at all. I wore jeans, and Im glad I did because the bits of glass can fly everywhere if you get really into it like we did. My boyfriend wore shorts, but he didnt seem to think it was a problem. Additionally, they have all kinds of protective gear available, so I would say closed toe shoes are really the biggest must.Its definitely a cool activity to try at least once.

Today was my 2nd time doing smash therapy. It’s amazing. The owner, Jennifer, is knowledgeable and well prepared. I’m thankful for a safe place to get out frustration, stuck energy and emotions!

Me and my fiance went to celebrate my birthday and we had a blast!! This was a great way of letting go of stress that I have been carrying for way to long. The owner was super sweet and very passionate about the service she provides. We will definitely be back!

Anyone who has stress in their life-you need this!!! The ability to have a safe, judgement free area to unleash your rage is more amazing than words can express. This was more cathartic than a trip to the gun range. After the first smash, I was uplifted, exhilarated, and beyond happy. By the time I left, a pressure that had been sitting on my chest had been lifted, stress I didn’t even know I was carrying around. I love the fact that they offer memberships, and the owner is super sweet. We will definitely be back!***Update: I went back, and the experience was just as amazing as the first time! If you’re stressed, check this place out! You won’t regret it!

Great place to come to when you want release stress. I had one session and never felt better. The employees made me feel comfortable and safe, also handing me important and beneficial pamphlets that could help others. Overall Smash Therapy LLC is a great place to go to have a safe place to let out frustration.

Awesome place to let out some anger, frustrations and sadness!! The best therapy I’ve ever had. Sam was on duty when my husband and I went and he was awesome- no judgement from the staff at all and they are truly there to help you. I highly recommend!

Went here for the first time tonight & had such a great experience. The owner was very friendly and the environment itself felt very welcoming. Had a lot of fun breaking stuff & letting out some pent up frustration I didnt even realize I was holding onto. Definitely worth checking out if youre looking for a way to let go of some stress or trying to find a way to channel what youre feeling!

Had my share. Im over due for another session🙂 great service. Organized, clean, good vibes, and colors, and options. And for any one even kids. Also the owner and operator is a therapist that can help with real problems!

Took my daughter here Monday and it was so great. She came out so relieved and happy. And the owner Jennifer was so nice and helpful to talk to while my daughter was in there.

Loved every minute of it. Was a great place to release some stress. Was glad to see this place exist.
